I was really impressed with the office staff and how they responded to my calls and questions. Then the service techs Kenny and Nick were courteous and excellent in explaining everything to me about what they were doing and what repairs needed to be done. Would highly recommend!

Dan Dane was very consultative and was able to easily pinpoint the problem I had, which was a HVAC unit that was not cooling properly. He tightened a few screws, cleaned out my system, refilled it with freon, and the thing was as good as new. I'd 110% recommend Dan and his team and will use them in the future.

I am so thankful for Climate being available in my time of need. Kenny came out to my home and throughly reviewed my AC system and the issue I was experiencing (constantly running, unable to cool below 78 degrees). He provided options for me to review, no pressure to choose something today. He was professional, thorough, and walked me through everything he was doing to ensure I understood what things meant. Folks, I’m not one who usually writes reviews. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to Climate.

The only thing I regret is not calling them first. I called another company out and did not provide me the least bit of information that Kenny did during his visit, and I am one to ask questions. Thank you again for helping me get a resolution to my issue, and within a price that is fair and affordable.

Tech came and was very informative and he allowed me to explain my issues. He then walked me thru troubleshooting my furnace. He gave me a few tips on how to check my furnace prior to another service call. He gave me some must do maintenance tips to

Ken made our day! We had been suffering for most of the summer without ac, juggling between our home warranty and home insurance for responsibility and reasoning behind our broken ac. Once it was determined and we chose Climate Heating and Cooling… Ken was able to see us in a couple days time… consulted with us on a Thursday morning… and installed a brand new unit by early afternoon the same day (with the help of another young man whom we did not get to meet, but thanks to him also). Ken was informative, professional, extremely pleasant to work with and made us confident in our choice. We are now back to loving our summer again. Thank you Ken and Climate! Outside unit of our AC was making constant noise and a buzzing sound for 2 seconds every 3-5 minutes. Adams who came for getting this fixed, was very professional. He patiently listened to all our queries and answered them. He got this fixed very quick and gave us some very useful tips for day to day maintenance. We had a very pleasant experience and would recommend 'Climate Heating & Cooling' services.

Unbelievable service. I’ve been dealing with an air conditioning issue for 3 years. Company after company came out and pumped the system with Freon and left. This company was spectacular. They diagnosed the real issue, extremely kind and informative, walked me through the whole thing. I’ll never use another company for a heating or cooling issue. Its easy to get skeptical when you see companies with 5 star reviews for anything, but this company, is something special. Thank you so much.

Jimmy Hays came to my house yesterday to fix my heat. He was very honest and upfront about the issues repairing and old furnace, even for a short time. He went to work contacting a salesperson and stayed with me until they showed up. I really appreciate his kindness and finding a way to heat the house for a period of time. I called on the weekend to request service for my furnace which had stopped working. Keaton was able to come out on a Sunday within 2 hours and did a professional job diagnosing and fixing the problem within a reasonable amount of time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I have also had Ken out in past years and he did a great job as well. Would recommend this company for all HVAC needs!

Both Jessica and Nick were wonderful and great to work with. Jessica was always very helpful over the phone and communicated very well. Once he arrived, Nick was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue with our furnace. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Nick was very professional, on time & knowledgeable. He not only got things back up & running in a timely manner but also answered all of my questions & concerns. He was a very polite, respectful of my property & cleaned up behind himself which is rare nowadays. Will be scheduling with them/him in the future if I ever need anything else.
