Our patio project was completed on-time and on-budget. Beyond this, however, is the fact that the company was overall professional and communicative. My questions were answered in a timely fashion, and the whole installation process was very transparent throughout.

These guys are just awesome from beginning to end. They kept us well informed of what was going on, cleaned up after themselves daily, played with our dogs and actually felt like family throughout the process. We just love our pool and so do our dogs! We had a sun deck put in just for them. Big shout outs to Scott, Jason, Doug, Chip, Pablo and Santiago. You guys ROCK!! I would definitely recommend them to build your pool. They sit down with you and explain everything, from the design of your pool area, make suggestions where needed and help to maintain your budget & HOA restrictions. The steps, decking, liner, everything is just beautiful. I wish we had more room for a bigger pool as they are so creative. It was a wonderful experience & I hope we can do more business with them in the future.

We interviewed several pool companies before deciding to go with Omniscapes. What set them apart was that they didn’t start the process by asking us what kind of pool we wanted. They asked us what our dream for our backyard space was, how we wanted to use it, what was important to us. By doing that, they knew that they needed to approach our project with solutions to keep the pool in close proximity to the house while maximizing the size. In the end, they were the only company to propose exactly what we had hoped to achieve with our space. The 3D renderings were a great touch as we could truly visualize the completed space.

From the practical perspective, the teams that executed the work were highly skilled, very hard working and as non-intrusive as possible and respectful regarding our neighbors. Our project wrapped up with time and cost projections met. Working with Omniscapes was a very good experience and we are beyond thrilled with the beautiful pool and patio oasis they created for our family.

Mike made the process extremely easy for us. Buying a pool can be a very stressful process, but once we started working with Mike, all of that stress went away. I will absolutely be sending my friends and family to him. I will also be going back to him again once it’s time for us to renovate our front deck.

This was a very complicated pool. Omni stayed with it and got it done for me to have a wedding here as well as a 4 th of July party. Love the pool.

I highly recommend Omni. We searched high and low for a one-stop shop for design and construction for our in-ground pool AND hardscape/landscape project and chose Omni after a fairly exhaustive search. Impressive from day 1, we are very happy with how things turned out and our partnership with Omni. Omni proved to be a company of the highest integrity, standing behind their work and making things right when they didn't go quite as planned at first - which will happen on larger projects like this one. Jason and his team were always responsive and open to making sure I was satisfied at every milestone along the way. We used Omni for our design phase (their 3D VR design room is very cool!) to bring our project to virtual life before ever breaking ground...which we found super helpful. Then, once the project started, Jason and his management team were very good to work with. Our project involved an in-ground pool on a hillside with over 120 feet of stone retaining wall. Pool deck and patio laid in Travertine pavers. A wood pavilion pool-side 12x16 feet. Re-laying and expanding a separate existing paver patio, and the complete renovation of a large existing deck from wood to composite. Everything turned out beautiful, and we've been enjoying the finished product all summer.

My husband and I now have a beautiful pool and patio in our backyard thanks to Omni Pools. When we started the process, Scott came out and gave us very good advice about what to choose and also was very forthcoming about the mess we would temporarily have in our backyard.
The crew that did the actual digging and installation of our pool worked so hard, and Mike always was sure to communicate with us so that we got things how we wanted. The grass is now almost grown back in and we are enjoying our new space immensely. The Omni Pools team came out on completion and looked over the project to make sure all was in good order and to see if we had any concerns. We are very happy with our pool and patio.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our Omni pools experience. Delays? Sure, but that is to be expected. Communication was great and the finished product is the envy of all of our neighbors! Definitely recommend Omni Pools and Scapes for your backyard projects.

I worked closely with Courtney, Jason and staff. They came out to the site at Indian Lake and did a walk through where we wanted to build the pool. They were very helpful in selecting the type of pool and design. They were very responsive during construction. I would highly recommend Omni Pools.

Omni pools did an outstanding job for me. I was struggling to find someone to replace the old, rotting lumber in my inground pool’s auto cover box. Jason came out on site after normal business hours because of my work schedule, took a look at my problem and not only did he tell me they could do the job no problem, I had a job estimate for the work a few hours later. They got my project scheduled and on that day Colton and Trent were there on time and did an outstanding job completing the work and cleaning everything up like they weren’t even there. I can’t thank everyone at Omni pools enough for completing this project in such a timely and stress free manner. I look forward to working with Jason and everyone at Omni pools on future pool projects. Thanks again!

Our family had a beautiful pool installed in November 2024 by Omni Pools and Scapes. We could not be more pleased with how everything has turned out. The whole process was easy to navigate and communication with the team was excellent! The whole installation was handled by Omni , there was nothing that we had to do! Courtney from the sales department understood the vision that we were trying to create and helped bring it to life. The work crew was extremely hard working and friendly. A big thank you to Jason Craycraft for the his attention to detail and for personally handling some of the work. I could tell how much pride he has in his company and how much customer satisfaction means to him. We couldn’t be happier with the results!!

We signed with Omni pools & scapes for an in-ground fiberglass pool installation August 2021. Construction began August 2022 and was within the estimated time that was given to us at signing. Construction went well and the project was done (with exception of autocover) within 4 weeks. Our project manager, Doug, was onsite almost daily overseeing the project, which we appreciated.

Our autocover was installed around 8 weeks after the pool was finished due to unexpected delays. We appreciated that Omni did their best to cover it temporarily with a tarp to help keep the leaves out until the autocover was installed.

We are very pleased with the final product and can’t wait to make memories poolside for years to come.

Omni saved the day for us. We had a preexisting foundational issue on our in-ground pool. I called over a dozen companies and no one would touch it or they didn’t have the experience, but Omni delivered. I’m confident they can do whatever you need when it comes to landscapes and pools. Their quality of workmanship and service are excellent. You do have to be patient- I think sometimes the scheduling can get wonky with weather issues and the forecasted start of your project can get delayed. But in my experience, they do not cut corners- they focus on getting it right and delivering, even through change orders and add-ons. I never felt rushed and I never felt the slimy sales push like you may get with other companies. It was consultative designs and leadership that’s passionate about what they do.

Great service! Had another company (columbus hardscapes) install my spa and it had all kind of problems!!! Omni Pools was relentless in figuring out what was wrong. They were very fair with their pricing and now my spa runs better than ever!!!!! Also had them change out the heater and make it salt water. Very happy with the results and Dylan was great!!!
