Constraction reviews in Hilliard, Ohio

The final crawl space encapsulation looks great — that’s the only positive.
The job was not completed correctly the first time. Crews left without finishing the work, and Everdry demanded payment while the job was still incomplete, which is unacceptable.
It then took four months of fighting with customer service to get a crew back out to finish the job. Constant follow-ups, poor communication, and zero sense of urgency unless I pushed.
End result is fine, but the process was frustrating and unprofessional. Good outcome, bad execution. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re prepared to stay on top of them the entire time. -
We called Everdry to discuss damp walls in the lowest level of our split-level house. They thoroughly inspected everything and found out that the huge tree next to our house had caused our basement foundation wall to bow and crack. Thank goodness they aren't just a "bandaid" company and care enough to inspect all basement walls, or we may have had more trouble in our future. Everdry gave us a far quote and got us on the schedule pretty quickly. They installed a steel beam to reinforce our wall, installed a total of 3 sump pumps systems, and all that goes with waterproofing basement walls. The workers were very professional, hard working, and personable. I would highly recommend them!!! Other companies didn't want to do all the work that needed to be done. Thank you, Everdry!

The new system install on the interior and exterior of our home went great. We were very happy with the work by Rell and his crew. Not only did it turn out as expected or better than we hoped. They worked at a good pace, answered all our questions when needed and were respectful of our home and nice. We are so pleased to know we are protecting our home value with the work done and it was a quality job well done. Thank you Everdry and team.

Everdry has been great! They have come out to fix two minor issues under warranty and free of charge since installation. In an industry with other less honest companies, they are very professional, and operate with integrity. Highly recommend.

We continue to be very satisfied with the Everdry multi-system project we had done on our finished basement in the fall of 2012. In the 13 years since we had our Everdry system completed, we've been very pleased with the livability of our once damp basement. Having completely remodeled the living space since the Everdry project, we enjoyed the space with our teenagers at the time and our grandchildren now. The sales representatives who came to do our estimate were very thorough in their inspection at our home, provided us with various options for the project, and answered all of our questions. They were very neat considering the scope of the work being done, and we greatly appreciated their respect for our home and our landscaping. Over the years we’ve recommended Everdry to friends and family and will continue to do so.

We had Everdry Waterproofing in 2013. We have not had water present in our basement since. We also had a bowing foundation wall reinforced and have not worried about it since.
The team that did the work was great, worked quickly and cleaned up after the work was completed.
We have continued with the warranty each year- but have never had to use it. Well worth the peace of mind we have in knowing we are covered if anything changes. -
We had our basement system installed over six years ago. Prior to that our finished basement would get water and dampness issues every year. Since installing this system not a drop of water has entered our basement. This year we have had the most rain ever and still dry. Our neighbors all had water in their basements but not us. I would like to say I would use Everdry again but I don’t think I’ll have to if the system keeps working as it has. Great company to work with and great follow up after the install. Highly recommended.

I inherited an Everdry warranty with the house we bought in 2020. Luckily everything has been perfectly dry in the basement since we bought the house so they apparently did a great job. I had one piece of equipment that wasn't working anymore and the Everdry team came and replaced it without any questions. I was really impressed with the service. Highly recommended for the peace of mind!

Everdry has increased the value of my property. It was installed in an older 100+ year old home. The basement would catch the neighbors water from their gutters draining into my home's basement. Now, after installing Everdry Waterproofing System, it is dry, bright, clean and useable. The installers went right to work. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional in their work. They would take time to answer any questions I had. Thanks Everdry, Very Happy with your system!

The folks at the Everdry are all very nice. I'm just not sure they talk to each other between the office and the jobsites. I started the process last June (2024) and my basement is dryer now than It was then, but I'm still waiting on the appointment (September) for the next revision to the project work. The initial project plan (from when I signed the contract and wrote the check) was changed when they got here to do the first day of work and I do still have water coming in my basement. I am hopeful that Everdry will get it figured out and give me a dry basement eventually (hopefully by the time I pay off the cost of the work), it's just taking a lot longer (and a lot more days off of my job) to get there.

I can’t remember the year that Everdry waterproofed our basement because it’s been 15+ years but we haven’t experienced any water in our basement since the day they did the work. I remember they were very courteous when doing the job and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They didn’t disturb our landscaping either. We’ve kept our warranty up to date and it has paid off over the years. We’ve had to have our sump pump replaced a couple of times and it didn’t cost us anything. We called in the morning and they were there to replace our pump before the day was over. I would recommend this company to anyone needing basement waterproofing done. They are a great company to work with.

We had a good experience with Everdry, 3 years ago. On the outside everything was dug by hand around the foundation and they worked around plants. They answered all of our questions. In the garage under the house, the concrete was dug up and pipes and gravel were installed around the the block and sump pump installed. Also the EZ Breathe was installed in the finished basement on the other side of the garage.

We were fortunate to purchase a house that contained an Everdry system. We have maintained our extended warranty for the ten years we have owned this house. During this time, we have only had one issue with a sump pump failing. We contacted Everdry and they immediately came out and replaced the pump with no issue and no charge for the work or pump. No questions asked. During our time in this house everything has been completely dry in the basement. The system is a great investment which also adds value to the house.

Everydry was doing water proof work on my basement prior to my moving into the house. They had to reschedule the appointment to after my move-in date. As you can imagine, I didn't quite know what was going on! They were terrific about explaining to me what the previous homeowner needed and had scheduled, and how the warranty works/when it is charged each month. The technicians were friendly and did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Prior to the photo below there was a trickle-stream of water from the sump pump area to the basement drain. It's been completely dry since, even through a very wet Spring.

We were so lucky to have bought a house with the Everdty warranty transferred to us upon sale. We are 9 years later Weber only had to call them one time for an easy fix. We have a basement that has stayed dry for all these years!!

Six years ago I had water in my basement and coming through my walls. I called Everdry and they came out and installed a system around my entire basement and a sump pump with a battery backup. They took the time to prepare and protect my house. They trenched inside and out, many hours of backbreaking work. I have been completely dry ever since. They even come out and inspect the system every year if I request and no cost to me.

Six years ago we had Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus install a basement waterproofing system. We are extremely happy with this system as we no longer have a damp basement, mildew on the walls, nor do we have to run a dehumidifier 24/7/365. The guys doing the work were courteous and careful, especially considerate of our white porcelain floors! They were also careful outdoors, as our landscaping was not destroyed nor our yard. We were truly amazed! We live in an area of shifting soil, so whenever we call EverDry to have an outdoor adjustment of the underground pipes to meet the downspouts, we are serviced in a very timely manner. The serviceman always explains what he is going to do and has us inspect the job afterwards to make sure we are satisfied. Several homeowners in our area have chosen EverDry and we are certainly happy that we did, too! The product they use on the basement walls is also very nice looking and easy to keep clean—- another plus!! Overall - 5 stars from us!

Our house was one of the first houses Everdry waterproofed back in the 80s, well before we owned it. At one point about 5 years after we moved in, we had some issues with water coming in where our water line comes into the house. The water line had been moved at least 20 years after the water proofing had been completed but we were able to contact Everdry and they help solve the issue all covered under their warranty!
The experience was great and resulted in our neighbors using Everdry to waterproof their 100 year old home as well! -
I think our home must have been built on top of a spring because there have been so many moisture issues over the years. About a decade ago the previous owners hired Everdry to install a French drain around the entire foundation of the home as well as a sump pump set up. The drain empties into the sump pump well. The pump has to kick on at least twice an hour even in the dry season. This solved the water intrusion issues they were having in the basement.
We purchase the home about 8 years ago and took over the yearly payments to continue their warranty which covers the drain functionality and sump pump (battery backup not included). Last year the pump gave out so I gave them a call. One of their team members came out and replaced the pump for us. Did a great job and no issues since. No charge for service call or pump replacement.
In my experience the project they did was a success and the warranty that we took over from the previous owner is also working and being honored by the company. They are my guys for any future basement water problems! -
The previous owners had Everdry come out to seal up the walls, and we have had no problems in our basement. They also allowed the warranty to be transferred to us, so that gives us peace of mind. I would recommend Everdry for your basement issues.

We had our basement treater by Everdry in 1992, and what was previously a chronically damp, ofter puddle-ridden nasty area, became useful and is now serving as my wife's sewing center. The only problem we've had is the sump pump going out once (or twice?) since '92, and it was taken care of promptly and with no fuss about the warranty paying for a replacement
