I ran into some furnace issues right before Christmas and the team at Stacy came out to give me a quote on a new furnace and installed it within 5 business days of my call. They were professionals from their receptionist to the gentlemen that installed my new furnace. I highly recommend Stacy Heating & Air for all of your HVAC needs.

I always feel confident in Stacy H&A service. Dan was no exception. He took his time and was very thorough with our spring AC service and did a great job explaining at the end of the job how the performance of our unit was doing overall.

Isaac came to my house to service my unit as part of a twice a year scheduled maintenance. He was very professional and he worked diligently to try and evaluate an issue I was having. He took the time to call a colleague in order to try and find the right solution to the problem. He was very polite and he explained the process as he was working through the inspection. I highly recommend this team and Isaac as I have invested a lot of money into the units and I am confident this team will keep me in line with minimal maintenance issues as they are readily accessible.

The process to make an appointment after hours was easy. An employee called me to set up a time, I received a text message to confirm my appointment and I even got a text message giving me the name of the serviceman. The employee, Tim Sizemore, was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and quick to fix my a/c problem. I would highly recommend Stacy Heating and Air.

We absolutely think Stacy Heating & Air are the best choice for anyone who wants a professional heating & air expert. They put a new system in 5 years ago and it was the best decision we ever made. They service our system ever year, this year a very young tech was sent. He did an incredible job I was total impressed by his professionalism plus his knowledge. He was very personable and easy to talk with he was so good I'm requesting that Izac be our Permanent Technician. Absolute life savers!! Our AC wasn’t getting all the way down to temperature and we were lucky enough to have Tim and Dave swing by and save the day!! Our outdoor unit needed some TLC and some other things. We absolutely recommend Stacy Heating & Air for any of your HVAC needs. Amazing customer service and a hard working team!

With the night temps dropping to single digits I checked my emergency heat mode to be safe. It was only offering cold air. Techs Izac and Tim with Stacy Heating and Cooling arrived. Found a faulty code in the thermostat and corrected same. Polite and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your service. I recommend Stacy over all other HVAC providers.

Isaac, our technician, is great! Very professional and personable, making sure to address any questions or concerns we had. Always feel assured that we had a quality inspection and service to keep everything operating 100%. We’ve used Stacey H&A for a number of years and appreciate the service and how we get to talk to local people that really know their work vs a big company where you’re just a number.

Had them install a new air handler + heat pump a couple years ago and have had a consistent stream of costly HVAC electrical issues since. I suggest going with someone else.

Tim Sizemore is one of the best HVAC techs we have ever worked with. He is thorough with his troubleshooting and conveys the issue in a way that is easy to understand.

Good guys but they can't seem to fix our problem. We got a new furnace a few years ago from them and we get a gas smell in the house when temperatures are around 40 degrees out, or when it gets really cold and the furnace constantly runs. They have been out at least four times over the past few years and still cannot figure out what the problem is. They tell me to call them if it happens again, but at $300 a visit, I'm getting tired of calling them. (Update: It's now January 21st and we are still waiting for the problem to be fixed. We can only let the furnace run for about an hour at a time and then have to shut it off for another 11 hours. Needless to say, the house has become bitter cold this winter. ) As of February 1st, it looks like the problem has finally been fixed thanks to the efforts of Rob, Tim, and Eric. At least they were persistent in trying to figure out the issue. Thank you!

I would give ZERO star, if I could. This company is a SCAM-come out to look at our issue-and they send some kid who knows absolutely nothing about HVAC & charges us a fee, for nothing, to then say-someone will come back Monday. New guy shows up, says he can order a part, it’ll be $300-400.. THREE WEEKS later, they won’t even return our calls. SCAM. Take ur money for “service” call and but no service was done. Bad customer service. Will never do business again.

Rob was timely, professional, easy to work with, and proposed creative solutions. First impression was A+ - everything far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend.

Stacey Heating and Air are our go-to for HVAC needs. Always fast reliable service. It starts with Angie's great customer service. Bryan and Issac quickly diagnosed our problem and offered a variety of solutions. A.J. and Dave installed our equipment quickly but thoroughly and ensured everything was running perfectly before they left. You could hardly tell they had been there because they kept a clean workplace during and after they'd finished. Great company that employs excellent people.

Izac was very friendly and efficient. He explained the repairs that were needed thoroughly. Would definitely recommend.

The team at Stacy is the best!! Heather is always on the ball with organizing appointments to the customers needs. Rob, dave and all that work for Stacy are always friendly efficient and arrive when promised. We had entire new HVAC and tankless system put in this past spring and wanted to add air cleaner and humidifier. So pleased with all the work that was completed and recommend to anyone that asks

Our blower motor went out as soon as we arrived back from the hospital after the birth of our son. It was also late December so we needed heat in our home. I called Stacey’s and they promptly came out and were able to diagnose, and install a new motor efficiently and as quickly as possible. I thank them for their great service and their technicians who were very nice and informative. Will recommend and use again if need be in the future. Thank you again guys!!
