Our mini split AC stopped cooling properly, I put calls out to 3 different AC companies who didn't reach back out. Artic responded right away and had the problem solved quickly. Great customer service!

Highly recommend Arctic Heating and Cooling!! He came out after hours and over the weekend during extreme heat to fix our problem. Very fair pricing too.
We would definitely call again with any future HVAC needs.

Came earlier then quoted time, which was great cause I work third shift and sleep during the day. They did the job good and fast. They was nice and easy to talk to. Will differently calling them again when I’m in a pinch.

AC went out when it was 98 degrees out side. Couldn't get anyone to come out for days/weeks. They came out the same day and tried to fix our unit which is way over 20 years old. Compressor was bad. Had us a new unit and was installed in 3 days. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Love supporting a local business.

This man is priceless. I have had several issues with my AC unit over the past couple of weeks and he has been extremely responsive and has come out to help multiple times. He works extremely hard and is one of the friendliest people I have met. I was so worried I would roast all summer with my AC problems but thanks to his help, my AC is working and I would recommend him to anyone in Southern Ohio/West Virginia that needs help.

We weren’t expecting to find someone to come out on a weekend but we called Saturday evening and Jackie was here Sunday morning. He was able to get our A/C back up and running quickly. Highly recommend this company!

They have done such amazing and professional work for me and my family. Designed a custom commercial system in our business with all metal duct work, oversized unit outside, and keeps it so warm and freezes you out in the summer. Even custom-made ductwork to intake the heat from our pellet stove and circulate it. They also just installed new outside units on our main house, garage, and apartment. They look fantastic, run very smoothly, and keep everything very cool. Thank you, Arctic Heating and Cooling, for always doing a great job.

Arctic saved me from disaster not just once but twice. The first time it was the dead of winter, and we were in a deep freeze. It was the end of the day, a pipe burst and flooded my laundry room. No other plumber would even answer the phone. Arctic came within a short time and fixed my troubles. More recently it was summertime in a heat wave and my AC went out. Arctic came the very next day, went straight to the trouble, replaced the fan and all at a very reasonable price. There’s no one else in Gallipolis that I will ever call.

Highly recommend!! Awesome service and communication! I was having hot water tank issues on a Saturday and he quickly answered my call and was able to get me squared away that Monday. Very honest people. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like the other company I called “Al Marino”, was trying to charge me $8,900. I will definitely use Arctic in the future and refer to anyone in need. All in all true professionals and honest good people!

Jackie went above and beyond to restore our HVAC that suddenly stopped. It would have been very easy to tell us that the part needed would delay the repair, but he went the extra mile to get us up and running. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.

Highly recommend this company! We called about our AC unit during a recent heatwave and they were incredibly responsive and got to us within a day. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Can’t than this company enough! Our cat crawled into our vent when the heat was off and we didn’t know it. He got stuck and the heat came on and we heard the awful meowing cat was crying shut the heat off but he was stuck. Called 911 they wouldn’t come and this was during the snow storm btw I called all the heating and air companies in the area this fella picked up and came to our house within 45 minutes. Saved our cat fixed the vent and saved the day.
