Carr Electric installed our HVAC system three years ago. We rely on them with our
semi-annual system maintenance plan. Paul and Preston performed a thorough furnace cleaning and inspection, insuring our comfort throughout the cold Winter months.
Mike came in the early Spring to test and clean our outdoor air conditioning system to cover our needs for cooling in hot, humid Cincinnati. The Technicians are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service of Carr Electric.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Bill and his crew did an awesome job installing a brand new heating and A/C unit to my super outdated one. I can't say enough about these guys they were AWESOME.

Greg & Parker are both very responsible technicians. They called to announce their arrival time. They were timely and thorough in their inspection of both the indoor and outdoor units. They both were very respectful of our property wearing foot covers when coming through the house and making sure gates were closed and locked when coming through the backyard. We have utilized Carr Electric for our preventative maintenance for the past 11 years and have been very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them.

They are now our electrician(s) of choice.
Excellent and knowledgeable staff with positive attitudes, who actually listen to you. We had a couple of electrical faults in lighting and equipment circuits in the basement of our building.

They back traced and repaired the issues quickly. They were not easy problems to solve.

They also came back exactly when they said they would to complete another piece of the project, after recommending the specific fixtures and controls to complete the work.
Professional, attentive employees. I would use these guys dir any electrical project in confidence.

The only negative is that it is sometimes difficult to get on their schedule. That’s what happens when you are the best.

Nathan and his team did an awesome job. Not only were they fast, but they did excellent work. So many contractors are only willing to do “good enough“, that’s not the case with Carr Electric; these guys go above and beyond to ensure the work is not only completed at the highest standard, but also competitively priced. Highly recommend.

Logan saved the day or more like my week! Our dryer went out and I was told by many other service providers they don’t work on my Samsung dryer! Logan however works on all brands! He’s very professional, cleans up his messes, and does whatever it takes to get the job done even if it means coming out several times! He also is very educational and explains everything! Reasonable with pricing and honesty can’t say enough good things about Logan!

Logan drove an hour and figured out what was wrong with my furnace within minutes , he got the parts the next morning and came out and installed it the same day , thank you Logan we appreciate you

Logan is very knowledgeable. He maintained our old furnace for years. He replaced with a new furnace this year. Excellent work at a good price.

Logan is a great guy. He did a wonderful job for me. I came back from my mother's home in Portsmouth Ohio the thermostat was off. I looked him up and called he said well have a short in the line that's probably what's blowing the fuse. Logan came out on a Sunday morning and pulled in a new low voltage line to the heat pump. Fixed the problem 100% What a great young man and a really great company. I live in Mount Orab Ohio. 1 hour from him also.

Don’t waste your time and money use someone else. Worst experience ever.

I am very happy with the AC unit that was installed at my house is working very well and doing a great job of cooling my home

I am now into 4 weeks of trying to get my a.c. fixed they are supposed to come Wed now they're telling me not until Friday. They were supposed to come back last Friday and said the part got shipped to Michigan. This place is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. A whole month August and now into Sept. Terrible customer service and when you call them they could care less. One operator for them actually yawned in my ear.

Everyone ive dealt with for HVAC and electrical has been professional and top notch. Good pricing, professional, and efficient.

Just noticed my unit is one that is pictured on here. Let me say it runs as good as it looks.
