Probably the worse wash I have ever got at a truck wash. Not too busy, watched a few guys playing with water spraying the air and what not instead of helping the guys in the bay washing. Whateverinf my business, so they took their time washing mine so I thought. I pull out no one even washed none of the wheels on the truck or trailer. Start inspecting closer trailer barely washed, bumpers not washed, windshield covered in bugs, literally looks like they just sprayed soapy water, moved some brushes around for noise, and rinsed. Pull back around to let them know they offer to rewash on the side. Pull back around, a few mins into the wash they start scrubbing the dirty wheels with a giant brush and they start scrubbing the truck with the same brush no rinse no switching nothing.. Instantly told them to stop washing my truck. Stick to blue beacon people. Place sucks. See pictures of the “second” wash after I told them to just stop after the wheel fiasco.

The best power washing crew and front desk man I've ever experienced! High quality people, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this business to all my fellow Truckers. I personally brought in an old pontoon boat today and they did a great lob on her!!! Thank you gentlemen!

Pulled in to get a trailer washout got in right away Trey was really nice to me and my fur babies and did a great job , guy in office was ok but very busy

Took the RV for end of season cleaning. Trey and Armstrong were friendly and worked hard to thoroughly clean the rig. We discovered this place about four years ago and have been back every year since. So much easier than doing it ourselves and worth the cost. No cold water and soap blowback in fall temperatures!

While getting my company vans cleaned today Nico and Dwayne throughly cleaned the outside but also put smiles on the faces of my clients . Dancing to the music that was playing, giving genuine smiles and great service . It's always a pleasure when stopping pass

Nikko was a great help today. Made me feel at ease with the price gouging on dump truck pricing. Honestly if it wasn’t for him I would have left because the prices are way to high for dump truck that need a regular cleaning.

Trey ,Armstrong, Nico, allways return the true luster to my truck each time I stop in they take the time to clean my truck all the way down to the shine paying attention to the chrome as well as the tires tnt is my regular stop to get it done 👊

Paid $168.31 for a full wash and washout.
OMG the worst wash job I have ever had on my truck. Cab was dirty and mirrors still dusty couldn’t see out of them.
Trailer washout , they left dirty water on the walls dripping down when dried left walls dirty.
DO NOT Go THERE ‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Stopped by today for a trailer washout and a basic wash. Came out pretty good and they made sure to get the dirt completely off the rims for polish prep that I'm having done at another location. May schedule or come back and check out them for polishing if you guys are available next time I'm in the area.

The workers were good people but not trained well. Wheels were dirty and so were the mudflaps also some spots on the body and the water dries stain. Not sure if they using the right product. The guy at the counter not friendly at all and acts like you need him instead of appreciating his customers.

This place has improved over the years. Washout today was outstanding. Armstrong did a great job. Facility is well kept, office very clean. Friendly staff. Thanks guys!

Workers spraying floor near by your truck more then they spray your truck. $104 trk and trailer wash . Its should be sparkling clean when you charge that much . And I have new truck 2023
No grease or old stain on it. They Cant cleand normal over the road dirt.
They will never wash clean older truck.

Nico was absolutely the best. I was there first thing in the a.m. the washout was super clean and Nico was so super polite , professional and respectful. sometimes being g out here driving i forget what a gentleman is.....Nico definitely reminded me.

I just wrapped my truck and ceramic coated it so I’m very picky about what products are used on the truck. I spoke with the guys and the manager to go over what was being done. These guys went above and beyond to take care of my truck like it was their own. They made sure the didn’t get too close with the power washer so it wouldn’t hurt the wrap. And they used a microfiber wash mitt which I supplied to wash my custom rims and all the gloss black wrap on the bumpers and every other chrome part I wrapped. Of course I had to leave the guys a tip since I’m so picky. Truck came out great. And thank you for dealing with my pickiness without complaint. Ill wash my truck anytime I come through. Thank again fellas.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We hired them to power wash our apartments and regret that we did. We own several large apartment complexes around Columbus. After they finished a couple apartments we had residents calling in stating that they are spraying and hitting the mulch beds and that they are destroying stuff on people's patios.. We asked them to fix the issues and the two guys working just replied call my boss. We called the person we set up the contract with and he made them come back and clean it. They only cleaned 1/4th of what they dirtied and knocked over and broke things on patios.. This patio was one of them. This patio was swept and cleaned the day before (spotless) and this is what it looked like after they power washed. We are actually in talks of canceling our contract with them over this. Our other properties stated they did the same thing at their locations.

Do not waste your money!! Worst wash job I have had the 3 times I have been in the one in Columbus Ohio! They didn’t even touch the wheels and I asked about it cause I paid for the citrus bright on them and the kid said we can not touch them cause we will scratch them, the kid one one side barley even touched the truck and trailer he was to busy looking at his phone! Pics are right after I pulled out and parked down the road they could not even get the bugs off the mirrors

I wouldn’t recommend this wash. I came in, paid $76, and they washed my truck, but the job was really poor. I went back and asked them to wash it again since I paid so much. They washed it again, but when I checked, almost nothing had changed. The same dirt and spots were still there. After their rinse, there are always marks left. It seems like their chemicals are really weak. Also, watch carefully how they clean your shiny mirror covers — I asked them twice, and they still didn’t do it right. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Nico was the person that serviced me during my visit. He was nice and super friendly. He has great customer service skills. Thanks for fast and speedy service. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend them over blue beacon any day.

Extremely over priced for the work they do. didn't clean rims or wheels, left a lot of bugs on truck, windows or mirrors worst than when It got washed.

Blue beacon does way better at a much cheaper price
