I was very happy with the service that I received. I believe the tech's name was Roy Dunigan and he did an excellent job. Due to an issue I wasn't able to be home and I talked to him and once he understood everything was outside he said he would work on the unit and I didn't have to be there. Within less than a half hour he was calling me to let me know that my Air was back and operating. He explained the simple fix and I am so appreciative of how he took care of me.

We had a faulty AC unit that went out during the hottest part of the year. With my pregnant wife and our two-year-old at home, we were desperate to find a quick solution. Fast Response came out immediately and had a new unit installed within just a few hours - their efficiency was incredible.

What truly impressed me was how they handled a communication mix-up that led to a misunderstanding about our service. Rob didn't make excuses - he took full responsibility and went above and beyond to make things right. That level of accountability and customer care is rare these days.

From the quality of the installation to their exceptional customer service, Fast Response exceeded our expectations. They've gained loyal customers in us, and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.

Rob did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I had been having another company come out to see why my AC was not working after a month of them still not fixing the issue I contacted fast response. Rob was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 20 min! Thank you for doing a great job!

Furnace is out, 3 days before a tech shows up. No timeframe for an appointment other than a day. Finally get a call at 7:30pm and shows up at 9. Part to be ordered, and will take a week to get here. No direct communication with me. Still waiting for the repair to be completed.

The Service Tech. was very knowledgeable and explained what he was servicing on the furnace.
My only complaint is that they failed to give me (the customer) a window for service. We had to wait almost all day until the Tech showed up around 2:00 PM in the afternoon.

First time working with this company. Great customer service! RJ, the technician that came to diagnosis my AC issue was very informative. He kept me updated through out the entire process. Also, I appreciate how mindful he was while in my home. He wore shoes covering inside and remembered to put them back on after working on our outdoor unit. I have a little one that’s crawling so it’s nice to not have to ask to wear shoes covering. I recommend 100% !

Koreans came for a tune up of our heating system and was very thorough with the work and the explanation to us on what we can continue to do to keep our system working properly. Definitely recommend using FAST Response with techs like Korinna.

I called them Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they send somebody immediately early afternoon. Josh came and immediately figured out the problem with our furnace and made it work again. I couldn’t believe how fast he figured it out. I even made him look again to make sure the furnace keeps working and doesn’t stop. I highly recommend FRS Heating and Cooling!

Awesome! Technician Rob should be called Dr Rob! He came out to my home and did a thorough step by step troubleshooting of the problem with my Hvac unit and made sure to explain and resolve the concerning issue. I had an amazing experience Josh came out on a level 3 snow storm to get my heat turned back on. He was super knowledgeable and friendly and I could not ask for any better I would recommend them to anyone and will use them any time in need something in the future!

RJ was out today to do a tune up on our furnace. He was very polite and thorough in his work. After the tune up he went over everything in detail, providing photos and explanations for what he found during the service. We will for sure use this company in the future when needing furnace help.

Philip and the rest of the team have been amazing. They installed a whole home humidifier and rewired and easy to work with.

I called on a Friday about noon for service needed on my furnace. I did not expect to hear from anyone until Monday or beyond. A repairman was at my home on Saturday at 11 a.m. He was courteous, efficient, and pleasant. I highly recommend Fast Response Heating and Cooling.
