Gary was great! So was the install crew. I highly recommend this company. New Furnace and Waterheater, just went from 1928 to 2024. The Gas Company is in full revolt.

We had a great experience with Kellermaier starting with Garry providing an estimate and ending with Joe doing the install. Very professional all around. They were also very responsive with any and all communication during the process!

My air conditioner was making some horrible noise and then stopped working on the hottest night of the summer. The inside of my house was 85 and I only own one fan. I called Kellermeier and they scheduled me for a few days later. I must have sounded desperate bc I got a call back and they were able to squeeze Zach in that day due to his efficiency and proximity on another job. He was super professional, a great communicator, honest and friendly. He fixed it in a matter of minutes and let me know it was one of the most common thing to go wrong with air conditioning: the capacitor. He replaced the part and made sure all was working. He also offered a quote to have Kellermeier inspect my air conditioner and furnace twice a year so they can catch this type of problem sooner! Reasonably priced and awesome service!

Excellent installation by Rik and his partner. Looks and works great! Attention to detail is what I'm most happy about. The old system looked like a DIY hack job. I included a pic of the old boiler. You'll figure out why I'm happy.

Hank, Cole, and Adam inspected my old boiler for replacement or replacement parts. They came on time. Prior to their inspection I was told my boiler either needs replacing or needs new parts. Hank, Cole, and Adam are very honest with their work. Said my boiler did not need replacing or any replacement parts. Thank you for your honest opinion. Zane arrived promptly and completed the maintenance service on our furnace and air conditioner in a timely fashion on September 15th. We have always been very pleased with his professional service. He is a fine employee. Zach Wolf replaced our soft water conditioner as well as replace a faulty no-touch Delta faucet which was only 1.5 years old. Again, we have been very pleased with Zach, Zane and Corey’s diagnostic and technical expertise. They are fine young men and a credit to the Kellermeier company.

Kellermeyer has installed and maintained our whole house boiler, tankless hot water heaters, HVAC and mini splits in the garage apartment. If there’s ever a problem, it’s resolved quickly and professionally.

Arrived punctually in spite of bad road conditions to provide free estimate to replace water heater. Very knowledgeable about options and very polite and easy to talk to.

Second time using Kellermeier and even more impressed!!! Water heater started leaking on Monday morning, causing us to shut off the main water to avoid a flood and major damage to the flooring in my ranch on a crawl...the gentlemen got here while I was beginning a virtual presentation for my employer - which was on time, as scheduled - neither Kellermeier nor I had any other option due to the nature of the situation. Zack had me quoted with a plan out the door in under 5 minutes, allowing me to continue with my presentation with almost zero inconvenience to my employer. By the time my presentation was complete, the main water was back on with the old water heater draining and a new one on the way! Both gentleman were super professional and amazingly considerate, ensuring there was no access for any feline escapee's when nobody was present as well as respectful of the fact I was working on the clock while they, too, were working. Instalation was quick and the entire process was as seemless as possible, hauling out the unit that was almost as old as I, and cleaning up. I am super appreciatve for the quick, professional, and collaborative approach of the entire team. Kellermeier completely diverted what could have been an ultimate crisis, being I not only have MS with no family to call on, but had an executive position interview scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, in a little over 24 hours from the start of my issue. Professional, informative, and friendly. I highly recommend Kellermeier! The work was completed neatly and Ken explained the system and how to replace RO filters when needed. Third time I've called on Kellermeier Plumbing in the last 3 years. Frankly, they're the best!

Cory was here right on time this morning and he serviced our furnace well, having to fix the humidifier which is niw good to go. We always get great, timely service from Kellermeier and honest advice.

We contacted Kellermeier for a malfunctioning hot water heater.
The technicians were prompt, quick to respond same day I called and were friendly. (Those two guys are the reason I gave the extra star)
However, starting with the claim of “free estimates” on their ads, that is false. And misleading advertising. I went with them expecting this and was told that (due to company rules) did not apply to my situation.

I was charged $99 for the technicians to arrive, call the manufacturer of the unit and tell me what the manufacturer thinks “might” be the problem. But that was quickly brushed over and we went straight to discussion of replacement, for $3500.

There was no discussion of any testing / troubleshooting of anything. I felt no confidence that they did any, or had the knowledge to troubleshoot the error on the unit. But wanted my money to replace.
We will definitely be exploring other options.
