John from Bartels is amazing to work with. Help is very helpful and friendly. He took great care in cleaning our system. Explained all the maintenance he performed and gave recommendations for future upgrades and maintenance. Could not be happier with their work. Highly recommend.

We recently had a new furnace/air conditioning unit istalled by Bartels. Could not ask for better customer service at all levels from knowlegeable office staff to salesman , to installers. Very professional.

Matt, on the sales team, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, excellent listener, answered all of my questions and laid out all of my options in a clear and digestible way. Matt was sincere, honest and did not try to up sell me on unnecessary items. He made me feel good about the quality of the Carrier product. Matt also spoke so highly about the family owned Bartels Company and what it stood for and the top quality service they provide. I was planning on shopping around but once I met with Matt I decided to go with Bartels for my new HVAC system. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for heating and air equipment.

My first comments were based off the amazing sales by Matt. This addition follows up to indicate that the team that put in my new HVAC system. Barthels almost takes you back in time with how professional their staff is and the quality of work that they do. They use top quality products and do not cut corners. They do the job right!! The team was extremely professional and the quality of work was top-of-the-line. You cannot go wrong with using Bartels!

Everything went well. Brandon was right on time with arriving and felt he took time doing the fall tuneup.

My elderly in-laws called because their furnace was out. Service guy came out and said Furnace and Stove on same circuit. Charged $130. Furnace didn't work the rest of the night. Called city out they confirmed furnace and stove on different circuits. Found loose bolt in meter causing an arch. Furnace works fine. Called Apollo to confirm panel ok. They came out and checked everything out and didn't even charge a Service call.

Our Service Man was on time and professional. He went to work immediately and completed the maintenance on our oil furnace in a short time. He was friendly and courteous. We always receive good service from Bartels Heating and Cooling. people. We appreciate knowing we have a trustworthy company to depend on.

We've had a service contract with Bartels for many years and have always been happy with them. Highly recommend!

A technician was sent out same exact day that I called and was less than an hour later when technician arrived at my house which was surprisingly quick! He was super kind and nice, respectful, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable to ask any type question I had, professional, and I would highly recommend without a doubt for the same technician to come out to my house again if I was to need to call Bartel's again for anything else! He was great! Bartel's altogether was wonderful and I appreciate them! Thank you very much!

The technician, Matt was on time and he was super professional, kind. and explained everything I needed to know about my air conditioning, Bartel's, and the various service plans the the company offers.
After Bartel's did some work for a family member, they came highly recommended to us.

Always my go to for all HVAC needs. I got a new furnace and AC a few years ago and they are always on top of keeping up with both and helping them run great.

1 star and only because they were nice and polite people. They knew I had a 3.5year old Goodman system from my first call to set up the initial appointment but chose not to reveal they are not a Goodman certified dealer…. So basically they can’t replace anything under warranty. (FYI all systems come with at least a 5 year warranty) But they chose to come out tell me all that was wrong and charge me $90 to tell me my AC isn’t working but they can’t fix it. They said they didn’t want to gouge me with how much it would cost if they fixed it, but they already did that when they said yes to a system they knew they couldn’t fix. Were they nice people? Sure! But they saw me as a quick dinner because I live across the street. Poor integrity. Not recommended.

Spoke with Cindy on the phone as we are having AC unit issues (AC unit was installed 5 years ago from a different company). Before proceeding, she had me check to see if our AC Unit was covered under the manufacture warranty from the previous installer. After checking the serial number and warranty, I found out it was indeed covered under the 10 year warranty. This will save our family close to 10k all due to the fact that Cindy mentioned check the warranty with the previous installer (different company). I really appreciate the honesty and integrity from Cindy. Thank you Cindy!

Workers were on time and called before hand. They were professional and kept the house clean as they worked. They made sure there were no leaks or other problems and everything tested satisfactory. Job was completed and everything looks great. Everything is fantastic. Upon leaving they wiped up any debris or water and were very respectful. Will definitely use them again.

Bartels installed a complete new heating and cooling system (heat pump, heater, with humidifier). They provided us options and answered all our questions. Always on time, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Noah and Gabe handled an unexpected problem with ease, at the same time keeping us informed about what was going on and still finished in the estimated time for installation.

Long time customer of Bartels and I highly recommend them. Just had a spring hvac tuneup. The technician was great. She was professional, courteous and did a great job.

John and company did their usual and expected professional job. Good that Bartels can send two fellows; makes for a thorough inspection and job well done, friendly and all round good experience. Thank you!!
