I needed a new water tank and someone recommended Apex and I'm so glad they did. They came out right away and Rob and Chad were very professional and got the work done quickly. They went over all the options I had and didn't pressure me to get the most expensive one. I then needed a new furnace and air conditioner, so I called Apex again and they put them in quickly. The thing I liked the best about all the Apex employees that came to install things was that they cleaned up after themselves. They left no mess, and everyone was so nice and helpful.

Technician exploited my vulnerability when shown gas fireplace valve leak when valve turned on. Did not permit me to get a 2nd estimate, threatened to turn off gas meter and put lock on it. Charged over $2000 for a couple hours work. Felt like professional blackmail.

They came and gave me an estimate for my dishwasher and ceiling fan. I bought their Care Bear Club. It's Extremely worth it and recommend it. I had them put a plug on my dishwasher and will have to save up for the ceiling fan. Over all they fixed my dishwasher the same day... I highly recommend them. Fast service, fair prices. I really appreciate the text prior to arrival with the repairman’s name and photo. He replaced the water heater, took the old tanks, replaced the piping and overflow tank all on a Saturday. And, he was here less than two hours after I called! Highly recommend - and I will be using this company for more work soon.

Braden was a perfect gentleman and

Matthew did a great job in taking down an old yard light and installing a new one. Left area clean and took old parts with him even removed an old photo cell that I wanted to keep. Only 4 stars due to price of install was high in my opinion for less than one hour of work but wanted it done while weather was nice. They schedule in a 5 hour windows so 8 to 1pm was mine showed up 12:24pm left at 1pm.

Zaine was very professional. He explained the heater inspection findings and provided options. He completed the work quickly the same day.

Very professional and pleasant. Did a good job working on our backed up drain. Very informative and explained everything that was going and what needed to be done moving forward. Went out of his way the next day to assure our drain was cleared to we could use the sink and washer. This was our first time using Apex. Would recommend Matt's professionalism and hard work to anyone.

The service that you and your team provided was exceptional! We called Apex late in the afternoon and you were out the next morning to repair the underground water pipe that cracked! You had to dig everything up and was able to put everything back so nicely! Thank you!

Apex sent Jimmy to help with our drain issue. He was polite, listened & asked questions before getting started, had great communication AND was able to clear the drain. Further work is needed so the plumbing specialist is set to come out within the same day. Very please with Jimmy, hoping for the same service with the next associate.
