Trevor was caring, efficient, professional, and made recommendations to help us keep our system working better. Eco plumbers kept us informed when our system needed servicing and how to take care of our heater. They are very conscientious and dedicated.

Eric was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly and professional. He was also knowledgeable and very willing to share information, tips, tricks, etc. And best of all, he wasn’t a push salesman. He even offered to help me with an unrelated issue (tightening the screws on our screen door that kept hitting the deck floor)….wow! Would happily have Eco Plumbers service our furnace and a/c in the future if Eric handles it!

Eric was awesome! Very friendly and was able to quickly identify the problem. We opted to take care of the problem ourselves as it was an easy fix but I was glad Eric was there to guide us in the right direction! Will definitely call Eco again and request Eric!

Eric was highly courteous in performing the service we were looking for. He proved to be very knowledgeable and informative as he explained the air purification system he was recommending to us. We would be more than happy were he to perform the work of installation after I have had a reasonable chance to study the estimate and research the technology inherent to the equipment used in the air purification system we are seeking to add to our HVAC airflow system.

Today (11/12/24) Eric installed an iWave-R ionizer on each of our 2 HVAC units. The job was completed in under an hour with the typically efficient, courteous, and informative manner I have come to expect with this company in general and Eric Spencer in particular.

Eric was great to work with. He was on time, friendly and greeted us with a smile. Eric explained the likely cause of the problem and showed us the faulty part. He was quick and efficient with the repairs. I would absolutely recommend Eric and hope to work with him again for our routine maintenance.

I had problems with my furnace and Collin Pugh come and fixed he is very polite and he really cares about customers he help us to save aroud $2,000 , instead of order new parts like the others told us , he fixed the parts for us ,and my furnace is working very well… Very honest man I hope the company knows that great guy they have ! , thank you so much Collin Pugh for your wonderful service. Brandyn Wallace replaced the main water line inside my house which was leaking. He deserves more than 5 stars! He was so personable and showed respect for me and for my home. His skill, knowledge, and professionalism were very evident. He also worked quickly and efficiently. He took the time necessary to answer my questions and give me peace of mind. I will request him for any further plumbing needs I may have. I’m also sharing his info with my friends and family.

Tom did a great job. He quickly assessed the project and knew exactly what needed done. He clearly explained the work he was doing. He also gave me a recommendation on how to properly handle a drywall repair that is necessary because of the leak we had. Highly recommend Eco!

Your techs did a thorough job checking our furnace. They were here for over an hour and when complete gave an explanation of some of the issues they found.

FAST, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST SERVICE ... Called this morning because our garbage disposal wasn't working and we thought we needed a new one installed. They were able to come out TODAY. Andrew, the technician, was polite, professional and honest. He found out it was simply stuck and he got it loosened up again in just a few seconds. No replacement needed. I then asked him if he could install a faucet that another plumber had quoted far too much to install. He did the job at a fair price. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT EMPLOYEE.

They sent out “plumber” who looked for a couple minutes, didn’t figure out the problem but offered to do a “preventative” clearing. The clearing was a reasonable price but they wanted to charge $400 to move the toilet. We called a real plumber the next day who came out and actually figured out the problem and didn’t try to overcharge us like crazy. Don’t bother with this company. They send out salesman who don’t actually know what they’re doing. Call a real plumber instead.

Eric Spencer from Eco helped us with some hvac issues. He was very thorough and thoughtful with his work. Will be requesting him again for future jobs.

Awful experience with Eco Plumbers. First off they are in the business of selling you things rather than repairing. It's their first goal. Anyways, their technician who was sent out to repair the gas sensor valve on my water heater tank absolutely made a bigger problem then what we started with. For some reason he did not turn the water off when he was working with our water heater and said that he needed to switch the lines on the top for the hot and cold due to them being reversed. I was in the kitchen and my mother and I heard a loud bang sound and what sounded like water. I came to where he was and he was holding one of the lines and water was spewing out everywhere on our furnace, walls, floor, and water heater. He was here for almost 3 hours. He did not end up fixing anything and left that day saying we would not be charged...and leaving us with a bigger problem than we initially started with and also still no hot water. They reimbursed us for the first part we paid that has to be paid to be put down during the consultation. But overall we still had to go with a different company to get the issue fixed. Eco also had me order my parts directly from Rheem and I am still getting the run around with them at the moment trying to get a return shipping label for the almost $500 in parts I had to order. Absolutely never using Eco again and every single person I have talked to has had a bad experience as well. Posting what Columbia gas wrote up as well because of the water gushing out all over our closet that houses the water heater tank and also our furnace we are fearful that the furnace may have damage. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Eric from ECO has been back twice in the last few days, servicing our HVAC system. He's always polite, cheerful, and gets the job done quickly. He has installed an upgrade to our system filter which should make it more efficient, thus extendng its service life and maybe saving us some operating cost. Much appreciated!

Eric was very professional and inspected every component in my furnace to insure my family's safety, very satisfied with the service that was given.

First, I realize this isn't the young man's fault who came to give us an estimate, so I am not faulting him at all.

That said, I probably should have followed my gut from my first experience (the water line they installed for our fridge three years ago stopped working after a little over a year) and looked a little deeper into other reviews and online reputation of Eco Plumbers with BBB and recent lawsuits.

We had - what we thought was - a minor pipe job. We wanted to angle the half-bath hot and cold pipes to be flush with the wall so that our new vanity could be closer to the wall. My husband COULD do it, but I chose to give him a break from the Honey-Do list and called Eco.

David was very nice and professional, and took a look at what we needed. Then, he said he needed to go out to his truck and would be back with an estimate.

Eco's formulaic pitch lost me at that point. Before discussing the work and estimate, I was handed a slick and a pitch for a "package" for ecoFI advantage costing $28/month or $280/year (one-year minimum agreement) for a whole-home plumbing inspection (probably for them to "find" more stuff to do), save 10% on all services, and a "lifetime workmanship guarantee." Then, I was handed the iPad for an estimate of EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS to install a L-connector and pipe extension to angle the pipes close to the wall. If I chose the plan, I would essentially give Eco $280 that would save $85. I have a home warranty anyway, so pitching me was a waste of his time.

My husband and I are mature, but not stupid, inept, or desperate. I know we likely overpaid for the previous work, but we had just moved into our home and had other priorities at the time. However, I assume our previous work and payment is part of Eco's digital history.

Since we did not have divided priorities this time, my husband decided to do the work himself, completing it in a few hours and spending about $40 for parts.

For all the "history" Aaron shares in his ads about previous "hard times" and how "grateful" he is for his come-up, he's certainly lost touch with being there and has chosen to gloss up the commercials with whatever annoying friend he banters with in them (SO annoying), and grossly overcharging for simple services.

Lesson learned this time. No more Eco.
