Very satisfied with their professionalism. Came out for cleaning and inspection. Showed me pictures as they worked , explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Gave us recommendations for future work that will need to be completed within the next year. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I give Accurate Chimney a 5 star rating due to their excellent customer service, timeliness and affordability. Accurate came out to diagnose my chimney issue and was able to resolve and install a new chimney liner the same day within hours. The owner gave a detailed description of what was needed. I also feel the service and installation was very reasonable compared to some of the bigger and well known competitors. Also offered be a senior discount on top of it. I highly recommend Accurate for you chimney/fireplace needs!

Our technician, John, was fantastic. We had several fireplaces (not currently in use) inspected and 1 (in use) inspected and cleaned. Really glad we had John out because he discovered that our primary fireplace's chimney was not up to code for wood burning! It's an old house and the fireplace was built for coal burning, but was never updated. We bought the house several years ago, and no previous home inspector or contractor had noticed this problem! John showed us the issues he found, and explained all of them in detail, to ensure that we understood what we were dealing with. He also went over various solutions in detail so that we thoroughly understood our choices, and included his recommendations and why. He also discussed ways to proceed with affordability in mind. Really glad we had Accurate Chimney come out, and very pleased with the service we received.

Shout out to Charlie, Ryan, John, and Matthew for the amazing service! Had an animal trapped in my chimney along with numerous other safety and structural issues. The guys explained everything in a very understandable and detailed manner and promptly + precisely took care of said issues. Never for a second felt like I was being uncharged… the price is fair and the service is truly top tier. Would give these guys a 6/5 if I could. Will definitely be working with them again if I run into any chimney/fireplace related issues.

I wanted a second opinion after another company did an inspection and said I needed to replace the entire fireplace. Charlie was great. He provided me multiple options for fixing the fireplace instead of replacing it. He explained everything in detail and showed photos of my fireplace where there were issues.

I will be sure to use this company in the future for cleaning and inspections.

Jon and his crew came out and inspected and cleaned are fireplace. We also had another fireplace they looked at. They were polite, on time and took the time to answer all our questions about putting in an insert. They were great. Transparent pricing and no B.S. would highly recommend!!!

The team did a great job of thoroughly explaining the work that would be entailed in the repair of our chimney when we had our initial inspection as well as on the day of the project, and the price was very competitive. They showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the entire process and provided me with the before and after photos. John and Ryan came out to inspect my chimneys today. They were polite, professional, and gave me a flexible quote for the work I must have done. While I deliberate next steps, John did a temporary repair to ensure the chimney is safe from water and animal intrusion. The temporary repair is something for which they'd normally charge, but they did it for free so my home would be protected. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism and look forward to working with them to complete my full scope of work.

The guys came out and installed a cap pretty quick and for a reasonable price. I initially wasn't happy with the cap they used because I thought it looked odd and didn't fit right. After talking through it with them they found a better-fitting cap, painted it, and then replaced it. It looks much better now. Easy to deal with and definitely have good customer service.

Accurate Chimney did an outstanding job! Logan and the entire crew were fantastic from start to finish—handling everything from repairs and crown replacement to sweeping and heatshield application. Our chimney hadn’t been properly taken care of for a while, but they got it back in great shape without any issues. We’ve worked with another company in the past, but Accurate Chimney clearly outperformed them. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough.

We were not happy with our original interaction with Accurate, but after he found out, the owner reached out to us to make things right. They did a good job with customer service, and went above and beyond with the work that they did on our chimney. Their crew was very courteous and respectful, did the job quickly, and the quality of work was great. We really liked working with the owner and his father. They are very personable and friendly, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Having my chimney repaired by this company was one of the worst decisions I have made. Since the repair I have had leaking into my home along the chimney. They sent subconsultants out to fix it but a year or so later the leaks are back and I’ve had to have my walls and the chimney flashing repaired. This was expensive and my roofer showed me what a lousy job they did to the tuck pointing in areas where it isn’t visible. To top it off their receptionist is incredibly rude.

Update: this company has since threatened me with legal action for this review. Adding pictures of the garbage and tools your crew left of my yard last time you tried to “fix” something and the water damage we continue to deal with. If you don’t like bad reviews, don’t do a bad job, don’t harass your customers and don’t you dare threaten my first amendment rights.

We contracted Accurate Chimney to install a chimney liner and refinish the exterior of our chimney. Everyone we encountered was professional, kind and helpful. They did excellent work and got the job done in one day. We also felt the prices were reasonable. We highly recommend Accurate Chimney!
