Had a great experience with Valentino! They were very professional, personable, and didn't try to price gouge me. Worked with me and my budget to ensure that I got the best furnace and air conditioner that worked for my house - without breaking the bank. The installation techs worked quickly and were able to get my system up and running within a day. They walked me through how to use the system and the new features. 10/10 would recommend.

Tony was great. He was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. He called within an hour of submitting an online estimate request on a Saturday morning after our HVAC system quit working. He spent all the time needed to explain the options and his pricing was very reasonable.

Answered every question that I had to make me comfortable switching to a heat pump. Jake and crew did a great job with the installed and went over the system with me before leaving. The large circuit-breaker on my home's central furnace tripped and would not reset. Unseen by me was that it was overheating because of a faulty, incomplete connection to the breaker panel, leading to arcing within the panel, which had damaged the panel and other breakers. The owner, Tony, diagnosed the problem and had a man come out the next day to replace the damaged box and all the breakers in it (they were all reaching their end-of-lifespan, 40+ years). The technician performed the swap-out service with excellence. Courteous, organized, quiet, and focused on the task like a laser beam. He concentrated non-stop for five hours in cramped quarters and replaced the box and all its breakers. The wiring inside the new box was expertly organized and tidy. His interactions with me were knowledgeable and cheerful. A very pleasant professional. I am pleased to recommend Valentino Contracting without reservation. Every time I have used them my problem has been solved, and the work has been top notch.

This company has sent me 3 fake invoices saying that i owe them payment for service they have never ever performed at my house. I have called the number on the invoices and it just keeps ringing and nobody answers. I called the other number and it goes directly to Joshs Towing Company. I will be alerting authorites and the superior court about this fraudulent activity

A really nice company to deal with. Had a couple issue with our parents heating system, they came right out and fixed it. I recommended them to a friend on a heat pump replacement, they were quite a bit cheaper than the competitor. A++++

Harrison Heating and Air was Prompt, Professional, Honest and Extremely knowledgeable regarding my unit. They took the time to explain to me all about my unit and why it was doing what it was doing and steps to correct the issue all at an affordable price. I highly recommend this company the next time you have an issue.

Bryan White was very knowledgeable. He explained that our capacitor was bad, and was able to fix it same day!! He showed up in the window of time the company said he would. I was very happy to have same day service that fixed the problem!! Would highly recommend Bryan and the team at Stacy!!!

From the start, Angie in the office answered my call where she instantly gave a feeling of 'we have your back' and worked to get a tech to my house ASAP considerate of how cold it was outside. I think what is even more special is that you get a text with the Techs picture so you'll know the face you're waiting for.

Greg Potter was exceptional, giving the utmost customer service experience. He gave, in great detail, the issues with my furnace answering all of my questions showing polished expertise and knowledge. Even greater, he stopped by the next day to ensure the install was going smoothly giving a feeling that the team truly cares about their craftmanship and end product.

Dave and Tyler were our install techs who arrived the next day to do work on our home. These guys were an absolute pleasure to have. They were very engaged in the work they were doing, giving me updates as they went, and it was obvious in their skillful nature that they were experienced craftsman. Even better, they rolled with the punches of my two children and two dogs being in and around their work throughout the day.

If I could give more stars I 100% would. Absolute great team and company. I will be recommending them and use them in the future.

5 stars isn't enough to describe the service provided by Stacy Heating & Air solutions! Tim came and did a thorough inspection and took the time to educate me on what to look for and what needed to be fixed. Another company took 10 minutes and was wanting me to finance a whole new furnace with them. So glad I got a second opinion and met an honest person with integrity. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and straight forward solutions.

Logan Campton came and did my service. He was very thorough and went through a 38 step check list. Replaced faulty parts and installed a new wifi thermostat. Highly recommend him for any service needs!

We had Tom come today for a fall maintenance. He was friendly and even friendly to my crazy dogs. He did great and fast service. As for price, it was part of the maintenance package, I’m glad we got it.

In January on a Sunday we had a cold blast. Our furnace quit working. We called several companies and no one answered or offered to help. I called Stacy Heating and Cooling and the owner, Tim Stacy answered (on a Sunday) and offered help immediately. Tyler diagnosed the problem and Logan and Dave installed our new furnace. They all did excellent work, were professional and very courteous. I highly recommend this company. Don’t waste your money being overcharged with the big companies. Excellent job! I can’t thank them enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Stacy Heating & Air. Reached out to them when my boiler 'broke' & no heat & w/in hours Phil & his apprentice Luke were at the house and fixed it! Same day service was key since it's winter!! Angie in the office was very helpful & worked around my work schedule. Phil was very informative & Luke was knowledgeable also. Will be using them again-purchased a service agreement & plan on having them back out to fix some old parts before next winter happens. Highly recommend.

They have done the winter and summer tune ups of our furnace after we moved into our new house last year. They’ve done an excellent job. Tyler came out yesterday to do our heating tune up and advised us about a whole house humidifier. We decided to go ahead and have one installed. Tyler came back and installed it this morning. He was right on time and very courteous. He wore booties over his shoes so he wouldn’t get my floor dirty. He explained everything he did and how to operate the humidifier. It was very pleasant working with the lady on the phone making the appointment and working with Tyler here in our home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
