RJ was so professional and very pleasant. Even my picky little Pomeranian liked him. So glad I opted for the fall HVAC maintenance. I will do it again in the spring for the AC unit. I hopefully will get RJ again.

RJ showed up as promised. He was thorough and friendly. I am ESPECIALLY grateful that he educated me on his my system works!! I'm nice and warm now.

Loved the gentleman that came. Very polite, cleaned up, answered all my questions. Will definitely call in the future when we decide to replace our furnace and central air.

RJ, our serviceman was excellent, he was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He work was thorough, afterwards, he showed me before and after pictures of his step by step cleaning process and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Service was excellent.

RJ is just fantastic - so kind and patient. He was willing to (re)explain a few things and made sure I was 100% before leaving. SUPER helpful and love the recommendations!

I'll add one more thing - my warranty company tried to not back their warranty. FRHC helped me and i was able to get back the money the warranty company should have paid. OVER & ABOVE - all the stars.

Andrew showed up withen a hour from when I called and had my furnace running in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend

Fast Response Heating &Cooling was a great experience. The person who scheduled my appointment was very through and was willing to accommodate my scheduled as much as possible. I really appreciate tge 25-30 minute text/ call before coming.
The young man, Derrick, who serviced my furnace was professional, friendly and explained what he did. The experience from start to finish was very positive.

Korrina provided thorough and excellent service. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem and helped me to understand the priority and benefit of each repair. I would highly recommend Fast Response and make sure to ask for Korrina.

Both technicians we had come out from FRS Heating and Cooling were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I hope our Home Warranty Company continues to use them! This is the first time we have ever felt confident and content with HVAC services. Even without our home warranty, we would 100% use them again for our needs!

I just had my furnace installed and the heat stopped working. Kevin came out and told me there was an issue with the line and it needed to be replaced. Though he did not initially have a fix for it, he told me he will put an order in for the part. After departing, Kevin called me back with a solution. He came back to my house and got my heat back on. I'm so grateful especially since it's cold and I have children. With his solution and thinking outside the box, we won't be cold over the weekend! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you again Kevin, you're amazing!!!

We bought a new house and the previous owners already had a system with Fast Response on the third floor so we called them to do a tune up before our first winter in the house. When they arrived we realized that the main system was 21 years old! Corrina was on the initial call and gave us several options to upgrade our system. We ended up getting an entire new furnace and AC unit. Phillip came the next day to install everything and it was up and running by that evening. Within a week I was able to contact Corrina to finish the install and they worked around my schedule flawlessly.

Korrina was outstanding salesperson who helped facilitate an extremely quick installation.
Not only was the installation of new furnace and air conditioner done in freezing weather with minimum disruption, but Christen spotted a few other issues that needed addressed and corrected them. Five stars

If I could rate this company 1 million stars I would do so. First of all, a big shout out to Matt. He listened to and all my misfortunes with my home warranty. They royally screwed me. But, Matt sent out his guy Ryan who gave me and estimate. And they worked with me. I got a brand new air conditioning unit. They sent me out Cody and Brian first. I ran into a bigger issue that Brian and Cody made me aware of. Cody worked with me on an estimate and I accepted and him and Brian got to working. Philip came later to install the unit. These guys, all of you were glorious. Thank you from the bottom of my soul for doing all this work to make my house closer to tip to shape. Thank you!!

Great service! The service tech R J was super nice and great with our dogs! Very knowledgeable was not a “pushy” person to want to up sell us. He was very kind and personable! And a extra shoutout to Bill for all his help on our little problem.

Andrew, was courteous and friendly. He took the time to give us clear picture of our issues and provided a variety of options to correct it.
There was no pressure and any of the options were fine with him. He also gave us a brief overview of what to expect as far as the pending work.
Great experience, overall.

Excellent customer service, Stacy the project manager was great. Installed my new furnace next day in just a couple of hours. Cost was less than I expected for a full replacement. Great to work with.

Fast Response hosted me and my team amongst others for a training event. They were gracious enough to let us borrow their state of the art facility for two whole days and came away with an invaluable skill set. Great organization.

RJ is detailed and responsive. I appreciate what he did for the tuneup as well as spent time to bug fixing my HVAC issue. As for the Fast Response, you guys nailed it. You called and reached back next day and came right on time.

Outstanding Service During a Furnace Emergency!

I had a furnace failure in early February when temperatures dropped into the teens, forcing my family (including our 6-year-old grandson and 91-year-old mother-in-law) into a hotel. The Fast Response Heating & Cooling team absolutely saved us.
RJ was the first technician out and immediately diagnosed that we needed a furnace replacement. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient in assessing the situation.
Stacy, the project manager, was exceptional throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, showed genuine empathy for our emergency situation, and worked diligently to expedite everything. Her communication was outstanding - providing updates, answering my questions patiently, and even giving me ETAs so I knew when to head home from the hotel. When I expressed frustration with the warranty company delays, she understood completely and helped navigate us to a faster solution.
Philip and Christian, two 15-year veterans, performed the installation. Their experience and knowledge of their trade made what could have been a complicated process into a non-event. They got the heat fired up and running smoothly in just one evening!
Austin came out the next day to check on the new furnace and make any necessary adjustments, ensuring everything was running perfectly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Robert and his HVAC service! I reached out to him in a pinch when I couldn’t find a replacement blower control module for our 2-year-old Bryant furnace. The part alone was going to cost $500, and replacing both the motor and module would’ve been close to $1500. I struck out searching for used parts on eBay since the furnace was so new. Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and asked for the furnace’s serial number. To my surprise, he checked the warranty info and found out the part was still covered! He had the part in hand within a day, and our furnace was back up and running in no time. Robert went above and beyond, and I learned a ton from him along the way. Couldn’t recommend him enough for his expertise and amazing service!
