Rob just left our property for a retreatment. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and what he was going to do to help clear up the things we were seeing popping up in our yard. He treated our yard like it was his own.

Disappointed. Did a fantastic job with my neighbors, so thought we'd try them. Paid for a year. Had to call to schedule ..thought that was their job. More weeds then when they started ..canceled.

Service was great. Technician rang out bell to let us know he was there. He is very friendly D professional. Totally satisfied with today’s service

One of the True Green associates spread fertilizers on the middle of June . The grass burned here and there. Then I notified customers service. True green immediately sent me a specialist and tried to fix the problem. I saw a specialist working on it and I went out to discuss with him about the problem. He recommended Aeration for recovery. Hopefully it will recover.

TruGreen, a picture is worth a thousand words. The builders of today refuse to place black dirt before they lay sod. We have to feed and maintain our grass from the top down. TruGreen does it in numerous ways. Tree and shrub health. Pesticides for pest we see and don’t see. It’s science. I’m not a biologist or an arborist.

Not a fan of this company. They do a good job documenting their work, but I'm just not confident in the impact and value. I felt I was heavily swayed into an extended support package and have decided to continue it but not renew. I was called today about extending and was hung up on the second I mentioned on being interested. I find that very unprofessional and symbolic of their service and not being able to stand by what they do.

A great company to work with for my lawn needs and mosquito control. Can't think of any problems I've ever had when dealing with TruGreen

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Declined their quote and they called me 8 times in 7 hours with spoofed phone numbers and AI voicemails. When I answer the call, the guy insists he will keep calling because they have “new deals”

Tru Green has treated a few trees .
& azalea bushes to help fight powdery mildew & apple scab. I have kept up on these issues with Tru Green helping me fight these diseases & we are winning the battle so far. They are great & also like the fact they use some environmentally friendly products besides just straight chemicals. I highly recommend them!!

Ahmed did an awesome job and he was friendly, courteous, and professional. He asked and listened to my requests and he addressed them perfectly.

The Agent allowed me to point out all areas of my yard. And sprayed the areas that had been missed. He was professional and courteous. Thank you

Thank you TruGreen for a job well done. The tech (Andrew), was very kind and courteous. When I asked him to spray some stubborn weeds in my yard, he didn’t hesitate to accommodate. I’m looking forward to having an amazing lawn this year. Keep up the good work!

The attached picture is after a year of service. We discovered TruGreen was only treating half our yard. After confronting them, they added a note to our account and assured us they would do the complete back. We caught the technician skipping it twice more. I called to terminate the service immediately. They would not reimburse us as we are being charged for the entire yard.

Although the young man that treated my yard was professional and polite, the company lacks communication skills. I’ve requested multiple times for this treatment to happen and was told that a supervisor would be out to speak with me about my weed situation and that didn’t happen, even after speaking with multiple representatives from the company. Hopefully this young man was able to remedy the situation because if not then I will have to look for another company that will meet my yard expectations.

Hired this company to come take care of the weeds in our yard, and I wish I hadn't because it could have cost my dogs their lives. On Friday, we were told that the company would come spray our weeds and gave us a time estimate between 1:00-6:00 p.m. That was fine by us because we were going to be home all day; however, the individual that sprayed our weeds never came to our door to tell us he arrived and immediately went into my front yard to spray and opened the gate to my backyard to spray without our acknowledgment.

I let my two small puppies outside after this was done, and didn't realize they had sprayed until it was too late and my puppies ate some of the grass. Both of them became extremely ill, and had to have their blood drawn to making sure there is no internal damage, and pay a substanctial amount out of pocket for vet bills, all due to the laziness/incompetence of this company. I don't understand if you're going to ring my phone 3-4 times a day every day for my business, why could you not be courteous enough to call or come to my door?

This was the first time they've been to my home, and they've managed to make a terrible first impression and almost kill my dogs!

TruGreen, you need to do better!

Kavin was very enjoyable to talk to. You asked the right questions and told me the right answers. I enjoyed our conversation. The work was done satisfactory and did a great job.

My lawn was treated by mistake! We had no idea this happened so my kids and my dogs were exposed to the chemicals before they had a chance to dry. The chemicals were sprayed all over my recently refinished patio furniture, lounge chairs, mailbox, and pool. I contacted the company and they apologized and said not to worry about the chemicals the kids and dogs would be fine, but yet they post “do not allow pets or people on the treated area for 24 hours! I get that “mistakes” happen, but for a company that has been in business this long and when it comes to chemicals and human interaction, this is beyond unacceptable!!

Jacob was my technician today. I can't say enough good things about him. He was extremely patient and listened to my concerns and explained exactly how today's application would be beneficial to my shrubs and trees. He is very knowledgeable about the process and the product. I was on the verge of canceling my contract. I called and talked with a representative early this morning letting her know that I feel like the sales people over sold the plan. They made promises that couldn't be kept. Jacob didn't necessarily sell it again to me, but he did his best to satisfy some of my doubts. I feel strongly that the sales person (s) stretched their commitment to sell the plan
I trusted what Jacob told me.. he was truthful. Excellent service.

Tru-Green does a great job and if you are not satisfied with the service they give you they will come back and fix it. My specialist, John C, is great! He takes care of my lawn like it is his own. I trust him and he does everything possible to see that I am happy and satisfied.

This is just a scam, they promised us to treat the grass , but nothing, the technicians comes and just walk around the backyard not spraying anything
