Constraction reviews in Hilliard, Ohio

We had our deck and patio project done by Suren and his company. The project turned out really well and we love it. He is very professional and very patient especially during our design phase when we had a lot of questions and back and forths. He accomodated all our questions and requests timely, and he was able to deliver exactly what we wanted for our deck and patio. We could not be any more happier, and we would highly recommend Suren to anyone looking for a deck or patio project.

Suren is reliable and professional. Nothing but good things to say. We were so happy with the patio. I will only go to him in the future. He will give you honest estimates and great craftsmanship. Highly highly recommend

Mann Roofing installed roofing, downspouts and gutters to my house initially. This occurred in June of 2020. The work turned out so well that I hired him to do additional roofing work, as well as installing a new gutter on the garage. He also changed the roofing on a shed so that it would match the color on the house and garage. Mann Roofing also further aided me by finishing the work of a contractor who did not complete the work that he was hired to to. He then gave me a 1 year warranty on it.

I immediately received a compliment from my next door neighbor when they saw the finished work. The neighbors across the street stood and looked with amazement during the installation of the roof and when it was completed. I also received a compliment from a subcontractor who has done an extensive amount of work on the property. He thought Mann Roofing had painted my gutters to match the exterior color of the house. He looked extremely surprised when I informed him that Suren had ordered a matching color for the gutters and downspouts so that they wouldn't have to be painted.

Finally, Suren fixed some issues I had with a handrail and a fence at a nominal charge. This goes to show the character, the compassion, and the quality of his work. He has the desire to bring about the best possible results to his Customers, and he also Produces Excellent Results for his clients.

Mann construction recently resurfaced our deck with composite wood. We were thrilled with the end result. The work was completed very quickly and the price was much lower than other estimates we received. I would strongly recommend this contractor. We had zero issues and were very pleased with the quality of the work.

I used Mann Roofing & Construction for my roof replacement. Suren was very professional and on time and within the budget. I strongly recommend this company.

Few months (2025)back another project done by Mann Roofing. They remodeled the bathroom.

Tore down, hauled away and rebuilt my double deck. The deck looks great and will make the summer gatherings a fun place. I highly recommend.

I was impressed how efficient, and timely the crew fixed and replaced the roof. Also they fixed the soffit, painted the area and patched a hole. Everything done with care, and I was guided to pick the best shingles which blend nicely with the redish brick of the house.

Suren and his team did an amazing job on our deck. Incredibly professional, timely, and incredibly communicative. Provided the most economical quote and didn’t try to upsell, although we chose a more premium product. He will be the first person we call for our next home project.

Suren and his team did a wonderful job on my kitchen refresh. This was my first BIG home project and it all went according to plan! Project was completed on time and within budget. 💯 recommend!

We hired Suren and his team to replace and extend an old wooden deck. They did a fantastic job, and we could not be happier with the results. They were professional, courtesy, and do excellent work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Mann roofing repaired my walkout deck and constructed a patio. They are very professional, on time and under budget. Finished work exceeded our expectations. always responsive and attune to clients needs.

I contacted them for a roofing job that was needed to close on a house. They were able to fit us in the next week and did an excellent job. They also did a great job on our patio at our new house.

Suren and team at Mann Construction finished our basement in late 2018. They did an AMAZING job. They managed the fine details and kept the project tracking along on schedule and inside budget. As we presented some changes mid-project, they worked with us to assess the impacts and control costs. I've gone on to recommend Suren and team to everyone I know and he's done home additions and kitchens for our Columbus family. Suren's professionalism, planning and execution will far exceed your expectations. About halfway into the project, things were going too well and with a little research I found out that he used manage $100M projects at OSU and around Columbus, not to mention has a Master's Degree in Construction Management. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mann Roofing and Constuction did an excellent job on our house. They were contracted to install new roofing, gutters and downspouts, siding, windows, front and rear doors, and new exterior light fixtures. They brought my front porch up to code for us though that wasn't part of the contract. The owner spared no expense in providing higher quality materials than the contract called for just as a matter of general practice. I highly recommend them for their high quality of craftsmanship and their professionalism. I'm telling all my friends and family and anyone else who will listen about the great job they did and how pleasant they are to work with.

We chose Mann Roofing to completely refinish a basement that had extensive prior water damage - new framing, walls, ceiling, floor, and all new electrical, plus a significant staircase upgrade. Suren was communicative, transparent, and fairly priced throughout the process. The estimate Mann Roofing provided was both accurate to the final price and competitive compared to other companies.

They were able to finish early even with several additions and changes to the initial scope of work. His crew was very professional and polite. The quality of work is great and has drawn rave reviews from everyone who has seen it. We recommend him.

They did an incredible job and I’m very happy! I needed a new roof and deck on my patio. Here are pictures of the before and after of the patio. Suren is so knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly provided an estimate and got started right away. He genuinely cared about what I wanted and listened, provided guidance, but never upsold me. I never felt pressure to do anything I didn’t want, which was so refreshing. His crew worked hard and got everything done so fast (but didn’t sacrifice quality). I can’t wait to have them back for the next project! So happy I found someone I can work with continuously and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again, Suren!!

This is a great company to use for anything at your home. Super helpful, responsive and the pricing is completely reasonable. They put in my new patio last year and it's my favorite part of the house now. Highly, highly recommend

We hired Mann Roofing & Construction to refinish our basement after wed had to gut the finished portions to accommodate repairs to our foundation. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the results!
Services are competitively priced and a detailed plan with timeline and payment schedule was provided to us before work began. The owner and staff of the Mann Roofing & Construction were very professional and courteous. My family works and schools from home and we had no disruptions to our day. The work was completed earlier than expected and the company was able to adjust efficiently when presented with two small changes from our original plan.
We highly recommend this company and will hire them when we are ready for our next major project!

Follow up - Suren's guys did a fantastic job putting new Williamsburg blue siding on the Carriage House and painting the trim and doors. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, and the dedication of his guys. We'll be posting more photos of the next project in process. Still five stars!

I've known Suren for years. His crew re-roofed my home 2 years ago and did a fantastic job. I needed the carriage house re-roofed when the old roof started shedding shingles last week, and he responded with a new roof today! They removed the old shingles and put up the new roof in a day, right before it rained again! By far the most economical roofer in the Columbus area! 5 stars for sure!

Suren is the best and reliable contractor for home finishing. He did basement finishing in short span without any issues and reasonable price. It came out awesome and love it. He and his crew did great job and highly recommended.

We hired Suren and his team to completely remodel half of our first floor and bring our kitchen to the front of the house, create storage, and relocate our dining area and half bath. The team did a wonderful job and the quality of work was great. They finished ahead of schedule and we are loving our remodel. They were easy to communicate with, punctual, and didn’t leave until everything was complete. We would happily recommend Suren and his team to others and would use them again should we have more construction needs.
