This is the only company you should trust with your basement. After receiving 10 other quotes they were the best price by far and the scope of work offered was far more detailed than any other company that came out. We have a 100 year old home so it can be hard to work on but they made sure it was perfect, even coming back out a couple of times to adjust and make sure it all worked as it should. The lifetime warranty is great peace of mind and shows their commitment to being the best. Highly recommended.

We have been a customer with Everdry for many years. We love their fast responses to calls or emails. We had an issue a couple of years back and our warranty agreement that we keep current with them made our situation so smooth and they resolved it with no hiccups. Would definitely recommend them to others!

Several years ago, we were organizing our crawl space and noticed excess dampness. We were concerned for health reasons and called EverDry to assess the situation. We were happy that we did not have any mold. EverDry recommended that we seal around our house to reduce the dampness in the basement. We contacted other basement companies regarding the sealing and EverDry offered the best solutions for us. They were professional and were able to answer and address any questions or concerns from us. I am truly happy with the results and having the peace of mind knowing our house is dry, protecting us from mold. I recommend EverDry for homeowners who wish to have a dry basement that is free of mold.

The previous owners of my house failed to disclose that there was a slight water issue with the basement.
After that we started thinking hard about what the issue was and who could fix it? We had a couple of quotes from different companies. They generally said the same thing and that was to put a perimeter drain tile system on the inside of the basement as well as to patch any holes with mastic on the outside perimeter.
We ended up choosing EverDry because of a co-workers recommendation and the warranty.
For us, the people were pretty awesome who did the work. Most of them would stop to pet my two giant bulldogs and give them love. They even became quite fond of some of the workers. The work was done within a very reasonable timeline. We had issues with how the white paneling was installed on the walls. I showed them the work that was done and they promptly came out and redid all of it to make it look better. EverDry wasn't too happy with it either.
I've had to have them come back to redo the sump pump pipes in a couple different configurations because we were getting a strange resonance on the length of one of the pipes. They fixed that fine.
A year in AFTER the work, the basement flooded again. I had to file an insurance claim to fix the furnace and everything again. EverDry came out and installed a larger pump that can hopefully keep up. We had 1 pump controller/battery that died and it needed replaced (things happen, they took care of it). We just (Feb 15th, 2025) received 2" of rain and I am at the base of a GIANT hill (horrible spot for someone to build a house) and everything was good thankfully. They also sealed in the sump basin so now it is buttoned up nicely. So far so good!
I didn't expect perfection first time and I assume it will happen again if I'm being honest but I hope that it does not. The plan was to finish the basement but I think there is just no way to do that here and not have to tear it out every couple of years. I have much more piece of mind including the backup pump that's in there (granted it is smaller) it's something.
I never really had too much issue scheduling someone to come out and take a look. -
A few years ago, we had our basement waterproofed by Everdry. They did an amazing job! Everyone from the salesman to the office staff were very polite and professional. Our basement is so dry that we actually put carpet down with no worries of it getting wet. I would recommend them to anyone with a basement.

Everdry has been my basement "authority" for 18+ years. They showed up when I needed them most and did a great job! Let me just say though, having your basement walls supported is a noisy business! I don't know how their maintenance people do what they do, but they did a great job!

Everdry waterproofed our basement about 17 years ago. The guys did a lot of work in a short period of time and we now enjoy a dry basement and really appreciate the additional usable space in the house. It was a great investment!

I knew my 1967 house had water issues in the basement, so I called Everdry to give me a solution. The salesperson was very patient and informative, helping me understand the science of basement drainage.
The real aha! moment came when the crew opened up the concrete floor. I could see that the clay drainage pipes had completely structurally failed. They were doing nothing.
The hardworking crew didn't cut corners. When we discovered that the original weatherproofing material on the outside of the concrete walls had completely disintegrated, they applied new weatherproofing to ensure the foundation was fully sealed.
I'm so glad we had this work done. Thanks, Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus! -
Everdry waterproofed and reinforced my basement, and I’m very happy with the results. The team did a solid job, and my basement has stayed completely dry since the work was done. It’s a huge relief knowing everything is protected, and the lifetime warranty gives me real peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend them.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with the EverDry staff. We were given detailed options of our situation, tier levels of what we could do, and no pressure to buy.
The technicians came later that week and did a fantastic job over 2 days to complete our large encapsulation of our basement.
Would use them again 100%! -
I bought a house that had a everdry warranty. Warranty was easily transferrable. Had a wet spot come up during my home inspection and called and they was out within a few days to get repair done. Have not had any problems with the basement being wet or damp. Would definitely recommend! Very easy to work with.

$14,000 Mistake – Do Not Finance With EverDry Waterproofing
I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with EverDry Waterproofing, particularly for anyone considering financing through them. I signed a contract in February for a complete inside/outside waterproofing system with an Easy Breathe air system. I was extremely clear with the salesperson about the complexity of the job—this was not a typical basement. My basement is very small but handles a lot of water. I had already paid another company, the Basement Doctor, for waterproofing 12 years ago, and that work was inadequate. I made it clear I needed a new solution this time and not a replacement of the same quality.
Despite my detailed expectations, EverDry failed at nearly every level:
I requested that my existing sump pump and battery backup remain in place, and that their new system be set deeper to serve as a primary pump while my old system would act as a secondary, emergency backup. Instead, they installed their sump well crooked, shallow, and visibly above the concrete slab,,making it both unsightly and functionally compromised.
The interior drainage tile was installed only about an inch below the concrete, which is woefully inadequate for proper drainage.
The Easy Breathe system I financed was never installed.
I explicitly told them not to use a pop-up emitter, since my property has a dedicated drain inlet for sump discharge. Instead, they terminated the sump line short of the inlet, inches from the surface and the discharge is now bubbling up through my yard and overflowing into a neighboring property—the township garage’s front lawn—creating a muddy, embarrassing mess.
The exterior waterproofing only went 4 inches down the wall and covered barely half of the basement’s exterior, which is not what was sold to me.
Since March 7th, when the job was completed (poorly), I’ve been promised a resolution and a complete redo of the work. I was told it would be scheduled, but the date kept being pushed back. They eventually told me June 12 would be the day they’d return—they never called, never showed, and have only given excuses and more empty promises that they will make it right.
What makes this even more frustrating is the financing agreement. I am now paying interest and payments on a $14,000 loan for a system that is incomplete, improperly installed, and causing more problems than it solved. When I contacted the finance company to dispute the charges, I was told the funds had already been paid out and that I’d need to speak with EverDry directly for any refund. If I had used a credit card, I would have initiated a chargeback immediately. But because I used their financing, I have no consumer protection and no leverage.
At this point, I don’t want EverDry to come back—I don’t trust them to do it right. I want my $14,000 back so I can pay a reputable contractor to fix the damage and finally get the system I was promised.
Bottom line: Think very carefully before doing business with this company, and absolutely DO NOT finance work through EverDry. Once you sign, they get paid—and you are left chasing empty promises, unfinished work, and mounting bills. -
Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus made our wet Clintonville basement fully functional. They did a thorough inspection, took photos, collected and tested samples, showed us problem areas and provided solutions.
The warranty helped us correct a problem that occurred after the initial installation. The repair was timely and corrected the problem.
Give them a call - you will not be disappointed. -
We had Everdry waterproof our basement many years ago and were very satisfied with their work. Recently, our sump pumps stopped working, so we called Everdry again to inspect the issue. They arrived on time, and after a quick inspection, the technician identified the problem. Since additional parts and tools were needed, he scheduled a follow-up visit.
The second crew came out the very next day and resolved everything efficiently. True to their word, the repair was fully covered under warranty—no cost to us.
Outstanding service, just like before. Five-star experience all around! -
Everdry waterproofed our basement in a professional and timely manner. The crew was friendly, efficient and helpful.
Even though it was necessary for them to dig a channel around the basement walls, they were respectful of our property and belongings and made sure to properly cover everything as well as possible while performing their duties.
They installed a sump pump (which we had never had in our basement) and it seems to be working great to fight the constant onslaught of Ohio water in the ground. Regarding the sump pump, after the job was done, we noticed that the concrete around the seemed to slope too much toward the corner. Upon informing Everdry of the situation, they quickly sent someone out to rectify the situation.
Overall, we have been very pleased with the work done... and our basement feels "dryer" for lack of a better word. -
I called Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus after finding standing water on top of the plastic sheeting in my crawl space.
They were recommended by a friend of mine who had used them on the foundation of an old house in German Village.
They arrived the next day following my call and spent a long time with a very thorough evaluation of my basement and crawl space and explaining their whole process to me. We then discussed the different levels of repair options available.
I opted to do the outside as well as inside the basement and crawl space.
From start to finish they have been very responsive and excellent in their communication with me. They showed up on the day that they were scheduled and the job took three and a half days which seemed pretty amazing given all that they accomplished! Gerald and his crew were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns. They all did a great job of voluntrily explaining each step along the way!
They protected my wood floor and did the best they could to keep everything in my house as protected from the dust inside the basement and the dirt outside which I so appreciated!
The basement looks great, as does the outside. They put everything back the way it was prior to their digging.
The new sump pump, drainage and waterproofing system along with the EZ Breathe home ventilation unit are already providing peace of mind in my 49 yr old home! -
Our house was built in 1952. We bought it in 1977 and still live there. The basement was always damp and water puddled up after a hard rain. We eventually wanted to finish off the basement so kids could play there. We had Everdry do their thing in 1990. This included digging outside at the basement walls, working on drainage at the inside walls, and installing a sump pump. I’m not sure what else was done, but we have had a dry basement except for a few days in 2003. At that time, we had some water on the unfinished floor near the sump pump. The pump had failed after 13 years. I called Everdry, as their work was under warranty. The sump pump was replaced and we were again dry. I have nothing but good things to say about Everdry and would recommend Everdry to everyone.

We had Everdry water proof our basement 3 years ago. That was maybe the best home improvement we did to the house. Before I was always worried about anything getting wet. Now we're been dry and can use our basement.
About a year after we had the basement water proofed the discharge pipe outside froze. Everdry was here to dig up pipe and fix with in a week after I called at no charge.
So we are quite pleased with are new dry basement. Have told neighbors, friends, and family now good Everdry has been. -
Everdry waterproofed our basement several years ago after moving into our older home. We have not had so much as a drop of water in the basement, even in a flood prone area of the city. We have maintained our extended warranty and all equipment has been issue free. We just needed a fab replaced for the first time on the EZ Breathe equipment but they went ahead and replaced the unit at no charge to us. Highly recommend!

I had Everdry fix my basement about 10+ years ago on the recommendation of my aunt who at that time was 10 or so years after her repair. The section of my house with a basement was built in the 1940’s and we had been experiencing problems for many years. Those problems involved a wall that was buckling and water seeping in through the block walls along with general flooding. I did have a sump pump though it was poorly placed and did very little to control my water problems as I learned from the repair the placement of the drainage from the pump was dumping the water in an area that just placed the water outlet so the water was coming right back into the basement.
Everyday was able to address all these problems. The wall was reinforced with a patch like system (I was skeptical of this but there has been no signs of wall movement since the install), my sump pump was replaced and moved to a better location and the drainage moved far enough away from my foundation that the water is not being reintroduced to the area. The other water problems in the basement were addressed with a drainage channel being dug around the perimeter of the basement floor. I have had no issues here since the repair ( I did have severe problems before the repair so it did take some time for the new drainage to aid in drying out the problem areas).
There is a warranty that they sell (lifetime) this is not a one time payment but a yearly fee. The price however is locked into place so even if the cost of the warranty goes up your cost will never change. I have had to use it a few years ago. My sump pump went out after a few days of really heavy rain. There were no issues in getting this claim taken care of.
Their commitment to quality is great. After the work was completed, the drainage area they chose was in a low spot that started flooding near my neighbors shed. When I called they came out and moved the drainage pipes from the back of my house to the front with zero hassle or additional cost.
