After having a “well known” huge HVAC company give us a crazy high quote we reached out to JTA for a second opinion and were very happy we did. Saved us $5,000 on a compressor that we were told was broken by the first company. The JTA tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and got our AC back to working during this 90+ degree weather. Can’t thank JTA HVAC enough.. would recommend them any day of the week we will be life long customers from here on out.

Nick and his team fulfilled every need for my family and I! We are in the dead of winter and lost all heat and hot water. After calling JTA and speaking with Nick, he came out next day for a free estimate. Nick gave us all of our options, and within 2 hours emailed us quotes. This was on a Friday. That following Monday we paid our deposit. The very next day a member of his team came out to get a list of materials. Fast forward to that Thursday, we had two installers at our home starting the job. These 2 men were kind, thoughtful, respectful and professional. The job we needed done was complex to the naked eye, but this crew came in and tackled it in 2 work days. In one short week, JTA took care of us during one of their busiest times of the year. Setting us as a priority due to the circumstances and I am forever grateful. I recommend them fully with a clear conscious & joyous heart! Thank you JTA!!

Working with Nick and his entire company has been great.

My initial call was for service for an AC unit not functioning properly after the heatwave. It was discovered that the exchanger had frozen solid, and my Trane had finally died after 34 years.

Within one day, I had a visit by the owner and an estimate of multiple units in which to make my choice.

After much research over the July 4th holiday weekend, my decision was made, and the process to get on the schedule for an upgrade was written in stone.

The install team was prompt, courteous and went straight to work in removing the old unit, and getting the new one in place. As it was a complex project, they returned promptly the next morning, and by early afternoon the new 2 stage system was checked, double checked and working smoothly and quietly.

The quality of the sheet metal work in tying into the old ductwork, exhaust stack and plumbing connects is a work of art. You can tell the craftsman have pride in their work.

The open communications from the owner, the office, and the technicians made sure to keep me apprised as to their progress.

My furnace went out on one of the coldest evenings in Ohio. I prayed for the Lord to guide me to an exceptional company to address my furnace issue. I did a search on my phone and found JTA HVAC, and I am so happy I did. Everyone I spoke with including the owner was kind and professional. Lee, the technician who came out, fixed the problem. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns, and I told him he is my technician now. The cost of service was reasonable. I you want a HVAC company you can trust don't hesitate to call JTA HVAC. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

After JTA got my furnace up and running this winter, my AC died. The team got me scheduled fast at a fair price. They did great work and were a pleasure to have working in my home. Exceptional service! We have been putting off HVAC installation for years but we finally got fed up! We received multiple quote, all of the competitors were nice but going with JTA was a no brainer! Nick made us feel comfortable and not rushed! Jason and Dj were professional and personable. They were kind and respected my work day. Ok so I think I can do it all. AC stopped working. So I went to YouTube replaced the capacitor, contactor, fan motor and thermostat. AC still not working. Called JTA HVAC very nice and personable on the phone and came out ON TIME the next day. Lee was my service person he was able to diagnose my problems within a few minutes. He repaired an outside low voltage line at the AC unit and came inside to the furnace and diagnosed the faulty transformer. He replaced it and done. The unit started right up. He checked to make sure it was cooling properly. He was here only a short while. Very personable respectable and their number is on the front of the refrigerator for the next time we need their help. Great people good service on time and affordable. What could be better than that! Thank you Lee!

The whole process of having our system checked and eventually replaced was stress free. From the first phone call the professionalism showed. Our a/c stopped working the first time we turned it on this year. Jason had it inspected and diagnosed quickly and gave options for us to decide on. After weighing our options based on us being here for a while, we went with a replacement system. There were “no interest” finance options offered to us and this was easy to access and finalize as well. Once the day came for installation we were advised when the crew were on their way. The crew: Jason, Joe, and Matt were fantastic. They were personable, professional, and efficient. Their attention to detail was appreciated and their thoroughness in giving status of the job and checking all was as it should be was reassuring. JTA HVAC did a project for work and my company. They did an excellent job, quick, professional, no non-sense. Job was complete on-time. I was so pleased that I decided wanted to have them do work at my house. Same exceptional experience. The team was on-time, worked so well, they placed coverings on the floor to prevent dirt and stains on the carpet. They recommended upgrade of the 100-Amp service panel to 200-Amp. They had an electrician they work with routinely. It took the hassle out of finding an alternative contractor. I would ask for Nick and his company again. I always recommend JTA HVAC for heating and cooling needs.

The service guys from JTA were amazing. I thought the job of installing a new furnace in a 100 yr old house would take most of the day, but, even with a quick trip for parts, the heat and a/c was up and running by 3. They were very personable too. I definitely would recommend them to others.

I called and payed HAVE HEATING to come out early morning they couldnt get to me for hours,They sent tech who was here a hour or so, couldn't find problem! Called JTA HVAC, They was here in 30 minutes ,tech problem solved for less than 8 minutes and found problem and fixed it even faster and didn't try to sell me a whole new unit! Me and anyone I work for will never go anywhere else! and they helped me out after hour's I can't tell you how happy I am!!!

The owner Nicholas took his time over the phone to help my father in law when no one else would, and when my father in law couldn't figure it out, on his own he had gis guys go over there and figure it out. Great company and great customer service!! Highly recommended!!
