Victoria did a wonderful job treating our lawn and explaining what resources were available to us. Excellent customer service, and you could tell that she really wanted to help. This was a great first experience with the company.I’m excited to work with ExperiGreen!

Ray was very helpful explaining the service, the applications, timing, and the benefits of each. Felt confident he had experience in lawn care and I could trust in the information he shared.

I paid for and was expecting core aeration for my lawn today (in Dec 2024 when it was TurfOhio). I received a “liquid aeration” instead. I have no idea how effective it is or how it CAN be effective but I know that digging up cores IS effective. Not very satisfied at this juncture and not sure I’ll be renewing the annual contract this December.

Our lawn is looking so beautiful since we have used ExperiGreen. We have had many compliments. I appreciated that Ray took the time to go over the post treatment care instructions. Well Done!

Kyle took the time this morning to explain the treatment he was doing. He helped me a lot in understanding the service. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional.

ExperiGreen Lawn Care treated my grass all this season. Ray did a great job today to treat before winter. I recommend their services.

Lawn looks pathetic and I keep getting a run around when I try to get help.
4/28/2026 update:
I did get some competent attention today and updated my rating. Depending on what happens in the next 2 to 6 weeks, I may have additional comments and ratings adjustment.

Follow up for seeding and aerate service which didn't work out well. No growth yet. He was polite and knowledgeable and agreed with me on the lack of results. He spread some more seed and we will get together in the spring.

Hi , I see no service done, still all weeds are like that and I see the only board sticked to my lawn. Please send the person

Sean did a great job today. He explained some of our issues with weeds and how they emerged since it is new this year. He was professional, kind, and thorough in making sure he knew what areas needed treated.

Ray is very personable and knowledgeable.

Today we had liquid aeration, over seeding & fertilizer treatments by Ray, our technician. Ray is very knowledgeable & explained each service in detail to my wife & me, He performed the services & checked if we had any more questions or concerns. He did an excellent job all the way around & we are very pleased.

Had them for two years. My lawn is the worst looking on the block. I notified them of my cancellation in writing via their website. They promptly performed $240 in services (one wasn’t even part of the normal service package) then sent me an email suggesting I was “considering cancellation” and that I had to call in order to avoid further charges.

I let them know I would pay it and be seeking it back through litigation. Someone needs to teach them a lesson in that kind of practice. Others may not have the time, money, or fortitude to see it through.

Matt did a great job helping us to get signed up with Experigreen Lawn Care. Matt patiently answered all our questions and gave us confidence that choosing Experigreen was the right decision for us. Thanks, Matt.

Aaron and the team at ExperiGreen have been great. I was using one of their competitors prior to Aaron approaching me with a package that I could not pass up. They were able to offer me everything the previous company was doing as well as extra options on top for a more reasonable price. Aaron as well as all the other employees that have serviced my lawn have been great and treat my lawn with respect. They do not rush through the job and beat up my grass just to get it done quicker. Also, I get a text reminder a day prior to their service so if I ever need to reschedule it's as easy as responding to the message. I have nothing but good things to say about ExperiGreen, Aaron, and the rest of the team there. Thank you for helping my lawn look great again!

This is my third month with exprigreen and so far so good. I’ve had a different tech each time and each tech has been great. Today I had 004 James and he really did a great job. He made sure to get all the granulated product off my concrete patio, driveway, and sidewalk. The yard looks great and they come when they say will. They charge fairly compared to the competition in the area. I’m pleased with the selection of services they offer and you can get exactly what you want and don’t at a fair price without being hassled or pressured. I also really like the reports they send at the end of each visit give details of what they did, what they used, how much and what condition they found the yard to be in.

Sarah was awesome to talk to. She listened, understood and made suggestions to help me. She also got me a price that I was happy with

They are doing an okay job. We experienced a lot of spurge yard weed this year. I wasn't real satisfied with that. Also we had liquid aeration and overseed done to the yard. However when they applied the overseed they also applied the overseed to some of our flower beds now I have grass growing in my flower beds. It would be great if they came out and pulled all the grass out of my flower bed. I've had four back surgeries in the last 2 years and I am unable to do it. It must be pulled and not sprayed that way my annuals and seeds come up next year.

I am also a bit concerned that the technician that was out today (Victoria) said that our yard could use liquid aeration. Really, because that was just done a month ago. I think if it needs it again, then the first time was not done properly and should be redone at no charge.

However the technicians are wonderful and very friendly. Gracie is fantastic!!!!

We called in to renew our contract for 2026. Matt was extremely helpful! We were very pleased with the service from ExperiGreen in 2025 and look forward to having them treat our yard again in 2026. Give them a call!

Matt was very helpful with setting up my services. Answered all of my questions and didn’t strong arm the sale and it was good price compared to the manual program I was doing (and failing at).

This will be my first year of service so I will report back on success of their program.

I have been using them for years and they went downhill and trashed my lawn by putting grub treatment down in May, then they over fertilize my lawn by coming out three times in a 2-month period which caused me to get sow worms. I sent them photos and called they said they could treat the side weren't for an 80 dollar fee. And I did research and found out the reason I got to start worms is because this company over fertilizes and that's one of the downsides.
Use this company at your own risk. They started good but they crashed and burned.
I find it fascinating they get five-star reviews after I post this complaint?
