From start to finish Ohio‘s best improvements was amazing. From Joe coming out from up from Columbus multiple times to talk to my husband first and then myself and show us the samples to scheduling and then starting the process was smooth and everything was extremely well done. The guys cleaned up every single afternoon before they left. They put down canvas on our floors so there would be no worries about damaging the floors. They even took the time to get colored grout because they had to replace a couple of floor tiles in our bathroom from where our bathtub stuck out too far and to make sure that we were happy with the color they chose. I have a feeling if you weren’t happy they would’ve gone back to the tile store and gotten more colors of grout just to be sure that we got the closest match. The guys were friendly easy-going and super professional every single day. It took exactly as long as they thought it would five days from start to finish and Dan even came over on Saturday to get a Headstart on the last day to ensure that he’d be done in time. I would highly recommend this company so much so that we told Jo if he needed a reference or recommendation to have anybody call us and we would happily glow about the job they did. They’re going to install a barn door for us next and in a few years they’re going to redo our kitchen because quality in price and service, you can’t find that kind of combination anymore. It was like a service completed in the 1950’s when craftsmanship and service mattered as much as customer satisfaction.

We were in serious need of a bathroom remodel. Salesman Eric was on time for our appointments and had nice sized samples available to decide on our new look. I am extremely pleased with George and his helpers. They were on time every time, kept noise to a minimum while I was working from home, and after they left for the day you would never know they were doing demo or completing work. They gave me a day to install my wallpaper and worked around a planned vacation. I wasn’t into the shelving unit (size too big) so I didn’t get it installed, but no worries. They said if I changed my mind they will have it available. Last but not least, it was good doing business with genuinely nice people. I designed the bathroom of my dreams and 100% recommend them.

This is worst builder I have ever experienced. They oversold houses without any plan of closing times. They don’t have any tentative time or no near time plan to finish homes. Not even started digging even after 6 months of contract sign. No reply to emails. If u sign y’ll stuck with them forever. Having no own home is better than buying from them.

Crack and leaking in our foundation of our 2 month old home. We filled out the information in the homeowners portal over a week ago and they still haven't responded. They said they would respond in 48 hours. When I called today, I couldn't leave a message and the recording told me to fill out a request in the portal. This is unacceptable!I finally called Wellington's office and they connected me with a company that can fix it in 5 weeks. In the meantime I get puddles in my basement.
