I called first thing on a Monday morning for an unknown AC issue and they had someone at my house within a couple hours. The service tech was friendly and professional, showed us what the issue was in our unit and explained the next steps about part ordering/ scheduling the repair. Then we had a major issue with the manufacturer of our system being unable to provide the broken part. Through the whole ordeal Climate was very communicative, keeping us updated with thier communications and efforts with the supplier/ manufacturer and answering all our questions thoroughly. Eventually we just replaced our whole system and they were able to schedule install for the very next day. We had the same tech do the install that came out for the repair and he was just as friendly and professional.

The customer service was just top notch and everyone was so friendly and helpful. And even though the part issue was very frustrating, they made the experience as smooth as possible. I'd absolutely recommend!

Of course it's freezing cold and our heating systems fails. Luckily, Climate services was able to help us!

When our heat went out, during some of the coldest days this winter, we used our home warranty to get a technician. Climate technicians were assigned and they were and are fantastic!

We had Keatyn and Robert come out and check our system and then repair our issues. They were both super nice, responsive, and provided quality work. We had our heat back and running with the first repair. They came out on a weekend and then, we had heat back within a week and that's pretty great.

Unfortunately, something else on our system broke and we once again, had to call them for help. They were very responsive and came out the next day to check on the issues.

I recommend their services and their work! Great people, great job.

Adam was great! Called ahead and arrived when he was supposed to. Very nice and courteous. He fixed our leaky furnace in a jiffy. Answered every question I had.

I’d also like to add the person calling to make the appointment was also very knowledgeable and nice.

Truly an amazing experience with this company. My heat went out with negative wind chills the technician came within two hours. Unfortunately, my unit was unserviceable but he explained what broke and why it could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Due to holiday weekend while he was here on 12/23 he called to see when and where he could get a new unit. On. 12/24 on ice covered roads in frigid temps he drove over an hour away to get the unit and then returned to install it. They explained every step of the process, the warranty, what to expect and we’re not only professional but personable as well. They alleviated a lot of stress and worry. They even checked the AC unit while working on the heating unit. They went above and beyond and truly were amazing to work with. I’ll not use anyone but climate for any future heating or ac needs. Truly an amazing technician and crew as well as call center. I’m grateful for their amazing service.

Worst customer service ever! I even spoke with the "owner" Kenneth Perry who was super unhelpful and I was hung up on twice simply because I was upset that they weren't treating my situation as a priority with a child at home with asthma who has had 3 asthma attacks in the last week and unable to sleep because the Ac is not working and it is 80+ degrees in his room. They said because I didn't call them back within 10 minutes they would have to reschedule for 2 days from now, even though the issue has been outstanding with them since 6/7/21. I work for a living and wasn't able to call them back until 25 minutes later. Totally unaccomodating for working mothers. They have been out twice and done absolutely NOTHING to resolve my issue then just kept giving excuses and refused to come back out because I was upset and demanding that they keep the originally scheduled appointment. The technician said they were ordering a part on 6/17 which was never done and the "owner" said I was lying about the technician saying that because "they have record of everything that was done and said." I will be further pursuing this situation, since at this point they have endangered my child's health because of their incompetence and TERRIBLE customer service. NEVER use this company!!

Hands down the best company to work with. Ken was amazing and spent 45 min with me on the phone talking about different systems and why this one will work over others.. etc. Ken is not about just sales, he wants his clients to be Happy and build that relationship for life. I appreciate all he has done for me and my family . Thanks so much! Use this company!!

Our furnace went out last night and this morning we called this family owned company at 10 o’clock and they arrived at 11 o’clock and fix our problem within 30 minutes. Kenny, the owner, was very professional, highly skilled and has 30 years experience. I highly recommend Climate heating and cooling to service your next HVAC problem.
