Very impressed with True Green service from their phone calls to make sure everything went right on my first visit to the placement of the flags all around my property.

Today technician Mike G came out to my home and explain to me lawn mower settings.
I was making a mistake cutting grass to low.
He also explained to me about the different types of weeds I have on my property.
I learned a lot from him he's very knowledgeable.

My lawn care specialist Ahmad is awesome. He really takes care and pride in what he does. He listen to all my concerns. And what I seen he did a great job covering the whole lawn with the lawn application.

John did a great job. He was efficient and listened to me as a professional. Happy with his work ethic.

Marques J. my technician was very professional and did an excellent job. He even took the time to explain what he was doing with my lawn application.

Didn’t stick to a regular schedule, canceled and rescheduled a lot. Had issues with them following instructions on the property, Had a lot of weeds pop up around the edges of the lawn after paying for weee control

My lawn specialist was unable to get into the backyard on the day he was servicing my yard. He came back a few days later and treated my backyard. Now that's I believe is the mark of a great company and an great customer service.

This was my note to TruGreen: We have been TruGreen clients for years. You have known to never treat our back yard for the safety of our dogs. Today you arrived with no prior day advance notice. You treated our back yard. And sprayed weed killer in our garden. And put fertilizer into our pool. And into our horse pasture. Now our dogs are at risk. We are speaking with our veterinarian to know what to watch for so that the horse does not get sick or die. We need to clean our pool. Our previously organic garden no longer is. The scheduled lawn reseeding in our back yard can no longer be done this season due to the chemicals you sprayed leaving us with a sub-standard yard until spring (ironically due to the negligence of a lawn care company). We have contacted you multiple times and been promised return calls. Although we've also been hung up on at least twice. We need a return contact and we need you to clean up this mess and stand behind any expenses you have created. And it's notable that no 'we treated your yard' sign was placed on the property - we only realized you had been in our yard when we saw the fertilizer on the ground under the dogs feet. Poor customer service does not begin to describe this situation.

My specialist #217881, Charles Bissell was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain what he was using and how to maintain my lawn in between services.

John was very professional and thorough. He took a moment to explain the treatment and what it’s designed to do. I'd like to request him for ALL of my future treatments.

Below is how this year of service has gone.
Early on 9/22, I get the text for planned arrival for service. Later the note says service arrived and then the next text says they could not make the service time.
No service was performed on 9/22.
I did get a MARKETING call near 9/23 stating that spiders had been seen during my 9/22 service (but they had not been at my house).

I called on 9/26 and no service was scheduled before or after the call.
Called on 10/6 to schedule service. There was no record on file at TruGreen for the 9/22 activity.
Before the call, no service had been scheduled.

Before the season, I paid for a year's service with aeration and overseed. I have two services remaining for the year. 🙁 ☹️

There was originally an appointment at the beginning of the week and because I have a no trespassing sign on my fence, the service tech did not go into the yard to complete the service but he did reach out to me. Once he reached out to me I let them know that they absolutely could go in if i'm not there and they were back today so in just two days they got it done!

Ahmed was very helpful in getting issues resolved. I appreciate his wealth of knowledge and professionalism

Just wanted to share my experience with Trugreen Lawn Care Maintenance. I've tried to maintain my shrubs/trees, fertilizing and weed control myself in the past. The last five years I've left it to the professionals. The TruGreen technicians are professionals. They're courteous and efficient. Three of my neighbors have since signed on after seeing my results. The cost out weighs the headache and time if I tried to maintain myself.

Nikka was such a big help with keeping my service. My house is quite big and lawn is over 20,000 Sq ft she assisted me on getting balance paid and making sure supervisor came to look at the issue and it has been resolved

Our tech went way beyond to answer my questions 5 stars for him. He called his supervisor about a problem with my lawn and I was not happy with his response. He said it's a weed and they can't kill it and I should go and buy round up and do it myself. So why I'm I spending all this money for me to do it myself. Not a satisfied customer....
