They installed the furnace a few years ago and did a decent job, but they were sloppy with sealing the furnace. It looks awful. Pretty quick to service your equipment.

They came got my heat working but not my A/C, they got my money for labor saying they had to order a capacitor Wich they will install for free because of the $70 I already paid and they would just charge me for the part (they marked up 50% I see after ordering it myself) they never came back

Now he's saying he got sick and that we need to find someone else

I set up an appointment to have my ductwork and furnace fixed, two men arrived and fixed the furnace but declined to carry out the repairs needed with the ductwork. After they left I looked inside my furnace and there were screws left out that I still dont know where they go and there was a cover left off of the high voltage box inside of my furnace.The old man there was also rushing his partner and tried to say my furnace was working fine when I already knew it needed a flame sensor. The old man was also very rude to my father who has been using this company for all his hvac needs for over 30 years.

Had water dripping from the exhaust pipe on our 14 month old furnace that these yahoos installed. Turns out they only partially glued and sealed this GAS furnace and we had water vapor and carbon monoxide, RUN AWAY

Very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and great service. Would recommend service. I called about my AC after work and he came out in roughly an hour as a last minute call at 930 at night!

If I could give them negative stars I would.. talked to them Saturday about replacing my hot water heater. They told me what equipment to go buy ahead of time to make the install quick and easy. They told me they would come first thing Monday. They never showed up, they never responded to my text or voicemail, they didn’t even answer my calls.. very unprofessional

Arctic saved me $6500! I had another company come to my house and tell me that my whole system needed replaced at a price of $8000. I called Arctic for a 2nd opinion and they were able to get me going for $1500! If you need someone who knows what they're doing and keeps the average person's budget in mind, make sure to call Jackie Glassburn and his crew at Arctic. I'll never deal with anyone else again.

Came out on the weekend and had our AC running like new! Quick and efficient service! Great price!

What a joke. I called him twice and he never showed. If you don’t want do a job be honest and just say you don’t want do it. Most of these reviews that are good are friends and family. So be cautious. The reviews on the better business bureau are horrible. I’m glad he didn’t show. I’m sure he would have ripped me off.

Called point heating and cooling and they wanted to charge outrageous amount for a patch job and refill. Wouldn't be able get to it for day or two. Arctic came out same day and fixed it and beat their price out of the park$$$. Saved me bunch of money definitely recommend. I'll definitely use them next time for all my hvac.

My mothers AC unit went out and within 15 minutes of contacting Artic heating and cooling he was at my moms home and was able to replace the part same day so my mom wouldn’t be without air for long.
He was fast, professional and will most definitely use him again.

Just about got hit by one of their drivers. They literally went off to the side of the road to make it around us.

Update: issue has been resolved and I can completely understand that this is not the companies fault but the employee who is no longer working for them. I appreciate the update and have redone my rating. Will definitely recommend to others and in the future call and let the company know of the situation by calling first. This morning my A/C completely froze up making my house very hot and uncomfortable, but thanks to Jack, the cool air is already back on. He was very nice and came as soon as he could when other companies told me I'd have to wait until Friday. I will definitely always call them from now on.

Great, honest service. Called about my water heater problem in the morning and it was fixed by 5pm! He also noticed a couple things on my furnace that he took care of while he was here. Would recommend and will continue to call for future needs.

Had them come out three months ago to fix our outside unit. The tech performed a temporary fix until he could order the part. No one has ever come back with the said part. When my husband has reached out he’s told oh I’ll have to check on that today and get back to you. So now we will have to pay again and have someone else come out.

They came out in ~30 minutes from the call to fix the A/C unit. Only took ~15 minutes to fix the unit and now our house is finally cooling down. Great experience!

Our AC capacitor went out Saturday evening- we called Sunday morning & the owner came out less than 2hr later & fixed it in minutes.

We called him on a Sunday due to a leak, he came right out no questions asked! I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have. We couldn’t thank him enough!
