Cannot recommend First Coice Heating & Cooling enough!! After another company told us we needed a whole new unit, we called Nick for a second opinion. He was here in under an hour & discovered it was one part that had gone bad. He had the part in his truck, installed it, had us up & running in just a few minutes. Air works perfectly now. First Choice heating and cooling has done quite a bit of the work for us over the past year both residential and commercial and we have been very pleased with the service. Nick and his guys have been very prompt and professional. I would recommend First Choice for all your HVAC needs.

I used another local company to install a brand new system including ductwork 7 years ago. During those 7 years we had nothing but problems including multiple compressor failures. I finally had enough and decided to have a new system installed. I contacted several companies and was most impressed with First Choice. They responded on time and immediately pointed out that my ductwork was undersized and likely why my compressors had been failing. They installed a brand new system with a new trunk line. The work they did was excellent and we have had zero problems with the unit. I would recommend First Choice in a heart beat. Please take my advice and don’t always go with the cheapest option, because you could very well be replacing your entire system in 7 years like I did.

They charged me $300 to “fix” my AC and it lasted 1 week. When I called to try and get it fixed I was told “I’ll look into this and call you back”. Never got a return phone call. This would be my LAST choice.

The service response was great from First Choice. They had a tech at my home within 24 hours. The issues were the failure of the almost brand-new whiz-bang equipment I had purchased along with the 4th of July week timing of the equip failure. The equipment suffered an "I have never seen this before" component failure. Nick was able to get support from company people to receive a quick ship on a difficult part which was good. However, his skeleton crew during holiday week were already on runs by the time I received the contact attempt. He offered a one room air-conditioning unit until a service tech could get us going which I declined. So, we retreated to our basement with a fan until our whiz bang equipment could be restored.
The service and support were great, although I am feeling a little surprised about the durability of our expensive almost new whiz bang heating/cooling unit. So service "A+" equipment "C-' so far but sensing a better report on that over time.

They have been amazing from day one. My unit was installed 2 years ago and still runs perfect to this day. I had a few questions over the years and the service is just as exceptional as the install. Most companies only want to install units and forget about you. Not First Choice. If you have an issue or concern they get back with you the same day. If you looking for a quality install with exceptional service to follow, then look no further.

Nick Morgan and his crew arrived three days ahead of schedule to remove my 20 year old heat pump on a Thursday. Bright and early on Friday, they arrived and installed a new heat pump, furnace, and filtering system. The whole installation took only 4 hours and it runs like a champ. My family are so happy to have First Choice Heating and Cooling as our "Go-to" HVAC company!! They are fantastic!

I had the compressor replaced 2 weeks ago. The new one wasn't kicking in correctly so temperture was 10 degrees higher than setting. They came right out and got it running perfect. They were very friendly and fast to get here to fix my air. I highly recommend them for your hvac needs and fixes.
