Electric medic has great customer service. They provided me options for a small project and were quick to fix the issue.

Thai figured out the wiring issue quickly and fixed it. Electric Medic also wired up pressure tanks, had it done in a few hours and fit the budget for this project.

Dean did a great job. He is very honest and professional. He explained things excellently and did not try to push unnecessary things. He respected that we are older and we appreciate the honesty with regard to that.
He paid attention to details. He didn’t cut corners. He was on time.

My husband called them on Friday afternoon and explained it was urgent and we were looking for someone to come out that night. He was told someone would call back within the hour. Never received a call back. Called them back Saturday morning and were told we'd receive a call back again. We still have never received a call back from them. We called ARS Rescue Rooter Saturday afternoon and thankfully they came out within the hour.

Mike installed an EV charger and did a great job. He was very professional. We would definitely hire him for future electrical needs.

Communication was so, so. Received some texts and arrived within the window requested. Associate accidentally marked my job as complete before coming to house.

Associate who installed did not remove work boots or have covers and walked on carpet area when it was wet outside. Had to clean the carpet. Should take more care when working inside of house.

Installed new EV charger and connection not as clean as the prior company. The connection joint to the box is crooked (not properly secured) and have paint/drywall chunks missing from using tools. I am not sure why the cord was not shortened to make it look better.

I was in multiple meetings and not able to thoroughly look until after associate left.
