Stay far far away from this company! A simple bathroom remodel took over 6 months after we were originally given a time frame of 3 days! This was due to them giving an unrealistic time frame, water damage missed in BOTH inspections, repeated sloppy/incorrect work, and their complete lack professionalism. There were long periods where we were not put on the schedule and didn’t hear from them at all. They repeatedly incorrectly placed tiling, damaged our brand new vanity then didn’t want to replace it (this supervisor has since been fired but when we addressed the damages with him his response was “well you picked the vanity and we’ve spent too long on this job already so there is nothing we can do” as if they weren’t the ones to damage it upon installation.), they also missed a leak and when water started leaking through our kitchen ceiling directly below the bathroom they claimed it had nothing to do with them. They also left the room filthy and it wasn’t even worth asking them to come back to clean it properly because they probably would’ve messed something else up. There were thick layers of dirt and dust on every flat surface and a dirty floor, black dirt on the side of the toilet and some kind of dirty plastic piece left above our bathroom mirror. If this remodel hadn’t been through our insurance due to a different leak we would have fired them and hired someone else. Overall, we’re happy with the work done now, but at what cost? This was our only bathroom, meaning we were forced to live in a hotel room with an infant then toddler for 6 months! If this contractor was our only option I think we’d sell our house and start over rather than go through this again.
