I have called on Ace Hardware Handyman services twice now, and I got to work with T. Jenkins both times. I had an excellent experience. He has always been early to arrive and done a great job on minor repairs, plumbing work, and even just small list items I needed done. It is sometimes a challenge to find help when you need it, and I've been very grateful for this service. I know I will call again whenever I need work done, and I will be happy to work with T. again. Thank you!

Worked a solid six hours. No breaks. Didn’t finish the work but a day was not enough time. I had too much for him to do. Expensive but worth the dependability and quality.

ACE was great from the start. The phone reps were polite and timely with scheduling an appointment to get an estimate. Joe, our assigned repair man, had a big job with lots of various drywall repairs scattered around. He was fast, polite, clean and did a great job, ending under time and under budget. When I ran into a complication painting the finished product, ACE was quick to help, getting Joe out to figure out the issue, the problem was resolved in a single day. Not only was this experience good but when they realized they hadn’t sufficiently reduced the price due to finishing early they called me to figure it out. Even with the second appointment I still paid less than they budgeted for the first job. Would definitely recommend again. Especially Joe.

Adding a new entry for a new service. Ace installed some new switches and fans. Michael was on time, did a great job and was a huge help providing a cost effective alternative when the fans I bought didn’t fit. The price was transparent and fair. Once again very happy with Ace.

Don and T did a great job installing a new faucet in my bathroom, removing and re-installing a toilet so I could paint behind, and installed quarter round in my living/dining area. I would use Ace Handyman again if I ever have any other work to be done.

This was my second time hiring Ace Handyman Services. Don came out and installed new bathroom sink faucet and plumbing lines and fixed a light fixture in bathroom off kitchen. He installed a new kitchen faucet and caulked my sink. He also installed a new shower head and tub spout and caulked my main bathroom. In the master bathroom he installed a new floor vent, shelves, a grab bar, and re-caulked the entire shower stall. Everything was done to perfection!!! I will definitely hire them again!!

Marc was friendly, professional, and listened to our requests. He also was out in our garage in this cold weather assembling a shelving unit!

I have had a problem with raccoons getting into my attic for years, because they pulled soffits out of place to access the attic. T, Mike and Josh did a great job of replacing the damaged soffit sections and using wood behind some of the soffits to reinforce them so that the raccoons won't be able to get in.
The gentleman were all courteous and efficient in their work. Also, they cleaned up after themselves and came in under budget. It was a very good experience, and I would recommend their service to others.

T did an excellent job. Installed new sump pump, added screens, installed grab bars in bathroom and did other small jobs. He is competent, careful and thorough. T is personable and professional.

The craftsman was at my home to fix trim and enhance trim on my fireplace and he did an excellent job. He was friendly and accomplished in how he did the job on 8/19/25. He went by name T.J. Thanks again!

We needed a vanity and hardware replaced in a bathroom. We’ve used Ace before for an outside project so we knew exactly who we could call. They got us in within a week! Great communication and reminders. I’d recommend them for any handyman jobs inside or out!

Brian is the consummate pro; his skill and winning attitude in no small way made our recent move a success. We looked to hire a skilled “partner”, not a mere hired hand; he responded with energy and a team attitude, a valued asset. He is our “go to” guy. We’ll be seeing him again, soon (plenty to do at the new house!).

Mike K did an excellent job installing a large range hood. Ran electric, installed custom lumber support, and mounted range all in the same day. Returned a different day for quick drywall patch. Easily a 2 man job. Prompt, efficient, not cheap but quality and professional work worth the cost. Will use again.

Great experience with a porch post replacement. I had a difficult time finding a contractor to help with this project until I contacted this outfit. Andrea was very helpful & responsive with the scheduling process. T did excellent work replacing a damaged post on my back porch. He also found a rotted board below the gutter that needed replaced which he fixed as well. I feel the work was great value and reasonably priced. First time using ACE for handyman services and will be working with them again on future projects.

T Jenkins came out to my mom’s house to repair a storage shed that my dad built 30 years ago. He was very thorough and did a great job. My mom was so happy and pleased with the results. He made her day.
