We recently had Kellermeier Plumbing and Heating install a new gas fireplace insert. From the first meeting in our home with Gary to the visit in the showroom with Will and Gary to the installation with Rick, the service has been exceptional. All of our questions were answered and a thorough explanation was given about the manufacturer we had selected.
We would highly recommend Kellermeier for your heating, plumbing and gas fireplace needs.

Kellermeier maintains our HVAC system; we were unaware they also had amazing grills! Tired of spending a few hundred every couple of years, we now have a solid, beautiful outdoor grill with a guarantee and assembly.

Josh came to the house to assess and give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although our initial experience was good, it’s been over 2 months and we never received a quote. Very disappointed.

I guess I forgot to ask Cory’s last name when he came to do our yearly service check. Turns out he’s the brother of a girl my daughter went to school with! Small world and great service, as well as a fine grown man doing it. Thanks Cory!

Cory provided Great service! He was friendly, on time, courteous, He got the job done quickly and professionally and he even cleaned up after himself! Good job, Cory!

Shane showed up early, after calling ahead. They worked through our low water pressure issues, gave us options and estimates.

Both guys very courteous, put on shoe covers before entering. Spent the time to fix the problem, installed a new faucet, and problem solved.

Billed as estimated, overall a great experience.

We have an unusual project in an older , 1927, and Josh seemed knowledgeable and willing to take it on. Looking forward to see what solution he can come up with for these old toilets. 😉

Update:
Even though we decided to hold off ripping out floors and ceilings for the old toilets, the repair to our leaky and ugly plumbing on one is fixed! Very happy with the project and Ken was super with the wonky setup he had to reconfigure. I couldn't find a photo of the original, but there was barely any chrome. It was 100 year old brass and copper fittings, very unattractive.

Zane serviced my heater and was excellent in explaining things to me. I haven't had the call service in a long time so I did mark this services overpriced. I remember service calls being a little bit less, but I know it is what it is. other than that I'm very happy with kellermeyer always have been.

Cory was excellent in his check-up for my heating system. He explained everything clearly and patiently and also helped me with ordering new filters. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this heating chek-up service. Kellermeier is the BEST!
Wanted to add an additional rave review for Cory who resolved another issue with my heating system. He went above and beyond, investigating the attic situation and finally finding a wasp nest in the outsode exhaust that was preventing full operation of the system. Very impressive work, Cory. I am so grateful for such excellent assistance!

Rik and Brandon from Kellermeier came and replaced my old furnace and added central air. They were very professional and with Rik‘s years of experience they know exactly what they were doing. Ric went the extra mile. Very happy with my system and with the service I received on installation!

We had our current fireplace evaluated for an upgrade. Only took a few minutes. I may have miscommunicated, and he thought it was a repair. Best thing is he didn't charge us. We love Keilmeyer. Have purchased a furnace & air conditioner from them.

We had some frozen water lines in our crawl space and Cory really helped my wife and I after another company made us wait all day only to reschedule for Monday. I called Kellermeier right after that and Cory came out in less than 30 minutes. Everything was working fine only to find another leak in the other line shortly after. . I called back right away and Cory made his way back. Cory was very prompt, professional and have already referred Kellermeier to a couple of our friends.

I am so happy with my fireplace. Brandan did an amazing job and helped so much getting this fireplace set up for me. He worked hard and diligently and in extremely cold weather conditions.

There is nothing Kellermeier and their talented team can’t do! They do great work and have made homeownership a little less stressful through their dedicated service. I highly recommend for any water treatment or heating needs.

Zane was great as always. We have our boiler checked and serviced each year. Always very professional and on time. Highly recommended! Great company also. Use for all our HVAC issues over the years and always been able to help and solve them.

Zach arrived on time, reviewed work I requested & explained in detail what he would do & what wasn't necessary at this time. He also checked other valves in the house without being asked.I appreciated his honesty & workmanship & would definitely use Kellermeier Plumbing again.

Zach did a terrific job. He had to come twice and each time he called ahead, was on time and thoroughly cleaned both fireplaces and the area. He has some challenging repairs to make. He was very professional. He also had to put up with our wild dog. Both Zach and his assistant were saints with the dog. The office staff was very good with setting the appointments and sending reminders. That was greatly appreciated.

First off ....
Ken and Zack were very courteous and professional , very personable . They were very detailed oriented, knew the work that needed to be performed . They answered all questions and explained things . They cleaned up the work space , left everything as it was found , an outstanding crew . Highly recommended . Before and after pics of the washer water hookup , checked for leaks , clean installation . The outside hose hookup was moved from under the deck to a cleanly installed higher point , clean install again !!
