We called Friday night to have our air conditioner looked at, Saturday morning Guaranteed was there to look at it. We ended up buying a new air conditioner because the compressor was going out and didn’t want to get caught in the heat. They were able to put our new unit in on Tuesday. Quick and great service.

They answered the phone when I called the very first time. Had a technician out to my house within a few hours. Called me to explain the problem, ordered the part, installed it a few days later. Problem solved.

I have had excellent service from this company. They are reasonably priced and friendly people. I have a new hot water heater that was professionally installed.

Two summers ago our AC went out. We contacted Guaranteed Heating & Cooling based on recommendations of friends and weren't disappointed. Their response was quick and they assessed and made a recommendation, which matched the homework we had done in advance. The price was also very reasonable compared to alternatives we researched. Our 2025 spring semi-annual service call was equally satisfactory. The tech was on time, and called ten minutes before arriving. The visit was efficient and thorough for a winter pre-check. And last week we requested a follow up visit for an unusual noise. The owner came out and thankfully it was a simple fix and the visit still covered by our semi annual check. We prefer dealing with local family owned businesses and this is one we will continue to use. We have recommended this biz to several friends and neighbors, and four of them having used and let us know they were very pleased. We don’t recommend a company unless truly warranted, and this recommendation has been earned.

When Ben came out this morning he was on time, very professional and did a great job. Each time I have had someone from GUARANTEED HEATING & COOLING come to my home they always do such a great job.

Returned from vacation on Friday, 8/8/2025, with my house at 79 degrees when I had it set at 71 degrees. I checked with my neighbor and he recommended I call Guaranteed Heating and Cooling. I called right away, not expecting anyone to come until the following Monday, The person answering the telephone informed me that they had a technician finishing up a job just a few miles away from my house and that they would be dispatched right away. Within an hour, a professional gentleman arrived and had my unit working within 45 minutes. The gentleman explained what was wrong with my unit and assured me he would have it cooling in no time. Never once did he try to up sale me or tell me I would need a new unit. The entire process went much smoother then dealings I have had with other companies. The service call was very reasonably priced and went off without a hitch. I believe I have found my new Heating and cooling company. Thank you for a job well done.

We had Atlas tell us that our furnace was unsafe to use, we had Guaranteed come out for a second opinion, and they were honest and walked us through the entire system, showed us the readings and identified the gas pressure was way too high, adjusted it back into speck and furnace is perfectly fine. Very professional and amazing company

I found heating and cooling in a local Facebook group- they had tons of recommendations. I called and within a hour and a half they were at my door to fix the problem. He was speedy and in and out I. 20 minutes! Would completely recommend to any friends who have heat problems!

A very polite and professional young man came out to diagnose a problem with my furnace. Said it might be a problem with the control board and said he’d call me back with a quote. Never did. I ended up sourcing and installing a replacement myself. Control board was not the problem. Or, at least wasn’t the only problem. I spent $160 for them to tell me nothing I didn’t already know.

After speaking with two different companies for repair and possibly replacing furnace ranging from 4k to 30k.. we were referred to Guarantee Heating.. Ben came out and found out the actual problem and charged 400.00.. he was very nice and professional. We will definitely call them again if any other problems arise.

As a first time home owner it’s always a bit scary when you deal with any major issues when it comes to heating and cooling.
