I can’t recommend this company enough. Urban exterior was able to help us get the best deal on our roof working closely with the insurance company to make sure we were maximizing the value on our investment into the roof. The roof was complete In a timely manner and the cleanup was without a trace. Austin, the owner is a personable professional and his team epitomize a hard working, responsive unit. Cannot recommend Urban Exterior Co. enough. They were extremely responsive after we noticed some water leaking after a big storm. They came over and assessed it, even showing me pictures and helping me understand what needed done. They took a look at the rest of the roof and provided peace of mind that the repair would stop our issue.

Also met the owner Austin Waddle who took me to breakfast these are former big roofing companies now doing family biz the right way.

Roof was done in a day not an easy job - garage similar got new gutter guards and composite trim on garage replacing rotting wood most of it thru deductable comps we didn’t need making our out of pocket a minor up charge for the value received! Nick Allen our scheduler also great communication far better than the bigs.

Austin at Urban Exteriors has been an incredible resource for my new home build. Pulte slapped up a cheap house way too quickly, and the warranty expired just before a part of the roof fell off. We asked for a 3rd-party to take a look, fix the problem, and verify the rest of the roof and siding looked okay. Austin came out and walked around on very short notice, answered questions, and was honest about expectations and next steps. He fixed the problem, re-installed some poorly-installed flashing, weather-proofed everything, and pointed out some areas to keep an eye on.

Will definitely reach back out for any emergencies or future updates needed. Highly recommend and trust with my home!
