The owner (Jack) came over 30 minutes away, after work hours, to help us in a time of great need during one of the hottest days of the year. Very professional, friendly and even took time at great length to explain everything to us. Fixed a problem another local company wouldn’t/couldn’t. Would highly recommend his business to anyone needing great, reliable and honest service.

I texted Jack at 9pm at night when our ac completely stopped working. He came the next morning to check it and find out that my compressor completely broke. I needed a completely new unit. He got one overnighted and installed within 24hours. 10/10 quality service if you ask me.

They came within an hour of me calling and fixed my gas water heater faster than any place ive reached out to I’d definitely recommend some very kind nice people I appreciate there service thank you guys so much for helping and fixing and putting new water heater on for me and my family 😊

At 8:30 PM on a Saturday evening, my husband and I was sure we were in for a few horrible days due to our AC unit needing repairs. Luckily, I found Arctic when I searched for a 24 hour HVAC Servicer. I called this company at 8:37 PM, and he IMMEDIATELY called me back. I didn’t even have a chance to leave a voicemail before his call came through! I explained our situation and he was at our house by 9:15 PM fixing our issue. We couldn’t believe we found someone willing to come help, but we are so thankful we did! Top notch service, incredibly knowledgeable and so willing to help us. If you need HVAC assistance I honestly wouldn’t call anyone else. We couldn’t be more appreciative and thankful to have found them.

Our outside unit wasn't working and we called someone else the night before who said he would come out today. The other person never showed and finally called us after 8 to tell us he wouldn't be here. It was miserably hot in the house and with kids we just couldn't do another night with it being 85+ degrees in the house. So, we called Artic Heating & Cooling and he was out here within 45 minutes after hours!! He got it fixed within 20 minutes of being here and we couldn't be happier with his service! He was nice, quick, efficient, and affordable! Will be using his service from now on! Thank you so much!!

Called after 8p on a Tuesday, about a plumbing issue, he had it fixed by noon the NEXT day. In the middle of his busy season at his Deer Processing business, I might add. Very professional, great communication, and incredible prices. Highly recommend!

I am unable to review this company’s hvac services but I feel it necessary to praise the owners for another reason. My husband and I were traveling out of town and had the unfortunate experience of a flat tire. The owner and partner of this company very willingly assisted us in changing our tire with the utmost respect and kindness. We had never met them and will most likely never use their heating and cooling services since we live out of the area. But I can highly recommend them to anyone who might need these services since good people like these two gentlemen are rare. If they treat your heating and cooling issues like they treated us and our flat tire…you’ll be pleased and very satisfied…I’m certain. A very loud “shoutout” to Arctic Heating and Cooling.

We had a problem with our AIr Conditioner on a Saturday. Called all kinds of places even 24 hour places. Arctic air was only person to reply he was out of town on a family trip said he would be there as soon as he got back to town.

He got me back up and running and also helped me get a new unit when it was needed. They answer phone day or night.

Does high quality work. He sometimes runs a little late but that is because he doesn’t rush one job to get to the next.

Jack does tremendous work. He drove over 2 hours to install our new system and has been out a couple times for maintenance as well. He definitely goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I highly recommend doing business with him.

Made an appointment for 10am to have rusted shut off valves replaced , when no call no show we called them at 10:30 to check to make sure they were still coming , got lots of excuses and personal to dos and told on their way just running a little late…so we stayed home all day waiting for them and at 4pm finally called again, was given more excuses and the “we are on our way now” …I stated a phone call would have been nice, the guy became rude and stated he didn’t need to take that kind of abuse and told us to find someone else to do he job. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and rude! Don’t waste your time on them.

In an emergency situation with a very bad leak, this business responded in a timely fashion by phone ,scheduled a visit just as soon as possible, and did a marvelous job. The owner himself came and assessed my situation, was courteous, friendly and professionally brilliant. He charged me reasonably. Most of all his work was super and i have had no further difficulty. I recommend this Arctic Heating and Cooling (and in particular the owner) as hard working, prompt, knowledgeable, and above all trustworthy.

I would give negative stars if it was possible. This company did our hvac work on our new house. He put in a 5 ton unit to cool the upstairs and down, but it does not cool the upstairs at all. We have had two other company’s come in and do estimates, and both said he did the job wrong and it would cost close to $19,000 to fix his mistakes. Do not go with this company, because they will rip you off. The company owner has other lawsuits against him, for similar jobs that he did wrong.

Such an incredibly nice gentleman! Friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and all around an incredible service! We are new to thee area, just getting set up, and the pair of them came out super fast and did an amazing job, went above and beyond what I was expecting. Will definitely be a returning customer and recommend to anyone who needs some HVAC work done!

The absolute best around!
Our A/C went out, so we called around and no one could come look at it for over a week. Having two babies under two, we are so very thankful we found this company! He came the same day I called him, and was so very friendly and knowledgeable. Will absolutely recommend to anyone for their heating/cooling needs!

When I tell you that Jackie is a life saver…. My air went out 2 days ago and no one could come out until next week. I called arctic heating and cooling and they squeezed me in quickly.
