Our heater went out and i tried another company but they weren’t going to be able to come out for days. Apex pros was available day of. Martez was highly knowledgeable and got everything up and working quickly. We appreciate his hard work.

Eric did an excellent job installing our ceiling fan in a 17ft. Great room. I would recommend him to anyone needing this work completed in their home.

These people from sales to the very end were just the best. This was a very difficult situation for my mother in law who just lost her husband a couple of months ago. Jerrod didn’t over sell her but was very patient and diligent in helping her understand the entire situation and what was really needed to correct all the issues and feel really good about everything.
The crew and supervisor who did the work were great and gave us a couple of very helpful features that I wasn’t expecting. One of the best things was they tunneled under the sidewalk rather than cutting the concrete, which saves a lot of money. These people are great to work with. They know what they are doing and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.
I’m terrible about remembering names, but I want to thank everyone who worked on this job. We called Apex because they were in my father in law’s phone list. I will not call anyone other than Apex from now on!

Nate came out and walked me through exactly what was going on with my furnace. He explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even showed me some basic maintenance tips to make sure my furnace is still working properly. Excellent service — I would definitely recommend him.

I would like to thank Rob and Brandon both were excellent customer service for Brandon and Rob was an excellent plumber. He got got here on time and he got out of here on time. No problems and he was polite, clean up his mess and he in all in general. He was very very good. I appreciate Apex and appreciate the company too. Y'all have a blessed day

Jeremiah and Donnie came out as part of the monthly Care Bear package through Apex Pros, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They flushed my water heater, inspected all of the water lines, checked the garbage disposal, and provided estimates for replacing a corroded bathroom faucet.

They were extremely informative, professional, and respectful of my home. I especially appreciated how clearly they explained the different options available to address the low water pressure in my bathroom. Jeremiah took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the next steps without any pressure.

Jeremiah created four detailed estimate options in about 10–15 minutes, and I received them by email before they left. Super quick and very thorough!

I look forward to continuing to work with Apex Pros in the future. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for HVAC preventative maintenance & my tech was Aden. My first impression was that he was neat, professional, and courteous. He kept me informed throughout my appointment, answering my questions & concerns along the way. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after replacing a blower motor capacitor.
I had a great experience with Aden! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and well-spoken, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I truly appreciated how comfortable and confident I felt having him in my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Precision Seven came out to install my AC and while I can't speak to pricing because it was set up through my rental company, I am THRILLED with the job they did. They were so kind and helpful and very efficient. Not only did my AC get installed and works beautifully, the guys helped me out with a couple small things that needed fixed around my home. They are so knowledgeable and genuine. Thank you guys so much!!

Our rental company chose Precision Seven to replace the old AC and furnace in our house and they did a really great job! Very friendly and gave us good thorough answers to any questions we had. The only thing I that I thought could have been a little better was communication with us about scheduling a date for the actual job to be done. But overall, I would recommend them to a friend.

Very happy with my experience with Precision Seven.

Our A/C went out during this heat wave and needed replaced.
We received 2 questionable diagnoses and estimates from other HVAC companies. One company even quoted us $7k for just an evaporator coil replacement, but didn’t even check for leaks or say why it needed replaced!

Precision Seven replaced both Evaporator and Condenser assemblies for just under $5400. Can’t beat their honesty either!

I received great and timely service, and they received a customer for life.

Eric was fantastic! He found an issue with our HVAC system and also with our humidifier. He addressed both problems and fixed them in record time. We will definitely ask for him next time need service. Extra plus, he loves dogs and was so good to ours🐾‼️

We had a water line leak in our fridge water line. We had technician Daniel out to our house by noon. A simple fridge water line should have been a simple request. However the previous owners decided to finish the basement along with leaving NO clue to the shut off valve OR where this line went after it left the fridge. Daniel was so patient, kept a positive attitude and always kept a smile even when we know this job was terrible. I truly admire Daniel that after he was done he said how tough the job was but appreciated the experience to do a difficult job and have success. I really learned a life lesson for Daniel today…. This was the toughest of this job request type but the ones in the future will be easier since I learned and successfully completed this one. I was truly blessed by this interaction and relieved that we got the line replaced properly. Corporate often forget the workers are the foundation of the company. Today I hope Eco Plumbers truly values Daniel as he was the entire company and I was passed impressed by his work, attitude. I can’t thank you enough Daniel for saving the day and helping me be a satisfied customer and homeowner.

Eric was the technician assigned for our ac unit not working. Eric quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running in no time. Eric was a true professional and looked over our entire system and pointed out a few things that were in need of attention. Such as our cold air return vent was coved with dust bunnies. Eric is very knowledgeable in his trade and gave an estimate for upgrading from a 1 inch filter to a 4 inch to increase air flow when I told him about the cooling characteristics of our home. I would be happy if Eric showed up should we have any issues in the future. Eco as a company was everything that the ads say they were and glad that I choose them and will continue to use and recommend them moving forward.

Eric Spencer did a great job with the AC check! He was very cordial and explained the different testing that was done and status of the unit clearly. He also changed the filter! Thank you Eric and Eco Plumbers!
