This is my first time using a lawn service and they have been great! Joshua L is exceptional with the care he has for my pets. He does an excellent job of explaining what is being done and when I should see results. I really appreciate that I get a text message with a link to see where the van is. I’m able to make sure my dogs have gone potty before he gets here. I feel that he treats my lawn as if it’s the President of TruGreen’s, lawn!

Abdoul was time, quick and professional. Throughly covered the whole grass with weed and fert spray. Nice job. A++ Unfortunately, a torrential downpour occurred 5 minutes after application was completed.

Ahmed also came back today to complete my Pest Control Service. He explained the process to me really well and let me know that the granules actually help keep fleas off of my 6 small dogs! I will definitely continue to use the TruGreen Pest Control Service knowing this and wouldn’t have known had it not been for Ahmed. He is an intelligent fountain of great information and really shows his passion for TrueGreen!

I've prepaidTruGreen for five years . My yard does not look as good as either of my neighbors who never treat their yard with anything. I know we've had a drought but the Crabgrass weeds and a different types of grass that I've had in my yard for years now shouldn't be there. The last straw for me was a technician came out and said he treated my yard last week and never set off any of my motion sensors on my cameras. I called to ask if he actually did the work. He was there 23 minutes by his calculation. They sent him back out two days later. This time he did set off my motion detectors. he arrived At 12:35. At 12:50. He walked up to my front porch I could hear him through the speakers bragging about doing the job in 24 minutes. And that's the allotted for my yard, calling me by name. As you can see 12:35 he arrived with the tractor on the trailer and at 12:50 the tractor was back on the trailer when he walked to my porch that's 15 minutes. My neighbor actually timed him running his tractor. It was seven minutes. And to top it off he missed a large portion of my yard

Technicians are good customer service is terrible. I’ve never known a company to send someone to collection for $100 and you’ve already spoke to them I guess the tariffs are hitting everyone, lol Better deals with several companies that’ll give you great customer service also

Amari was professional and knowledgeable. Usually, I’m not home during the Trugreen service. Amari greeted me pleasantly as I responded to the doorbell ring. He politely stated his name with a smile, clearly explained the service planned for today and proactively asked if I had any areas of concern to address during the visit today. Amari walked the yard with me and tentatively addressed my questions with thorough and credible responses. #welldone

The treatment hasn't had long enough to set in yet, but getting out here very early on March 5th to apply the first treatment of fertilizer was a "PLUS & SOME". Thanks 100%........

On 03/20 a technician arrived and staked my yard along with my next door neighbors. When he got back in the truck after laying the stakes, I took video as my suspicions were that he would drive off without applying product.

Sure enough, he did. The second photo is from my ring camera as I walked out simply asking if he staked my yard or just my neighbors. He said he was there for me and my neighbor, but didn't have enough space to pull the walk-behind plastic spreader out and was turning around (judge that comment for yourself based on the image below showing the clearance he had and how small the spreader is).

He then applied product to my lawn (without entering the back yard). My neighbor received nothing, but did receive an automated text that services were completed.

I called in and requested a branch manager contact me. There were notes updated to the ticket that they tried to reach out on 03/21 but got my voicemail - third screenshot below is me having no missed calls from that day.

All of the above is in addition to the fact that I did not request any service, nor have an active service contract with TruGreen.

Now that I have a bill in my hands, I highly recommend a branch manager actually contact me.

Edit: I see a message was received to my email spam on 03/21, no phone call was ever received from branch management.
The 1-800 number resolved the issue by crediting my account the balance and cancelling all future service

The technician, Billy, who treats my lawn does a great job. He's virtually brought my lawn back to life after grubs and my 2 dogs destroyed it. He's knowledgeable and very personal. He's the go to guy at NexGreen.
