Constraction reviews in Hilliard, Ohio

Mann Roofing did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen and bathroom! The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Their team was reliable, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality remodeling work.

Before and After photos of custom installation of a wall entertainment unit. Suren and his team were top notch! The installation process was completed in the timeframe quoted, ready for some Buckeye football to be watched. The worksite was clean and tidy at the end of each work day. Suren kept me up to date and well informed throughout the entire installation. I am extremely happy with the end result, it is everything I hoped for and more. I was so impressed with the workmanship that I had him and his team come back and paint my entire basement for a refresher. Hands down would recommend Suren for your next remodel project.

Suren did a great job resurfacing my deck. We didn’t need a brand new entire deck, just some new planks and tops of arm rails. For a very fair price, they were able to complete the project in a day and a half and I was placed on the schedule within 2 days of reaching out to him. Excited to paint and stain later!

**UPDATE** I had to spend over $15,000 fixing suren's mistakes. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Some companies take pride in their work and try to do a good job. Others disregard quality and safety just to save a buck. Unfortunately mann roofing & construction falls into the latter category.

Regrettably, I hired this company to remodel my kitchen and replace a gas fireplace.

After confronting suren about the unsafe electrical wiring and insulation he 'accidentally' removed from my fireplace before installing, he promptly walked off the job, leaving 'hot' wires hanging everywhere putting my family's safety at risk. And, when he walked off the job, he walked off with some of my tools which i had sitting in my garage...which i subsequently had to file a police report. And, the fact that this guy claims to be an engineer is a complete joke and a slap in the face to all engineers.

Additionally, I had to pay to have the electrical work completely re-done and the fireplace taken out and insulation pieces correctly put back into the unit...along with the rest of the installation work which he failed to complete before he walked off the job.

Some of the issues:
-Electrical needed completely re-worked because it was deemed unsafe by multiple certified electricians
-Fireplace needed re-installed because insulation incorrectly removed during initial installation
-Fireplace vent installed too close to soffit and will need completely re-worked
-Many cabinets scratched during installation
-Many cabinet handles installed unevenly
-Fireplace mantel installed with a slant
-Major scratch on new quartz countertop which he refused to fix

Please reference the attached pictures...as pictures are worth 1,000 words.

Columbus, save yourself a major headache and having to do tons of re-work and look elsewhere for a contractor who will take pride in their work. This guy and his company are a complete joke.

I hired Mann Roofing to replace a significant number of trim and fascia boards on our home that were rotting and then to paint the whole exterior in a three-color scheme. There were also some other incidental items they fixed on the exterior. Suren was great to work with and always kept me informed of what was going on and when. He is very knowledgeable and offered suggestions and options that were very helpful. They did fantastic work at a great price. Suren was easy to work with and he will be my first call on any future work.

Update with my second review:
This is the second time I hired Mann Roofing. After one of my hot water heaters went out I called Mann Roofing to replace both a gas and an electric water heater. The gas one had failed and the electric one was 20 years old. He also replaced my 20 year old sump pump with dual sump pump with battery backup and smart Wi-Fi monitoring system. All of the work was done professionally and quickly at a great price. Once again, Suren was great to work with and I will continue to reach out to him for my home project needs.

My wife and I were extremely pleased and thankful that IX property solutions finished our basement. The guys were always on time and worked hard all day long. The communication was also impressive. Anything we needed to change or fix they did at a drop of a hat. I would recommend using these guys to do any of our house work. Already have a side job lined up at our house. Basement looks amazing

George was perfessional and friendly. He made the remodeling experience enjoyable.

George has now refinished 2 offices for me and both were great. Fair price and great work. Has a crew for everything I could need.

Replaced the roof/built the Gazebo.

George and team are excellent!

George did a great job on our addition!

George and his crew are great!

This company had did concrete patio work for me. My experience with the contractor was VERY positive. I'm recommending IX Property and I'm willing to contract more future work.

IX was top notch! They did an amazing job of renovating our 1920’s kitchen! They were efficient, showed a great attention to detail, and their pricing was competitive. I highly recommend them!

Arrived as promised, ready to go, and got straight to it. They were friendly, professional, and clean. I had about 120' of crown installed. Took about five hours total, rate per foot was awesome...I will absolutely use these guys again for my next trim carpentry job or even something bigger and more involved.

George went above and beyond with my cabinet install in my kitchen remodel. He is a perfectionist and even explained to me in the moment what he was doing, why he was doing it, and was extremely professional. Will definitely use for future projects!

I love my new porch! It looks great day and night! The construction process was super fast!

IX Property Solutions is my go-to for all my home remodel needs. George Ellish and his team set a high standard and blew me away with results. I highly recommend if you want high quality from a local contractor who is professional, relatable, and delivers!

Good help is hard to find!

I have been wanting to do a couple of shiplap installations at my home for awhile now. One in my family room on the wall that has our fireplace and 1 in the tray of the ceiling of our dining room. I ultimately decided to use IX solutions due to a recommendation by my neighbor and I could not be happier that I did!!! George and his crew are just wonderful to work with!
My project was relatively small considering they do large scale remodels but I was never made to feel that my project wasn’t just as important as their larger ones.
George went above and beyond to make sure that I would have the end result that was looking for. He went out on his own and researched several different types of materials to find the one that was going to give me the overall “clean” look that I was going for. He is so passionate about what he does and it really shows with the time he takes to make sure you and he are on the same page and he fully understands the result you are looking for at the end of the project.
His business partner Matt is just as professional and wonderful to work with!
He was there the morning of the start of the project with the tradesman that was going to do all the cutting of and the install of the shiplap to introduce everyone and again made sure we were all on the same page about what was to be done. The trim guy, JD, was a true tradesman. He took the time to make sure every cut was perfect and every piece lined up exactly right. He even had to make a template and retweak a piece 5 different times to make sure it fit perfectly around the molding on my fireplace mantle!
Matt was back again with the painters to give the same level of attention and service in making sure I got exactly what I wanted.
At the end of the project there was a final walkthrough, again, to make sure that I was happy with the end result.
In current times, it’s exceedingly difficult to fine good, reliable, honest, and fair people to work with.
I am so happy with not only the result of my project, (which is stunning!!!😍) but the level of professionalism, communication, value, and customer service that George and Matt provided have made a lifetime customer of me!
I won’t ever have to go anywhere else for my home improvement projects! That piece of mind for me is priceless! My hubby and I are NOT handy people!😂
I could not recommend them more!!!!
