Similar to some of the other recent comments here, no experience with what the company does but one of their trucks nearly clipped my car weaving between lanes like a lunatic. Just not a great look.

I have no experience working with this company, but if their performance is anything like their drivers, it's not the type of people I would want to be associated with.
I had two of their crew members tailgating me at 70 mph on the highway and that's a real good look when driving a company truck. As far as I can tell, their company boasts road rage, not customer service. A horrible accident involving a family on the highway would not be the publicity I'd want.

Just had the pleasure of being tailgated at well over the speed limit by their white box van with one headlight out during pitch dark morning rush hour. The driver was NASCAR pushing me all the way from the on-ramp well into the middle lane on 315 South. I would consider other contractors before choosing this company to do careful quality work if they can't at least figure out how to replace their low beams before reaching hyperdrive on your bumper at 6:30 in the morning.

So im not the only who's seen their employees shitty driving? Dude in a work truck going about 100mph on 270 while bobbing and weaving through traffic using all three lanes. WAY TO REPRESENT!

This company has the absolute WORST drivers.. dummies damn near causing serious wrecks on the highway..
Speeding. Going way over 100 running in cars bumpers to have to slam onto breaks . Give your drivers lessons

Great service! Philip came out and fixed our furnace with such positive energy this morning. He was very impressive, quickly figured out the problem and fixed the part without any issues. We are beyond grateful for Philip and the whole Fast Response Team for coming out quickly and giving us a peace of mind! We will definitely use them again for any future problems!

RJ worked on my furnace to resolve a clog, and the service was exceptional. He was polite and professional, and he was very thorough with his work. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. In addition, he showed consideration by wearing and changing shoe coverings, and he cleaned his area well. We are extremely pleased with his service. Thanks, RJ!

Let me start by saying this is no way a reflection of the technicians work or professionalism as it was five star. The dispatch however is atrocious. FRS advertises same day service and my initial service took 14 days. The expectation for the day of repair is that you be there all day or have the ability to be there within a half hour of a text or email. A very unrealistic expectation for people who work. The customer service at the dispatch just passes the buck and acts as if they are powerless to help. I understand that repairs can be a bit of a moving target but after the problem has been diagnosed the follow up repair could be more refined in scheduling. I had no choice in selecting the company for repair as it is requested through my home warrantee. If you have a choice i would recommend anyone other than this company if you expect good customer service and realistic windows of time for scheduling.

Tech came last July 24, 2021, reported job as fixed and closed the request. A/C motor was on since July 24, @ 75°F and stayed that way for 5 days. Decided to switch A/C off. They sent another tech (Joshua) 4 days after and he told us that A/C needed new compressor. Another 4 days went by, no call/email from Fast Response.
Called them again and they insisted that the A/C was already fixed!
Had to cancel all appointments for two whole days because they would also jot give you a window as to what time their technician would arrive!

FOXCROFT HVAC tech/owner DAN came, replaced burnt wire and converter. After just 2 hours, house temp went down to 76° from 78° AC issue finally resolved!

WOULD NEVER USE FAST RESPONSE EVER!

If I could, I would give even more stars as RJ deserves them all. He was beyond great, super knowledgeable, & so personable. We appreciate his help so much & cannot thank him enough! He also stayed longer so he could also explain everything to my husband as well. My only ask is we get him everytime if possible when we make a service call. Our dog will be expecting him too. Kudos!!

Ryan and RJ from Fast Response Heating & Cooling demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They were prompt, personable, and resolved my issues efficiently. Their service was outstanding, and they offered expert guidance. I highly recommend both technicians and this impressive company. They ac unit cost way to much they rush us into getting it said are insurance wouldnt pay for any of it but after the fact insurance would pay a good amount on it. I'd just make sure you talk to your home insurance

Always a great experience showing up to Rocket Group always able to take away more knowledge that we can use in our company to make us better. I highly recommend one of these classes.
