The two young men who cleaned our carpet were very polite and personable. That is why I rank them a three.

However, I told them before they started to not scrape our newly painted stairs. The house will be on the market in two days, so please be careful. I wish they had pit a drop cloth or something down over the steps, because several of them we scratched up.

Also, my husband noticed one of our white doors had spatters all over it. He said it looked like someone exploded a coke. As I have been doing some final cleaning, I have also noticed the same type spatters on our newly painted walls. 🙄

As a customer getting ready to put their home on the market, the last thing we need to do is clean up and fix what has already been cleaned up and fix. The price was very economical. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Sorry guys.

They called ahead and arrived early. Did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. It smelled nice but not overpowering and the carpet dried relatively quickly. Very friendly people, too!

We use UpKeep Cleaning Solutions LLC for our medical offices. They do a wonderful job. We had a private person doing our cleaning before them and she took great pride in her work and had a personal connection with our office. Upkeep does a great job and is keeping up her excellent standards. We appreciate them and are lucky to have them work with our office. I would recommend them to anyone.
