Job incomplete and the yard is a wreck. I was told in person that they would cut the stump down to ground level so I'd be able to run my mower over it (see photos). The quote has a bunch of circles around letters (see photo) that I have no idea what they meant, but evidently it did not mean they were going to cut the stump to ground level. Invited owner to stop by and have not heard back.

I dealt with Jared to have firewood delivered and stacked as a gift for a friend. Jared took care of everything exactly as I had hoped.

Very good experience; timely call back and fair quote for removal of 50+ years old Silver Maple too close to house and Ash tree on neighbor's fence line. Three-man crew worked diligently and skillfully trimming & downing massive Maple, Ash tree, hauling away all stump grindings with cut up tree sections. Recommend this tree service & landscaping company.

Hendel's Tree Service did an excellent job! They were affordable, dependable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The work was done quickly and professionally, and I’m very happy with the results. I’ll definitely be using them again for my other rental properties. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with them! They answered my request within hours and called back letting me know they would give me a quote for our tree in our front yard within a couple days. The quote was very reasonably priced and not only that,they were prompt on getting the tree removed, stump ground and everything hauled away within just a couple weeks of me reaching out in the first place. Very satisfied customer and will remember them for any future projects as well!

Our tree was cut down fine, and it was in a challenging location in our yard. The completion of our work got pushed off longer due to scheduling problems. I was disappointed that there was not more care taken with our yard and our neighbors' yards. There were numerous oil stains left on our drive and our neighbors' drives. We had to clean this up ourselves. I would have appreciated better communication about the job itself and what to expect so that I could have alerted our neighbors ahead of time. I think the owner was overwhelmed with many things the week our work was done.

I had 3 trees trimmed today by Hendel Tree Service. Mike and Mikey did an outstanding job trimming the trees and giving them a nice shape. This is the second time I have used them and very happy with the price and the results.

This is the absolute worst business ever. It is very difficult to get them to come. I had a small garden in front that needed weeding and herb plants that needed removing. This was the only thing done that was okay.. One of them has so many dead branches that it really needed to be completely cut back (see photo below). But the most important job to me was a Red Bud Tree that my husband planted for me, while he was very sick and before he died of glioblastoma (brain cancer). It is extremely important to me. They did a horrible job on it. They never touched the top and what they did do caused it to be so badly shaped that from my front door it looks lopsided (see pictures below). They apparently can’t prune!!!!! I was promised a “mushroom fertilizer” and mulch. There was no fertilizer and not enough mulch. It was expensive and so disappointing.There is more, but I am running out of space If they do not reimburse money fir a product and service that has not been provided. They owe me back $175 plus tax. If it is not paid, I will be back! I am 68 and feel very ripped off and taken advantage of. Do they just think I am old and stupid?

I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of this company. They were prompt and courteous. The team of workers performed seamlessly together to remove my large tree safely, getting the job done in a very short time, including great cleanup. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

I have used Dave and Matt to do several things over the years, like grass cutting, mulching ,trimming bushes and snow removal. They always exceed my expectations. Matt is going to do some seeding and filling in several low spots in my yard this spring. I would highly recommend them. Always on time and very neat. I have one of the nicest yards in my neightborhood.

Dave and his crew did outstanding work on my lawn and landscaping last year. He was always timely in that if he said he would be here on Friday he would be there. I plan on having him do some landscaping work for me again this year. His work was always cleaned up neat. I would recommend them to anyone.

Landscaping by Dave did a great job last year when they put in a new decorative fence, shrubs, plants, and mulch at our new home in Liberty Twp. It made a world of difference in street appeal. Dave and his son Matt also brought our new sod to life with the proper and timely use of lawn treatment, fertilizers and careful mowing. They offered some very helpful and cost savings suggestions when we initially met to discuss our wants. I feel that when you are talking to the owners that your message does not get diluted.

We have already lined them up for some additional work this year. And I would recommend that you hire them to address your landscape and/or lawn care work as well.

PS: Their snow removal efforts were as diligent and timely as their lawn service.

Havent done business with them, but i wont in the future seeing how they drive to jobsite, wish i had a license plate to give. Worker was driving the dodge dumptruck like a nascar at the daytona 500 riding my tail then cutting me off with no turnsignal
