Butch, Jose, and team are impressive in their professionalism, quality of work, and communication. They removed a fireplace and chimney for us and left the house looking better than when they arrived. There were a few unanticipated repairs (nothing to do with them) and they provided options and solutions. They were amazing partners. Excited to have them back on our next project.

Completed several large jobs (complete outside painting, total roof replacement, redirecting water to resolve drainage problems) all with great results. I was impressed on how efficient and knowledgeable this group is on so many different contracting issues. I plan to use them for future repairs/upgrades that come up. They were great to work with, always on time and completed tasks per timelines.

Combat contracting helped us restore our 100 year old barn. The process was very smooth and Butch kept us informed of the progress and was good about letting me know when to expect workers. They kept the job site clean and organized and payed attention to the details which contractors often overlook. I was very happy with my experience and will not hesitate to work with them in the future.

i had these guys do the stairs to my deck a little over a year ago, i was so pleased with the top notch level of work that i had them come back when i wanted to make some more improvements. this time, i had them do some stamped concrete on the lower level to create the brick look around a small fireplace. They knocked it out of the park again! Thank you so much, DONT HESITATE TO USE THESE GUYS!

I hired Combat this spring for a batch of updates at my 1-yr-old home: replacing a tiny lumber 8.5’x13’ “balcony-deck” with a larger, 18’x13’ composite deck; installing a glass tile backsplash in my kitchen, and finishing the unfinished living area of my walkout basement, plus 2 small jobs: removing the garbage disposal that I didn’t want but that the builder refused to omit, and reconfiguring one wall of shelves in my master closet. After they were able to fit me into their schedule, the crew completed all of this work in just over 3 weeks – and it all turned out even better than I had envisioned . The communication was superb every step of the way, and the crew leader was a multi-talented, masterful, detail-oriented craftsman who was incredibly dedicated and diligent. Butch and the crew leader took evident pride in their work, ensuring that every little element – down to even color-matching the fasteners used for the decking – was up to their standards. And their standards are darn close to mine – I admit I’m very particular, whether it’s my work or someone else’s lol. They managed all the permits and scheduling, which was a huge relief. They provided a list of materials and I had to source all those materials myself, which was daunting, but I was blessed to find a wonderful team at the Pro desk of a local home improvement store who made that task nearly painless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Combat to anyone. The photos show the before & after of the basement renovation (but disregard the window treatments - I havent finished that yet 😉).

PS: I thought that their “advertising” was incredibly clever; they’d left that “little bag o’ rocks” on my and my neighbors’ driveways a few months after I moved in, and I was so struck by the ingenuity of it (rocks to keep it from blowing away, stapled into a baggie so that flyer wouldn’t get wet, and left in the middle of the driveway apron so it wouldn’t be overlooked), that I’d put it away in a drawer until I was ready to have my renovations done. I’m glad I kept that bag o’ rocks, and happy I hired them for this work.

I order if you live ohio this contracting company to hire for your home they work with the military they are great and will get the job done they do anything you need done one stop shop there great when you need alot of things done on a property they even do commercial work.

If you want someone who cares about doing a good job and quality work, look elsewhere.

My sister recently had her roof replaced by this contractor. Busted her dryer vent and air conditioner drip pvc. Also quite a bit of trash and roofing debris left behind. I hope the roof is better than the service.

This company was very unprofessional they would call and say they would be out and never showed or called this happened around 6 times. I explained over and over my 150lb Rottweiler would lose her mind if they were out there in the yard while I wasn’t at home. Only once did they call me and say we won’t be there there because of the Weather. There was a skid of wood delivered 3 weeks before the 1st time you scheduled ( killed my grass). You said my house was a mess because it was built in 1900. This house was 100% totally rebuilt in 1992. I guarantee you that the roof you put on won’t last as long. You are right the city did pay for my roof but you have no clue why that’s not your business. I was on the phone with the city guy almost every day that I talked with you. I have flowers that were trashed. There was trash left everywhere (I have a bucket)I did say the siding fix was acceptable but they threw my broken dryer vent in my yard with all the other trash you left . You told my brother that I signed off on your work that is NOT TRUE my air conditioning drain is still broken. I will be having my roof inspected because the vents look funny from the ground. So from what you said to my brother I took it like oh well she didn’t pay for it. So you don’t give the same respect to me because the city paid for it??

Mann roofing put new shingles on our house in summer 2022. They were on time, did a splendid job, and were great to work with. Recently, January 2023, we had an issue with an old fan on top of the house that broke and left a gaping hole in our roof. They told us how to temporarily block the hole, and then Mann came over the very next day, knowing with rain in the forecast we were dealing with a dire issue. They didn't have to to do this, that old fan was not part of the roofing job, but they came over anyway, free of charge, and removed the old fan, put in a vent, and patched up the roof with the necessary wood and shingles, cleaning up all the debris after.

They genuinely care about the customer; not exactly a common thing these days! I highly recommend them.

Mann Roofing and Construction are a very professional and dedicated company with OUTSTANDING members of their team. They work diligently with a quality that surpasses their competitors and I'd recommend their services to anyone. Their customs and courtesies provided gave me a sense of COMFORT while they were in house with no mess afterwards. The only way I could tell they were there was because the bathrooms were GORGEOUS after they finished.
