I contacted RT'S to repair and replace my dryer vent and an exhaust vent. First time using this company. Ryan was very quick to respond and had me set up for an appointment in no time. Ryan arrived when he said he would and was able to complete the job in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend RT'S to my friends and family. Did a great job and was a pleasure to talk with. Had a new HVAC unit installed and have had multiple issues with the unit. A leak in the unit caused multiple hundreds of dollars of cost out of pocket as well as improperly sealed electronics components allowing bugs to enter and short out a circuit board. When asking about the cost of the coolant I was told a refund may be possible through the manufacturer and given a number only valid for partners to call. When reaching out via email I was constantly told they would look into the issue with no response until after many many attempts and many months, I was finally just told there isn’t anything they can do. Also after initial install of the unit the wiring to the thermostat was not done properly causing the unit to not turn off at all unless killing power to it. On one visit they did not properly allow drainage suction from the unit causing water to leak all over my basement floor, had I not had a water sensor alert me this could have been a much worse situation. I regret my decision to use them and the only reason I would even consider having them back is due to parts warranties on the unit I bought.

I would recommend this company a hundred times over! We had issues with our boiler leaking. Since we have a heat pump, I wasn’t worried about them getting out to us super quickly. I called on Friday and they were able to come first thing Monday, which was super appreciated! The technicians clearly outlined the work that needed done and patiently answered questions. Additionally, they made phenomenal recommendations that would make our system more cost efficient. While we didn’t have them do the work that was quoted today, we will be scheduling them to do all the work quoted plus additional work in the next month or two. Their prices are far better than I anticipated!

Ryan was extremely helpful, professional, and quickly addressed the issue I was having with my Heat Pump wiring. He is a very nice guy and went out of his way to explain everything in detail to me so I knew exactly what the problem was, and I would be able to fix it, should it occur again in the future. I can't recommend highly enough. You should 100% go with RT's Heating and Cooling if you ever need anything HVAC related. P.S. - this is a veteran owned business, so it's a great way to support a veteran if you would like.

Ryan and his guy were quick to respond, prompt and trustworthy. I could tell he knew exactly what was going on. They replaced my furnace in a timely manner, were efficient, reasonably priced & easy to talk to. Ryan explained what was going on and what they could do. I could have just replaced a part and would have had my heat go out most likely next winter. They saved me money by going ahead and replacing the furnace which also replaced the part that was preventing my AC from blowing. The new furnace and buildout looks nice, clean & runs quietly! Will definitely use them for maintenance through the seasons. Thanks!

Ryan and his crew did an excellent job installing a new mini split system in our older home. Ryan was very quick to respond to any questions after estimate and turnaround for install was less than 2 weeks, almost unheard of in this day and age. The install crew went over all details of system and did excellent job making sure we were satisfied. Cleaned the work site up beautifully and Dustin even supplied us with some extra siding from his own house we were needing for another project we had started.
You will not be disappointed having this company take care of you heating/cooling needs.

Ryan was extremely courteous and professional in giving us an estimate for our new HVAC system. He answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood. He was easy and flexible to work with to accommodate our schedules. They worked late to get finished in one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up and hauling away the old components. We have had the system for about 2 months and is working great. We will continue using RT's for all our HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend!

They installed a unit for me a couple days ago so far so good. The crew was very professional, polite, and left no mess. They have very reasonable rate.

Could work on communication, but I have no other complaints

Our second post. Shane came out on Thursday because our air conditioning was not working, he worked long, discovering that a mouse had gotten into the capacitor, electrocuting itself, and messing up the motor. Poor Shane showed back up on Friday @ 8:50 pm to install the motor, worked until almost midnight. He said he was not going to leave until he got us back up and running, mentioning at it is suppose to get up to 100. That is dedication. Knowing all the while he had to be at a Big Job at 5:30 am. These guys are busy, so have patience with them.

Our unit froze up- I called RT’s because they were locally owned and said they were Vet owned. My unit was diagnosed with a bad coil. I was told they could replace the whole unit for cheaper than a coil itself.. I agreed ( almost $4000) . Once installed I was told that they had to bypass a defrost board to get the unit to work. Then they came out a few times in the next couple weeks because it still wasn’t working. I got back from vacation to find out it wasn’t working so I called again- was told some one would be out the next day.. at almost 8 PM someone showed up .. no calls that day for a time estimate so I sat at my house all day waiting. Finally got it working except for the defrost board still needing to be installed.. I called , sent text no response. Finally spoke to the owner and he said let me check and I’ll call you back- -2 weeks later I call again- finally got it scheduled.. after it was “fixed”🤞.. I was told I owed another over $300 and they charged me $90 for a diagnostic check ( they already knew what was wrong from the previous visits) No communication for 2 months after the initial install was I ever advised of additional cost. When questioned about it owner blamed the technician and both “assumed” I knew it was additional . The lack of communication from this company is what drives the star rating to a -1.. I hate leaving bad reviews but this has been a terrible experience from the start.. Communication is the key to a good business and keeping customers happy.. from my experience they need a lot of work in that department.. if you don’t care for good communication and having to keep chasing them down to fix what you paid for then they are for you!

Came out right away and diagnosed my furnace issue quickly. Ordered a new main board and got my unit up and running. I appreciate not being pressured into replacing my unit. Highly recommend this company.

After another company did a no call no show, I took a chance with RT’S, and it was a great experience. I live an hour away from the property so communication was key and they did a wonderful job. Called to let me know when they were an hour out, the tech was in a hot attic but took his time and explained to me what was wrong with the furnace. He was honest and did not try to get me on a new one but instead discussed how it could be fixed. We have several properties and will continue business with this company! I highly recommend them.
