Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job removing several diseased and dead trees on our property. We had been given estimates before by others but due to the number of trees damaged and cost associated, we had to wait. I saw Bye Trees as on a Facebook page and reached out to see what they would charge. We got an estimate and it was soo much more reasonable than the others. My property was respected, protected and the trees were removed with skill and precision. They also cleaned up everything afterwards and took great care. I have already recommended Bye Trees and Ryan to our entire neighborhood HOA! Thank you for running a fair and professional business.

Ryan removed a dying tree for us and trimmed back a couple more. He did a great job and offered a very reasonable price for the work.

I have to give a huge shout-out to BYE TREES for the work they did for me this weekend. We had a dead tree in our backyard that needed to come down, and Ryan and his team were up for the job.

They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and professional, and got the job done! Additionally, they cleaned up every single stick and piece of debris and piled up the logs for me to use as firewood!

10/10 would highly recommend for any job you may have!

We had a great experience with Ryan and his crew from Bye Trees! We had a dead tree that fell and needed removed as well as the rest of it brought down. They also removed several very large and overgrown bushes in our yard. Ryan was great to work with, attentive, communicative, and very reasonable in pricing. They left the yard in great shape with the clean up and went above and beyond by removing some other old limbs and pieces we had stacked up. They left us a great wood pile for our bonfires too. Our yard looks awesome and we are so happy with how it turned out! I would highly recommend Bye Trees and will definitely be using them again for other yard project needs.

I have been battling with my grass since I bought my house two years ago and have been steadily losing that battle ever since. I not only have quite a few mud pits from where I can’t get grass to grow (I’ve treated and planted seedI Multiple times), but also have dandelions that I have not been able to get rid of. Genevieve helped me immensely and was very kind and patient with all of my questions and frustration. I definitely would recommend this company and especially this Technician to everyone! Thank you!

We signed up 3 properties November 2021 for fertilizer/weed control. Experigreen suggested a Fall Lime treatment and all were treated. Waited to experience services prior to providing a review. Today, 2 of the lawns have experienced chemical burns, one with several burned out grass areas and quite noticeable. We have reached out several times with photos and was told the Branch Manager would schedule a visit. It took one month for the Branch Manager to respond and visit. Once the Branch Manager visited he did confirm the cause was due to over application of fertilizer. Today, after nearly a 2nd month, we still have burnt patches in what was already a nice lawn prior to Experigreen services and no further response from the Branch Manager. The one positive is the Customer Service team is very quick to at least respond in some fashion and one thinks the company is listening. The application and burns occurred with the March 8th treatment and today is May 12th with no remedy. We were told weeks ago there would be a reseeding scheduled for the damaged areas, this has not yet occurred or scheduled. The most recent application had slight burns on a 2nd of the 3 lawns and it is concerning. All 3 lawns were reasonably nice prior to Experigreen treatments. With the 2nd lawn burn, I have lost faith in Experigreen services. The worse part is not only are they more costly than competitors, we are not receiving communication from the front office unless we continually inquire. ---- FOLLOW UP ---- Today, May 16th, 2022, the Experigreen person came to do a "liquid aeration". As the service person approached, he yelled (literally YELLED) at the 90 (yes, she really is 90 yrs old) to "control your dog!" The dog is securely inside the home and barking at the unknown service person through a glassed and locked wrought iron security door. My 90 year old person was offended and responded that he could not tell her what to do with her dog. The Experigreen person stomped off and stated that, well, I just won't do anything and proceeded to leave without servicing the burned out patches in the lawn. The office immediately was contacted and I was told while on the telephone with Customer Service that she was in fact messaging the manager as we spoke. I was told that a manager would be in touch with me. The first time I was told that, it took one month for a response and 6 to 8 weeks to receive a call... I have not yet been contacted about the last time I had to contact them on this same issue. I do not expect a response in the next 30 days as has been the current practice.

We have used Experigreen for several years snd our lawn is absolutely amazing! Everyone comments about how great it looks. Bob H. Is the Best at discerning what the lawn needs. He walks around and then decides what is best.

Victoria did a great job. Watched her put down product evenly. She doubled checked locking our gate. She politely asked us to bring the dog in when she arrived. Let us know what she applied when finished

Andrew was my technician this morning to treat my front yard only. When I came home and looked at my cameras, he was in my backyard as well treating the yard when he was supposed to be instructed not to.
I don’t know what it is with Experi-green but I’m tired of the mistakes. The company service has really gone downhill since they bought Turf Ohio.

Service very good and punctual. Good person to have as a service technician. Easy to get along-with. Good person to have on the team. Listened to my concerns about spot weeds. Will schedule a service call. Good workmanship.

As per commitment no one knock the door before starting service.
This time you were supposed to add granular fertilizer however you spread the liquid.
