I ordered a165000 btu heater for my new shop in 2018 from Ben. He showed up with a 150000 btu ok he said it was big enough. The 165000 was $1900 00 The 150000 was$1600.00 He left to go a car show and left his son and helper finish the job. Like a fool I paid his son $1900.00 MY FAULT Ben said he would make it up cleaning my heater. Then it stops working I called them and Ben came right out . He said something came loose .He ordered the part and someone came out to replace it. Wrong part and they never came back. I am a dumb ass farmer and I fixed it myself I would not let them put a heater in a out house. PS LS propane failed there work once and seburban propane failed it three times poor service.
