Very pleased with the price and quality done. Josh was very patient with my two toddlers asking him questions, and I appreciate the friendliness while helping with kids running around. Will hire Teasdale again.

My wife and I have a big 8’x14’ wood area rug that wasn’t a handmade Persian one or any it it still was a few grand. Wife wanted to buy a new one but I sold her on cleaning the thing. I dragged it outside, wife called, fellow came and picked it up, shipped to cincinnati from Columbus because of its size and then was delivered today wrapped in paper in a nice neatly rolled package. Kid that came was very nice, well spoken and professional. I felt it was a good value.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning company. Mike and Rachaad we're very punctual, professional and their attention to detail was amazing. They explained the whole entire process and game plan before they started. Executed it with precise precision and in a timely manner. They were so polite and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company and if you're able to request Mike and Rachaad you will not be disappointed. I will request these two gentlemen every single time I use this company. I've had a couple bad experiences with other companies. But I can honestly say I trust these gentlemen in my home and will request them every single time! They really went above and beyond expectations and I'm more than satisfied!

The team at Teasdale Fenton is incredible to work with. Dealing with pets can sometimes come with unexpected boo boos. I contacted Teasdale and was scheduled quickly. I personally worked with Derek G. Derek did an amazing job! He was attentive, walked through everything he was doing, took his time, and cleaned and sanitized the carpets extremely well. He arrived on time and gave me a quick call before hand, to make sure I was prepared. I will definitely be utilizing the team at Teasdale Fenton again! Today I had my carpets cleaned for the first time by this company, and I'm very happy to say... I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning that was done. I had alot of pet spots, that were all removed! My appt was scheduled for 10am, I received a call at 9:15 from one of the technicians, who said they were running ahead of schedule, could they come like in 20min, which actually worked great for me, because I have to go to work. When they arrived I was kindly greeted by Gabe, who introduced himself and Lori. They were both friendly and professional and as I mentioned... did an amazing job! I was also pleased because I had a coupon for 5 rooms(250 sq ft= room) and a hall for $109 + environmental fees(waste disposal,fuel surchg) and tax for a total of $138.66 (which I was quoted at time of appt confirmation call back, this is the best price I found when looking for carpet cleaning service. I recommend this company 100%.

Mike was so professional in his approach to cleaning my parent’s home. He had quite a task ahead, as many stains were on the cream colored carpet. Not anymore!!! Thanks to Mike for “working his magic”. The carpet looks almost like new…great news, as it is 30+ years old!! Did I mention, he also cleaned 2 living room couches, that are the favorite napping spots for my elderly parents! If I could, I would give Mike and Teasdale Fenton, 10 stars. Super friendly, arrived on time…very kind to all of us! Well done! Thank you! Only regret…I did not have any “before shots”.
