Great company. I enjoyed their openness and thorough chimney cleaning along with a detailed evaluation. These folks know their business, are professional and engaging. The price was as quoted and no surprises. They have definitely won my business going forward.

Accurate Chimney is great! They are very knowledgeable and professional. We had a lot of water damage so they repaired the crown, flashing and shoulders. They also installed a new liner and added a water repellent (chimney saver) to the outside of the chimney. All of their work has a warranty and is very affordable. Their work is outstanding and we can’t wait to finally use our fireplace. We highly recommend them!!

These guys are great! They sent a message when they were about 10 min out which was nice because it have me time to put my dogs up. They gave a two hour window and arrived within that time frame. They were very kind and thorough and took the time to explain everything they were doing which was especially nice as a new home owner. They provided a very clean and professional service. They are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I will definately be using them again!

They arrived on time. Came in and were set up and started in just minutes.
I forgot the two Gentleman's names but they both seemed knowledgeable. They Explained what they found. Repairs for my issues took 10 maybe 15 minutes Max. They kept everything clean while working.
They also Informed me of proper usage Of my fireplace. I was extra grateful for this because I have Never had one before and didn't know much about proper usage.
I will use again in future if needed

I called Accurate for an estimate on a chimney cap and crown repair. They came out next day, found other areas that needed attention that our inspector missed and repaired everything that day for a reasonable price. They kept in contact with me via text, first showing me the areas that needed repairs and then the finished job. Fast, professional, efficient, and personable is how I would describe Accurate. I can not recommend this company more, Charlie and his crew were fantastic.

I really appreciate how honest they were and took the extra time explaining to me exactly how our chimney worked, possible services we need right away and some things we'll need down the road. They didn't try to overcharge me for services we didn't need right away - which most contractors do. Very refreshing.

Professional, friendly, polite, and all around good guys. I'd strongly recommend and even have passed their number along to neighbors needing work. They we're on time, called ahead to let us know when they'd be here, explained everything, gave us a quote some potential work that MUST be done for safe function but did not pressure about them having to do it. I had a great experience with Accurate Chimney and Fireplace. The two men who came to my home were personable, respectful, and obviously knowledgeable. We just bought a home with a fireplace. They cleaned our chimney and identified many issues during the inspection they performed. The cleaning looked great to us, and then they put together an estimate for the work we needed, providing us a couple different repair options catered to different budgets. I greatly appreciate the fact that they are upfront and honest. I felt like they were most concerned with quality service, and I never felt pressured in the slightest. I love that this is a small business with family working together. The owner was one of the men who came to the house, and he specifically told me that he wanted to keep his business smaller so that he could be more involved and know what's going on with all his clients. Very easy to get along with. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Arrived on time. All around great. Will update after work is completed. Right now, I highly recommend.

Update: A team came out to repair the cracks, install a damper, and level the shoulders on our chimney. We are super happy with the result. They explained all the work they completed and demonstrated how to properly use the damper. They were also friendly and really easy to get along with. They had a painter come out who painted the whole chimney white, and it looks like new. Thank you all so much!

Scheduling was easy and the team was punctual, professional, and great to work with. With a job as expensive (and important) as a chimney repair, it meant a lot to my wife and I to find someone we felt we could trust and we were very relieved to have found that in Accurate Chimney. All of this at a very fair, transparent price.

We had Accurate inspect our ga fireplace and chimney in our 30+ year old home in preparation for bringing back to operational status. Our inspector was superb. He came with video inspection gear, a drone for exterior inspection, and clear expertise and experience. He discovered deficiencies that would require extensive and expensive repairs in order to bring it up to code for gas or wood logs. But he gave us advice on a direct vent solution that would permit us to use the fireplace at a substantially reduced repair cost, and gave us advice and a quote on exterior maintenance that’s required. We highly recommend Accurate Chimney and Fireplace.

Accurate Chimney did great work on both the outside and inside of my chimney and fireplace. They resealed the flashing on the chimney and resealed the flue to allow us to use our fireplace for the first time. They price beat another quote we got for the same work. They did not try to oversell me and they did great work!

On the day of my appointment they showed up to my house and again, John answered more questions. They were on time and did an amazing job. We had a leaky indoor wood box that is next to our fireplace. After a heavy rain there would be a puddle in the box. Accurate Chimney did a thorough inspection and provided pictures with their repair quote. It did take some time to get scheduled as they are so good they are totally booked up. But it was well worth the wait! Charles Sr. and Charles Jr. did excellent quality work and took the time to explain to me every repair they made and why. The next rain, there was still a little seeping in the brick and they came right back out the next day to add some sealant to our ledge which fixed this issue as well. We have also used this business for fireplace cleaning. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I’ve used Accurate Chimney but had looked at reviews online as I had been unimpressed with previous companies I’ve had out for chimney cleanings. Based on reviews I decided to give them a try - John and Matthew arrived on time, got the chimney thoroughly cleaned, removing a large amount of soot. They also went onto the roof (3 stories up, so many companies never bothered), took photos of areas needing repair and then carefully explained each to me. They were extremely professional and I will definitely use their services again. Accurate Chimney has a couple of good employees in John and Matthew. Thanks!

I had made a fire in my fireplace and noticed backdraft. I was recommended to contact Accurate Chimney and scheduled a cleaning and inspection service. Each appointment that had been scheduled, they were early/on time to arrive. They found vertical cracking and other issues that needed attention/fixing before any continued use of the fireplace. They were thorough, hard working and explained things professionally. I never felt they were trying to sell more things or do things that weren’t necessary. I felt they were very fair and honest.
