Constraction reviews in Hilliard, Ohio

George and Matt and their team were very professional and our bathroom was renovated in a week as promised. Our bathroom was updated completely from 1980's and is now all updated. We are very happy with how everything turned out with the paint, shower with beautiful tile, install of new vanity, lights and a new floor. Thank you for all the hard work.

Definitely ghosted my projects for a whole year. They have several full rehab. And he kept ghosting us and we were stuck with his scope of work eventually called someone else and got the job done but definitely would not recommend

I called George and his team to replace a fence for my mom! The wind storm had blown her old one down. They were out the next day and started work 2 days later. Finished it in less than a week. Now my Moms feeling of security for her home is back and she couldn't be more happy. Incredible customer service and polite, hard working crew. If you need any kind of design build done CALL GEORGE! Fencing, room editions, remodeling etc. They do quality work at great price!

IX Property Solutions built a monster sized roof over my patio. It is amazing! Far exceeded my expectations in quality and end product is better than I imagined. George was fantastic to work with. He came out, spent a good deal of time explaining everything and even drew a sketch of what it would look like. I gave him my max budget and he kept that in mind and delivered. The crew came out and was really respectful, super friendly, and are very skilled. I will not hesitate to use them again.

George and team did an excellent job repairing and updating our back porch in German Village. He helped us navigate the German Village commission, providing clear explanations of all the work. (Those who live here know what a big deal that is.) He also offered to help out with a few smaller items for cost, just because it would help bring everything together nicely. Very happy with this crew and our now-level and stable porch!

We found George's company just through searches and recommendations around the area. We spoke with a half dozen or so different companies, and George was the only one who worked with us in thinking through what was both plausible and reasonable. He helped come up with a bunch of little changes to our designs and thoughts that ended up saving us a lot over what other companies were planning. George managed everything very well and even came to do some work himself a couple times. The space they put together for us is exactly what we'd been looking for.

We recently had a gable roof added on to the top tier of our back deck, after they had installed our composite deck 2 years ago. We were very pleased with our deck, so we contacted the same company again to build our roof. We were very impressed, again, with the quality of the work, and would absolutely recommend IX Property Solutions for any Home Improvement/Enhancement work. Two of my neighbors have already used IX, and are very pleased with their finished products as well!! Quality work done at a great price!!!! George was amazing, so you won’t be disappointed if you have him work on your project!!!

IX Property Solutions and George did a terrific job fixing a water-damaged hole in a wall in my garage. At the time, a lot of contractors we tried didn’t want to take on our project. It must’ve seemed too small to bother with, but it was too much for a handyman to take on. George was happy to help. Several years later and he is helping us again with “smaller” projects. When it comes time for us to build the addition we want IX will be our first call!

My experience with this company was awesome. I was blessed to be referred and George took care of all the details. His team was amazing. Look forward to working with them in the future!

We found IX Property Solutions from an ad while looking for a contractor to replace our decrepit deck and repair the hole it was ripping in the side of our house. From the start he was very thorough in explaining our options to us, and communicated with us often through the quoting process. Once we gave the go ahead on our project, he had the materials and crew lined up to begin within 2 weeks, and the work was completed within two weeks afterward. Our new deck is now built to modern building code and rock-solid. It was a tremendous experience all around, and we would use them again!

Use IX Property Solutions ! We have used them for our staircase remodel and our kitchen tile remodel ! So professional, kind and the work was incredible. We will be using them for every remodel project we have!! The owner George truly loves what he does and every person he sent out was so informative, great communication and just so clean! Thank you so much for an amazing experience !

George is an expert in small spaces! We have done 3 different projects with his company and have loved all of them. He took a large master bedroom and added a new bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower, dressing table, toilet and double sinks. Then he took a small part of our basement and made it into a great party room with wet bar, bathroom with a urinal and a large room for Movie and sports viewing. He and his workers go above and beyond and it amazes me how George has all these great ideas in his head. Give him a measuring tape and watch him go! Our basement project was going slower than we would have liked and George stepped in and got things rolling again for us. I recommend this company for any project that you have.

We have been working with I/X Property Solutions since 2018. We started small with getting a concrete driveway 3rd spot poured for a third vehicle. He was very precise, and it had been a great addition to our driveway. The next project that we contacted I/X about was replacing our two tier deck with composite decking in 2019. Deck is still beautiful, and a few of our neighbors were so impressed that they got their decks replaced along with new privacy fencing from same company. Then the pandemic hit, in 2020, and we needed to make adjustments to our outside deck area, so we called I/X again for the construction. We now have a beautiful gable roof on our back patio, and it was more impressive than I even thought it would be with explanation. It’s been a couple of years now, and we contacted George Ellish, with I/X because we finally wanted to renovate the inside of our house. We were very impressed with ideas that George suggested, plus his attention to detail and checking up on project daily. We ended up tearing up floors in kitchen, living room, hallway, laundry room, and hallway full bathroom. Floor trim was replaced as well, along with cheap doors being replaced wit 6-panel door + painted, new trim around doors, and we even decided to install a kitchen island with a quartz countertop, just because everything was running so smoothly. I am in disbelief right now because our house has been transformed beyond what I even expected. George’s suggestions were perfect for what we were wanting, and our garage was even given special treatment with a state-of-the-art exhaust system to keep it smelling fresh!!! I can’t forget to mention that the electrician put in new can lighting in our living room, and installed electric to island so we have additional cooking space, which George recommended. Very impressed with all of the work that I/X completed, and I will continue to use them moving forward! Each and every one of the crews were amazing!!! Special thanks to Raul for installing beams to fix squeaking problem in our uneven floor from when house was built.

We interviewed multiple contractors to remove several support posts and replace with a large beam in our open floor plan house. IX Property Solutions not only came in with a very competitive bid, but also convinced us they had the expertise to undertake this major project in our renovation. They did a great job, were timely, and the crew was very respectful to our property. Consequently, they also replaced all of our Anderson windows at a very, very good price vs Renewal by Andersen!! Again, we were very pleased with their work and attention to detail so we proceeded to work with them on our front porch project as well as replacing several pads in our concrete driveway, doing a stamped concrete walkway And replacing our gutters. I X Property Solutions provided different crews based on the necessary expertise and everything went well. We are super pleased with all the projects and the very competitive fair pricing!!!

IX property solutions did a great job on our home . From floors to new bathroom vanities to reworking our kitchen and adding a window to really open the space up . They did it all ! Their work was timely and they left absolutely no mess ! They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them

We used George previously when we did an entire remodel of our home. When we decided to finish up our basement, we didn’t think twice about anyone else. George came over to discuss the details and within two weeks the project started. His crew was efficient, quick and did a quality job. They just finished last week and we are now enjoying our oasis at home. With four kids we cannot wait to utilize this space more! George visited the project often and we have come trust him with all our remodeling needs.

IX property solutions added a 4 season room to our home in Mansfield, Ohio. This is a top notch company. They were on time did excellent work and when finished, it was like they were never here. They cleaned up that completely. All crews were professional, polite, courteous and had the customer feel they were # 1. I would highly recommend this company for any of your reinvention needs. You will not be disappointed. Ernie & Darla Wilson

George and his team were great to work with. Their prices were more than reasonable, and they didn't try to nickel and dime us or pull one over on us like the competition by adding unnecessary hidden fees or overcharging for small jobs just because they were small. Instead, they were wonderful collaborators and worked with me, as a rather expert DIYer myself, together, to get done a facelift of our fire place and living room wall that was just a little too big for something I could (or wanted to) do myself (for example, our new hearthstone was over 400lbs!). I'm very pleased with the end product (see dark, dated, before vs light and modern, after pictures). I wouldn't hesitate to call on IX again.

Very great experience working with George! He helped our family to come up with a kitchen remodel plan that fit our families needs and budget. All work was completed within 2 weeks! Even though we weren’t a major project, George still made every effort to provide quality and timely service.

These guys are awesome. So friendly and helpful. I recommend GC Home Depot to everyone.

we ordered a custom sized door to our basement. The first door was an inch to tall. They re-measure... Months later we get a second door, its an inch away from latching. Someone comes out to re-measure... Wks go by, no call...we call to find out what's happening. "Is the door almost ready?"...no we haven't ordered it. Basically they just gave up... we decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. In total they wasted six months time., and couldn't finish the job.
I'm still confused what the problem was because we had a door that fit(w a cat door in it), and just wanted to replace it w a plain door...
They could've just measured the old door, and cutting other than 90 degree angles is impossible.
