My compressor went bad under warranty, and after calling around, Nick at First Choice gave the only reasonable quote from a company willing to service the Chillicothe, OH area. Everyone else that quoted the job gave me pricing that felt like they were trying to take advantage of my situation.

Roger, the service tech, was excellent—he worked through the rain even though he forgot his popup tent, was polite and professional to my wife, always knocked before coming in, and wore booties inside the house.

If you’re in Chillicothe and want fair pricing and solid service, definitely reach out to First Choice for a quote. Their pricing is very competitive for this area.

First Choice Hearing and Cooling is the best in the business in our area. This was my first experience with their organization and I was beyond impressed. My furnace stopped working with an arctic storm coming. I called three companies trying to get someone out today. The other two never showed up or called me back.
First Choice stayed in communication throughout the day and updated me on every stop prior to mine. Once they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and fixed the issue quickly. They will literally be my first choice for any heating or cooling issues I have in the future.

Good price on an excellent product, but more importantly, I got my new furnace installed within 2 workdays of contacting First Choice. The workmanship quality of the installation is superb.

We called their office at 8am and they showed up before 10am. They found the problem with in 15 minutes and had the unit running normal in 30 minutes. They checked all the electrical components on our inside and outside units to give us peace of mind and to make sure everything else was in good shape. Roger and Josh were great. We will have them back in Spring to start a maintenance contract with them.
