Had to replace my 42 year old system which included furnace and AC. I chose Guaranteed Heating & Cooling for two reasons. First because of the price, and second because they’re a family owned business, not one of the more expensive chains you see advertised. They started at 7:20 AM and wrapped things up around 1pm. Very happy with my choice. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This is truly the definition of a family owned business. Ben Sr installed my gas furnace 4.5 years ago and young Ben came out to service it. He was very professional and courteous. He did not push anything on me and I love that. He gave me the brochure let me read about the service agreement then decide if I wanted to pay for a maintenance call or a service agreement.. I asked if he would make sure he called me to set up service for the spring and he said they absolutely would… a huge plus since I can never seem to remember to do that!

Small family business. Wonderful staff. Very friendly and honest. Called them once due to compressor issue. Was super happy with Ben’s work and so when there was an issue with heating, called them again. This time Ben Jr. came to help. He was amazing too. Highly recommend them. I hope there will not be any issue with HVAC of my house. But if there is, Guaranteed Services LLC will be my go to place.

These guys are the real deal. Our furnace started acting up on New Year’s Eve of coarse. It’s geothermal furnace so by late in the day New Year’s Day it finally quit working. We waited all day on the company we had a service contract with to come out. By the time they showed up and diagnosed what was wrong, it was too late to order parts until Monday. We called Guaranteed and Ben came out that next morning. He diagnosed what was wrong and tried everything possible to get us heat but in the end there were too many components that talked to the chip in the fan that couldn’t be bypassed. So we had to wait on OEM part. When the part came in he called us said he was on his way. We have heat again now and I couldn’t be more grateful to have called guaranteed. Customer service is in their DNA.

Amazing service and genuine people. I was hesitant to go with a random HVAC company without having any personal recommendations to go off of, but when our furnace stopped working at 11pm the night before a huge winter storm was predicted, we weren't left with many options. Ben was there to save the day within 30 mins of my phone call! He was very personable and knowledgeable. You're always worried that you're going to get ripped off in these situations (because honestly I'd pay anything to have heat when it's 5 degrees outside), but not with these guys. He was able to quickly identify our problem and fix it for a very reasonable cost. They will definitely have our business for life!

Ben is amazing. Honestly, this is the best place to get your furnace/AC whatever you need with that looked at. They are all professional and kind and after years of personally dealing with Ben I would recommend anyone to call them. My furnace stopped working at 10PM on a Friday and the low temp was expected to be in the 20s, so I needed it fixed ASAP. I called Guaranteed Heating and Cooling and the tech (Ben) arrived in less than an hour. He was polite, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He had my furnace up and running in less than 30min. I will definitely use Guaranteed again in the future if the need arises.

I appreciate that they dont try to sell equipment that you dont really need. During a routine furnace check they showed me a picture of a minor issue inside the unit that didn't need addressing right now but will in the future.

Ben was knowledgeable and nice. I was thinking about a smart thermostat and he spent time with me on the phone and texting when booking this appt to offer advice on a smart learning thermostats. I purchased it before the appointment and he installed it during the appointment. Couldn't be happier.

Ben is AWESOME!! He is friendly, thorough, experienced and reliable. Whatever issue happens with the furnace/boiler, mini splits (2) and AC systems (2), he diagnoses the issue quickly and soon has things running again. He is honest and trustworthy, so much so that I trust him to work when I'm not able to be home.

If I was able to rate at ten stars, it would do so. Ben is just the best!!!
