Trey was great replacing our garbage disposal and he also discovered an electrical issue so Apex immediately dispatched Ashton on the same day to address a problem with a GFI circuit in our kitchen. Both were timely, professional and friendly and explained everything. They completely solved our issues. Five stars for both Trey and Ashton.

I really appreciated the work that both Robert and Melvin completed. They came in and gave me a quote for the initial work I needed done as well as the follow up work. They came prepared to do the work I needed same day. In the process we found a totally separate plumbing issue with my shower that they also addressed same day. You will be satisfied with their work, quality and professionalism.

Easy to work with. Came out on a Monday to look at our water heater issue. They were able to have the replacement installed by dinner time on Wed. Very efficient. Good communication. Showed up when expected. No hidden costs. Plan to have them do our yearly maintenance as well.

Had them come out to do a maintenance check on a heater in Febuary. Service visit went fine, and I decided to get there CareBear maintenance program. Tech told me someone from the office would reach out to me to get the other services scheduled (AC check and some other things I can't remember). No one ever reached out to me, and I honestly forgot about it, until I saw one of there trucks drive by. By this point, it was September, so I contacted there office asking to cancel the service. Someone called me back eventually, and offered to schedule the services, but it was already September so I'm not sure what good an AC check is at that point of the year. I asked about getting a refund, the person on the phone said they would reach out to the refund team, and someone from there would reach out to me. No one every called me, emailed me, or otherwise contacted me. I did see the refund come through my credit card statement, which is good I guess but they kept setting these expectations and then almost never lived up to them. Would not recommend, there are certainly better HVAC companies out there.

Excellent experience with Mica from Apex and his son who came out to replace a toilet shutoff valve. Very friendly, professional, and courteous, and the job was done so quickly! Will definitely be using Apex again.

Alex was very personable and great to work with. He was on time and professional. He explained the process of what he was doing and got to us quickly which helped prevent a problem in our basement.
