We were in the market for a newer/larger outside unit and a new inside unit (and later learned our cool air exchanges needed to be a bit larger). I researched RT's before I called for an estimate. I learned that Ryan is a veteran and decided between that information and reading all the lovely reviews online I would see if he could do any better on pricing than a previous estimate we received (from another local company). He was gracious enough to adapt to our work schedules to provide the estimate. He looked at everything that was currently installed, gave his recommendations on what would be most efficient for our home and the reasons why, and also chatted with us for a bit. His estimate did beat the other company's. When the crew came on the day of install they were great to say the least! Polite, knowledgeable, and almost didn't even know they were in our home. They also had a teenage apprentice with them who demonstrated the same qualities as the rest of the crew and you could tell he was eager to learn. It was a fantastic experience and we will recommend RT's to anyone who cares to listen!

We have used RT's for our furnace/HVAC install and for our water heater maintenance. They are fabulous! Always on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work done.

This was our second time using RT’s heating and cooling. First time was to service our fireplace and the second time was to replace our ac unit. Both times we had amazing service. They’re reasonably priced and honest which is hard to come by these days. Thanks to Ryan and his team for taking good care of us when our AC was out and it was close to 90 degrees outside! Will never use anyone but RT’s for our HVAC needs in the future.

RT's installed a mini split heat pump in my garage. Ryan answered all my questions. Gave a fair price for install, showed up on time he and his crew were very professional. Very happy with the end result and will recommend them for future work/maintenance.

Highly recommend this company and here's why-
Called with an emergency, owner calmed me down over phone and said they were on their way, then his technician arrived quickly and even though I'm sure he was aware what I told the guy on the phone listened and asked about what was going on. After seeing the furnace he determined my issue explained what was wrong in a way that I understood and didn't feel in the dark about. He gave me options between repair replace (24 year old furnace) but unlike a previous company gladly did the repair without pushing for a new unit sale, after he completed the repair he made a couple other recommendations to prolong the life of my already old furnace. Among them were thing me as a customer could do. Overall it was a great experience and will be calling with all my future heating and cooling needs.

RTs was recommended to us and exceeded our expectations. It was super easy to call and schedule service. When they came out to do the service they were very professional and took the time to answer any questions that we had. Everyone is very friendly and we are definitely using them in the future whenever we have a HVAC need.

I personally am in construction and have been for 45 years, I know the challenges of finding qualified workers. Ryan, responded quickly to my service call. I have medical issues and my Ac went out on the hottest day of the year. He was able to provide the best options at an affordable price. RT's recently installed an all new HVAC system in my home. I was impressed with the seamless install and Ryan accommodated me performing some work I needed to do between removing the old equipment and installing the new. He took the time to explain how to operate everything and how to make changes for my preference. The ethics learned while serving our country showed in his work. It was great to work with a local, Veteran-owned small business. Thank you for your military service Ryan and for the great work. I highly recommend RT's, you won't be let down.

I called Ryan in the morning and he was able to come fix our leak the evening. He was very knowledgeable and did quick work getting the leak fixed. Very reasonable pricing! We will surly be keeping him around for all our HVAC needd as it was such a pleasure working with him he was very nice! Extra 5 star rating!

Ryan came to see what our problem was right away. We ended up having to get a new furnace but couldn’t get it installed until the next day so he loaned us a heater for the night! Tyler came the next morning and installed the new furnace. Both men are very nice, reliable and I plan to use them for all of our heating & cooling needs! Very happy with their business!

After hearing what we wanted with a new system Ryan gave us some options and explained how each would work for us. After making our decision on a new heat pump and air handler he gave us a great price and installation. Very happy with all the work he did for us and we would definitely recommend him.

My air conditioning stopped working so I called RT’s and Ryan came out quickly to diagnose the problem and was very thorough and honest. He had my family cooled off again and no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I will definitely use this company again and recommend to all of my friends and family!

2024: Ryan's crew came out to install a new system for us. While prepping for the install, they noticed that the exhaust pipe from our gas water heater was disconnected in two places because the PVC pipe had been siliconed rather glued. The company that did the water heater installation had done shoddy work. RT literally saved not only our lives, but the lives of our family, by noticing it and making repairs. If you live in his service area, call him if you need service or a new system.

2022: I can always count on Ryan to show up when he says he will, and get the job done quickly and fairly. I've recommended him to countless people.

Ryan's crew installed a propane heater in our shop last year. The thermostat was faulty and they came out the day we discovered the issue and fixed it on the spot. We also scheduled a Fall Tune-up and we are now set for whatever weather Mother Nature brings our way. Professional and thorough.

We had to have our old furnace replaced due to several issues. RT’s gave us a quote very fast and it was a much better rate then we were given from a bigger HVAC company. The furnace came in super fast and was installed nearly the next business day. The Technicians were knowledgeable and fast and efficient with the install. My AC unit just went out and I called RT’s and they were prompt, courteous and extremely trust worthy. Ryan and his employees did a fantastic job and I would recommend them for any HVAC work you may need. My dogs even enjoyed having them around. A++++++

I needed a new thermostat installed and decided to call RT’s. Ryan was able to get us taken care of in a fast, timely manner. Prices were very reasonable and I am very happy with his work! He made sure I understood all the controls on the new thermostat before he left. Great service and highly recommend!

I never like to leave bad reviews, but I think it’s important to let people know when you’ve had a bad experience. We called RTS in July Because our unit wasn’t keeping cool. The gentleman came out and we paid him to see if we had a leak. He couldn’t find one and he filled our unit with refrigerant. Within three weeks to a month, it was doing the same thing so I called them again and they came out again, he said he found the leak and that we need a new coil. We were fine with that and understood. We waited three weeks and called multiple times with minimal communication when our new coil would be in. I honestly just don’t think they wanted to deal with us so we called a local competitor that my brother had recently used and they had our coil installed within two days.
