JTA did a propane to natural gas conversion on our furnace. Very fair pricing. Scheduled for 2:00 service got there early as they knew we didn't have heat till they got there . Of course 18 degrees that day . No complaints at all

JTA has serviced several addresses for me and each time has been a success. My first call to them was for an emergency and they took care of us instantly. We now have a great working relationship and they always come through.

We stopped into our house to make sure everything was okay over the weekend. IT WAS NOT!

The furnace was not heating the house. I immediately began calling HVAC companies in the area, but with it being 4 pm on a Saturday, no one was answering. Except Nick at JTA. He walked me through some self-diagnostics to see if he could assist over the phone. Unfortunately, none of those steps worked. He put me on the schedule for first thing Monday, and Lee came out. He diagnosed it as a bad board and had one there the next day. Kay in the office was great at communicating what and when things were happening. I couldn't be there on Tuesday, but Lee came in and did a great job and got us back up and running.

I have JTA on my immediate call list in case anything happens in the future. I highly recommend you do the same. They care and keep the lines of communication going. When most weren't answering a call, Nick was helping me diagnose. Kay kept me updated, and Lee did a great job. JTA should be everyone's go-to for HVAC. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Plus, the price was great!

Wow and OMG, Lee was so amazing. He walked me through everything he was doing and he gave me options. He did a beautiful job of repairing my furnace. He removed the fan and took it to the garage. You wouldn't believe everything that came out. My furnace sounds amazing and I can't thank him enough. I know who I'll call with any heating or cooling problems and same day service. With the snow storm, no one else could give me same day service. With raising 3 grandchildren, you need heat and to feel safe. I got it all, at a very affordable price. Helen Scott

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with JTA HVAC. From start to finish, the crew was courteous, professional, and incredibly respectful of my home. They paid close attention to cleanliness throughout the installation and completed the work with a level of care and quality that went above and beyond my expectations.

Nick was especially excellent to work with—easy to communicate with, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. What stood out to me most was that he understood my existing and somewhat complex setup, including an ERV unit and a hydronic heating system, when other companies could not. JTA replaced my heat pump system with a new high-efficiency Amana inverter system that qualifies for a $2,000 federal tax rebate, and the installation was seamless.

It’s rare to find a contractor who combines technical expertise, honesty, and true craftsmanship. JTA exceeded every expectation, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering HVAC work.

Realize my air conditioner wasn’t getting colder . The gentleman from comfort air came over within 10 mins of calling them and resolved the issue. Very professional and dependable!!! Highly recommend!!

Rude and deceitful. They will tell you one thing and then change it after you purchase their item so that they can financially benefit. It doesn't matter that it's the exact opposite of what they told you before you purchase something. I've witnessed this in the company of other people at the location who would have overheard and chose not to do anything because it would financially benefit the company. I've even seen the rudeness extend down to a teenager that happened to be there. It's pretty sad to see 2nd generation or 3rd generation taught how to deceive the public as well as how to lie and act rudely. If morals are not important this is the place to go.

They always respond and are on time to scheduled appointments. The guys come in and repair whatever it is fast. They're friendly and just great people to work with. I recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

If your looking to buy a furnace, heat pump or a central air unit this is the place to buy from. I had them out to service my furnace and it was the motor on the furnace. They replaced it but then it went out again after four or five months. We called them again and they replaced it for no charge. They are very honest, reliable and dependable people. Thank you Comfort supply.

Folks, this is a business form out of the past when people cared. The horrible snow storm of late Nov 2024 knocked our electric out. When the power came back on we had no heat. I called other businesses and they didn't even care enough to return our phone call for help! Comfort Air came out and got our heat going. Jeff - The tech - came out in his own JEEP to fix out furnace . These people are the BEST!

Jeff and the team from comfort air just completed the installation of a new heating system for me and I couldn’t be more pleased !!

Comfort Air did what they said they would do and did it on time .Very thorough and professional. No price gouging, just fair honest price policy.

This is the second installation they have done for me . I highly recommend Comfort Air.

This place is the best!! I had TWO businesses tell me that I need a whole new central AC unit. These guys came and replaced a simple part and it was up and running again!! Old school workers for sure, the ones who actually care!! I appreciate the prompt service and information provided!! Thanks for keeping us cool the rest of the summer!!
